@RogersHelps Been Rogers customer for 20+ years with two internet packages for two homes n yet the bill keeps going up annually. I look through ur website I didn't come across anything related to home internet deals. I even get emails but never got anything good. How do u expect to help?

  • No_Contractions TALIBANDS (@No_Contractions) reported

I had the worst experience with @rogers yesterday morning really considering switching internet now

  • gametimesnack Deanne (@gametimesnack) reported

@RogersHelps OK but if you’re an existing customer how much more set up is needed?

  • manpreet1221 Manpreet⚽🇨🇦† (@manpreet1221) reported

Y'all know any good home internet deals because @Rogers keeps increasing it annually. Doesn't even care about the customer loyalty

  • sjlulker Sean Lulker (@sjlulker) reported

@ETECSA_Cuba come on guys get your act together. I am trying to do some work in Cuba. I use Rogers and Telus. Both phones are down AGAIN. This is ridiculous and @Rogers and @TELUSsupport say it is on your end AGAIN.

@isaiah_kruse @Rogers Not holding my breath with @Rogers One email update in 5 weeks and that’s their level of customer service.

  • aspacemonki3 Aspacemonkie (@aspacemonki3) reported

@RogersHelps I don't find Rogers is very helpful when there is a service issue in the area. OFDMA levels have been at 0 in my neighborhood for a month. Your maintenance team closed my neighborhoods ticket without fixing the problem. So I had to get a tech to rediagnose.

  • antToronto 🍁Ant🍁🇨🇦 (@antToronto) reported

@RogersHelps Always can rely on Rogers to make “great”customer service decisions. Another reason to get rid of cable and to get rid of Rogers.

  • aspacemonki3 Aspacemonkie (@aspacemonki3) reported

@Rogers you guys have failed to provide me working internet for over a month now. Your customer service has no control over your maintenance teams and your maintenance teams haven't gotten the job done. There's an OFDMA Issue that they have neglected to fix for a month. Come on.

  • gametimesnack Deanne (@gametimesnack) reported

.@RogersHelps why are you charging $29 for Ignite Express setup when the customer is doing the installation themselves? Why is the current wait time on the phone 1-1/2 hours?
