This week I have spent 10 hours @RogersBiz that I did not have calling 4 times. Gave up 1x, 1x with tech, 1x cut off 1x their system was down after 2.5 hours invested. Didn't offer to call me back. Can't be done online. I don't have this time. Internet dropping like crazy. Grr
