  • n8best Nathan Best (@n8best) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

    @KameoCA @garyvee @koodo Cool. I’m with @rogers and never gotten any reply. Just the long distance texting charges. 😂 😂

  • SheetalJaitly Sheetal Jaitly (@SheetalJaitly) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @actyper @RogersHelps Not working, reset phone and network 😢

  • cdnbeer Cody Lobreau (@cdnbeer) reported from Sifton, Manitoba

    @andymoir @RogersHelps @nizon No issue for me

  • JanieRother Janie Rother (@JanieRother) reported from London, Ontario

    @morrisseyhouse @Rogers Mine is working. Slow but working

  • J_D_Clarke Jason Clarke (@J_D_Clarke) reported from Chilliwack, British Columbia

    So @Rogers @RogersHelps Your home monitoring installer damaged my house and I tried unsuccessfully to get it fixed for 18 months of repeated calls. I cancel my contract and you send me a bill for $1000.00. Do NOT deal with this company.

  • KeepemReal Keep em Real (@KeepemReal) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario

    @RogersHelps @YakmanHuntTV Can you at least give e an explanation to your #rockethub customers as to why you cannot allow uncapped data. Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!

  • mgamble Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario

    @bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

  • TheKarltopia Karl Zenith Nieva (@TheKarltopia) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

    @marty_d_ @Rogers I figured as much. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a system issue. Looks like a capacity issue

  • jordananimate I'm Jordan Weaver, Not You! ☕ (@jordananimate) reported from Niagara Falls South, Ontario

    Dear @Rogers , Thanks for not calling me like you said. So much for that quality service. @RogersHelps 🙄😠

  • shurmanator ℙ𝕖𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝕊𝕙𝕦𝕣𝕞𝕒𝕟 (@shurmanator) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @georganneb @char_lawyer @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Georganne, nobody dislikes those guys more than me but the systems were not designed for this. Same for internet. It’s like a water pipe to service an apartment complex is a foot in diameter but not if everybody is always home and taking showers simultaneously. Get used to it.
