I love how @RogersHelps gives me a deal at 3:34pm - I decide to hang up and think about it, now they are saying that offer is gone. Roger has terrible customer service, as of now I’m about to port all three lines to a new company. I do not recommend @Rogers

@RogersBiz Try teaching customer service at your call centres common sense would be good! Rogers worse customer service for internet providers! Feel sorry if you have to explain something to them

Great experience with @RogersHelps today on the phone! Multiple errors in the purchasing & activation of a new phone on my account resulted in me being billed for the cost of the phone 😬. Thankfully Rumana was on the job and let me know she's taking care of all the extra charges
