    I tried multiple times to process a refund via mobile wallet (also the original method of purchase) with the @Rogers card. I called customer service several times to resolve. Very disappointed! Who Carrie’s physical cards anymore when we have mobile wallets?!?

    @RogersHelps why do you have a contractor doing "upgrades" in our neighborhood without notifying people? We just lost internet and were told it will be down for 3-4 hrs!! We have 2 ppl working from home who can't now!!! WTF??? THIS IS REDICULOUS!!!

    @RogersHelps And @Rogers you should have sent out a notification to your users now I want people to know how you treat your internet users unless you want to pay me back for lost work or give me a free month we have nothing further to discuss.

    @RogersHelps it was canceled for this reason. can't get my cancer treatment calls. your company has told me to find a new service provider @CRTCeng @RogersHelps like I live outside of your service zone and have for 4 years, but it's an issue now!

    @RogersHelps obviously but I have lived here for 4 years. #crtc and not once have ypu limited my services but do now, I have #cancer and need my phone obviously and don't have the ability to go find a new provider like your managers suggested. you'll take my money and not provide service?

    @RogersHelps Why is the quality of streaming and casting so bad? The stream is only smooth on my iPhone, every other device (Xbox, Apple TV, casting) is stuttering and low resolution. I have Gig fibre internet and all my devices are hardwired ethernet. It was fine 2 years ago.

    @Canucks @Rogers And it is not for lack of talent or ability They have proven more than once this year that they can skate with the best of them. That is what makes this team so frustrating.....they just don't seem to want it bad enough to put their best efforts on the ice every night.

    @Rogers worst company ever. Horrible, less than transparent service and horrible internet. Go to @Bell instead! Great service and wifi!
