@RogersHelps Then I do now. And I never ever had an issue with speed. And then I switched to your $34.95 package and that speed is iffy and slow quite often. And then I convert to the $14.95 package which is exactly the same SPEED pkg I used 4 9 yrs w/o issue. So what's at the bottom of that?

@RogersHelps @nestapendragon @RogersHelps should be sending someone out immediately at no charge to fix it and give you a rebate for your trouble. Like immediately rogers.

@Uncle_Jed_1 @RogersHelps reason i bring that up. its yet another issue where a lack of action led to the exact problem the report was supposed to prevent Canadians need to drop the party loyalty and push for candidates that put forward a plan that actually answers questions not bring more questions

“The roofies…they’ll get you every time” But hockey doesn’t have a culture problem 😒 @rogers @cbc Ron McLean needs to go.

@Rogers crazy that when I call the help line to speak with a real person the message you get is too busy and then your help line hangs up on me. INSANE behavior for a help line & a company whose motto is “with you all the way”. I guess not eh?

@Rogers How does one talk to a human customer representative, I have a billing problem I need to urgently discuss with your team unfortunately, all calls are automated to Anna.

@RogersHelps Obviously if I had spoken to someone I wouldn't be sending messages. Zero persons available to help - "we are experiencing an unusual high level of volume - please call back". Honestly its a joke!

@Rogers @Sportsnet needs our $ to survive but they know people won’t cancel their subscription and services. Anyone who gives these clowns $ should call right now and cancel.
