    @RogersHelps The problem is I cannot receive the MFA code. It will not come to me. The backup is useless. So I cannot access email at all. On a cell, on a computer, on a tablet. Like how many hours should this take?

    @RogersHelps β€œOff peak hours”. I’ve been on hold for 1 hour and 5 mins now. It’s 10:48pm and I need to go to bed. Total time spent on phone or online waiting to get help from Rogers for a simple issue today = over 3 hours. Not fair and pathetic

    @RogersHelps I am currently residing in Vietnam. On April 10th, I contacted your call center to settle the remaining balance in full and requested to cancel my account. However, the final payment has still not been processed, which is preventing me from closing my Canadian bank account.
