@RogersHelps I have tried adding LD option to my plan through my account portal, app. Nothing worked. I tried calling, and talking to someone over chat. No one was there, no one called back. Like seriously!! How do you justify the overpriced service?

@Rogers APPARENTLY the whole system is down? We were to have a tech come by this morning yet they cannot find a record of it? On chat with customer service and they have no way to access any information. Funny how a National telecommunications company can mess up so bad...#rogers
