    @RogersHelps since 12pm with no internet, it says the network outage in my area is “in progress” every hour and never resolved but you guys don’t miss a minute to over charge for your horrible service.

    @RogersHelps ..so after 3 months calling and sending emails, ad messaging on here Rogers actually got someone to get it straightened out....So I get my phone today...go to their welcome email and hit the link provided to set up phone...One wd think Rogers would have a link that doesn't go to a webpage of theirs that say 'OOPS..wrong page]..this is a continuation of a very dark insane comedy of errors from these people..How many others got phones and hit the same link and Rogers doesn't fix it???

    @RogersHelps Hi! I recently upgraded my phone online and just transferred the info/activated my SIM but but both phones are now saying "emergency calls only"...can you please help?

    @RogersHelps They arent going to like the attention they are bringing on themselves and it will cast them in a very bad light but that is Rogers issue now. You want to treat your customers badly there are consequences. And yes it's been half a year!! Absolutely shameful

    @RogersHelps Rogers Xfinity Streaming App (RXSA) doesn't stream live TV nor plays back saved programs from the cloud PVR on Android 16 (cell phone & tablet). My old S8 phone running Android 9 has no problems with the RXSA. This problem was fixed, now it's an issue again?

    @Rogers I am writing to raise a concern about an overcharge on my account that has not been resolved. A client manager assured me the issue would be fixed, but no action was taken. Instead, I am now being asked to pay the full amount and threatened with service interruption.

    @Rogers having trouble getting pin codes to verify my E-Mail, checking to see if SMS is being blocked but can't find it in spam list. would be better if you still had the phone number easily available.

    @RogersHelps is there an issue with the MyRogers (Shaw) app and the MyRogers together with Shaw website? When I try to access either the app or the website nothing loads.
