    @RogersHelps - tv and internet out last night. 51 mins on call just to speak to support. Technician supposed to come in this morning between 8-10 and not so much as a call today. What excuse are you gonna make for that? My next call is going to your competitor.

    Hey @RogersHelps I am trying to help my elderly Aunt out with a Rogers issue so I called, was on hold 18 minutes waiting for the next agent, only to hear the music stop...then I was hung up on. That is AWFUL customer service. How does someone help #seniors to get proper service?

    @RogersHelps Already tried. Also called in. Supposed to monitor my signals for 5 days, but a couple hours later got an email that the problem was fixed, so nothings been done! The community forum posts show the *massive* problems. Experts suggest solutions. But Rogers ignores.
