@Rogers just want to let you know, whoever designed your smart home monitoring system lives in ancient times. What a GARBAGE system. My car was broken into 3 times and all 3 times camera dint catch anything. USELESS.

What's even worse, there are an immense amount of variables found at the root of problems from household to household. One might have congested wi-fi , another modem bad signal. but all would *feel* the same.1/*

@SuzeMorrison @TekSavvyCSR @RogersHelps Those cases would need a support call to the respective ISP for the appropriate troubleshooting to get fixed. But what about local infrastructure? Cable internet, the most popular internet rn, is shared between you and your close neighbours (like the 8-16 houses right next by).

@SuzeMorrison @TekSavvyCSR @RogersHelps The biggest challenge is the fact that, due to hugely inflated rates, it doesn't make sense for indie ISPs like TekSavvy, Start and Distributel to sell services over the fibre network. This means everyone crams on to the affordable cable connections, straining the infrastructure.
