@RogersHelps @Iam_viktoh1 This is the problem when our country is an oligarchy. Rogers, Telus all the same crappy service.

@RogersHelps The app kept buffering or freezing for most the game. And it wasn't my internet (BW and latency were fine) or the Smart TV I have the app on. All the other streaming apps like Netflix, Prime were perfectly fine. This is a constant problem I have with your Sportsnet app.

@BlueJays and obviously Shapiro will never fire Atkins himaelf no matter how awful he is as the GM. @Rogers as a company need to realize fans won’t keep coming back to watch bad teams every year, and sponsors will then pull out and not spend their money on a bad product. TBC…

Seriously, @RogersBiz @RogersHelps, three hours on the phone with 4 reps, and even a call to a Rogers Store, and NO one can help me with an email I received from Rogers Business today about my account! @CRTCeng Does anyone know what they are doing at your company?

@RogersHelps is service down on King between Shaw and Spadina? Last 2 mornings no cell 5g or mobile internet service at all…

@RogersHelps It turns out it was a planned upgrade work June 1-4, but none of the 4 people I talked to until just now knew that. There was no advance notice and no info in online outage map that it was likely to continue or for how long. That is failing customer service.

@Rogers = avarice and greed. They've never had any standard, let alone a journalistic standard. Hell, they don't give a **** about journalism. Just give them $ and they're happy.

@RogersHelps On chat, yes, not on the phone. Stubborn not to declare an outage, but we got a tech call for Saturday afternoon, and the 2nd chat agent diagnosed a lack of speed to the modem. This should be a must-do for TODAY, not Saturday.

@RogersHelps My location doesn't show in any of scheduled outage areas. I live at 2450 watercolours way, K2J7B1. Basically waiting since 70 minutes for someone to pickup call and 40 minutes to your chat agent but none is responding. Your services have become very bad
