    @Rogers Spent way too much time on the phone with Rogers today. We still have no internet or TV. To help facilitate a timely resolution they canceled our service call. Sarcasm. One rep said it’s a general outage and the next guy we spoke to denied it. Help please. Someone?

    @Rogers the customer service you provided today was embarrassing and terrible. 3hours on hold / transferred 3x without any proper resolution. Someone contact me please. Shipped my phone an hour away..... Then in the end tell me to just pop into a store 🙄

    @RogersHelps Your DM agent just sad, they don't deal with SHM. So I am back at the mercy of your IVR and live agent like yesterday. I am happy to get the run around in the name of support !

    @RogersHelps @Rogers My acc no for Ignite Internet is 896973963. I was promised my bill amount will continue the same, but now it has come to be doubled. Please fix the issue. I cannot pay $136 a month for a service plan of just $62.

    @Rogers I am still being billed for the service(SHM) that is not working for more than a year. More over, I cancelled the same approximately 5 months back. I spent hours and hours on phone with representatives. Nothing more... What a service is this? Horrible...
