    @RogersHelps this interruption is causing me a nightmare, my mortgage is closing today, and can't call my lawyers as last min docs is needed, @Bell internet is saving atm, still can't leave the house, no data no phone service on a Monday on a business day is unacceptable.

    @RogersHelps Majority of Ur customers are paying 70-100$ a month, double as much as any other country in the world, I expect problems to be fixed within the hour, not still not fixed 12 hours later, good my internet is with bell

    @Rogers @RogersHelps will your customers be getting refunded or compensated for the 12+ hour outage in call service we’re going through right now? This is almost as ridiculous as my $150/mo phone bill itself.

    @RogersHelps I have a bloodclot in my ******* leg and awaiting a call from a specialist, also almost out of blood thinners. You need to fix this. NOW.!!!!!!

    @RogersHelps how much do you charge clients everyday their bill is overdue? Would love to know what you’re going to do for all the customers effected by the service outage? Sorry for the inconvenience isn’t enough when a service was been paid for but not delivered. #rogersoutage
