@Hanwarrior @Rogers Teksavvy gave me a great credit on my bill due to all of this, even though this wasn't their fault. They were rockstars through this & did everything they could to get me restored. It was @Rogers who failed here, intentionally cutting services then lying & refusing to fix it.

Terrible service! @Rogers requested to add TV service. Agent added it to my neighbor’s address, missed the tv packages, and sent an extra router. Now I have to cancel everything, return the equipment, and I’m charged a cancellation fee for their mistake.

@RogersHelps I have done every trouble shooting there is unfortunately signal don't get restored until when @Rogers deems it for to restored it, and many times recurrently it takes over a day to get signal restored. I have called several times and when I get thru I must have waited over 1hr

@Rogers has got to be the worst service provider. I ported to their service November last year and I have experienced the most crappy service compared to previous providers. Their Customer service lines hardly gets you through, I am left with having to deal with the bad service

@Rogers can you tell me how to get my data back online if I can’t get through to customer service agents? I waited 1 hr then again 2 hrs on chat to be disconnected as soon as an agent was available. When I tried to call I was told to call again later. This is day 2 with no data.
