SNC Trader (@SNCTrader) reported@RogersHelps One of the phones we received through Rogers certified pre-owned program is having issues with its microphone during calls and I need to know which department to contact to get it exchanged/fixed. The phone is about six months old.

sarah (@dawnthehorizon) reported@RogersHelps I understand how that may work for just making calls. But if my boyfriend or friends only receive texts via SMS or RCS, but I have no service to text them, how would me using wifi work? Because I’ve tried and it doesn’t send the texts

Curtis Martin (@CurtisMart32873) reported@Uncle_Jed_1 @RogersHelps reason i bring that up. its yet another issue where a lack of action led to the exact problem the report was supposed to prevent Canadians need to drop the party loyalty and push for candidates that put forward a plan that actually answers questions not bring more questions

Paul Salmon (@pfsalmon) reported@Rogers You better make it worth my while. I have just moved my Internet to you from @Bell. I haven't cancelled @Bell yet, but I will cancel you because of this horrible client disrespect. I don't have hours to wait for your idiotic customer service.

𝚃𝚛𝚊𝚟𝚒𝚜 𝙾𝚠𝚎𝚗 𝙼𝚎𝚑𝚛𝚎𝚛 (@travismehrer) reportedWow. @Rogers is really trying to out-@Rogers themselves today. Up for 5 minutes then down 20-60 minutes. And no issues during the actual storm yesterday. But merging with Shaw was going to makes things better…

josh rubin (@starbeer) reported@RogersHelps The outages page never showed an outage. And I missed the winning goal.
-
Kay. (@westsidelimbo) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps fix your long wait times!!! i’ve been trying to call and chat back and forth and no one is getting back to me. even after waiting 2 hrs on the queue, i get disconnected for whatever reason. so stupid

Marisa Allen (@marisaallen123) reported@RogersHelps Obviously if I had spoken to someone I wouldn't be sending messages. Zero persons available to help - "we are experiencing an unusual high level of volume - please call back". Honestly its a joke!

sarah (@dawnthehorizon) reported@RogersHelps I have 5G turned off, opting to use LTE and the same thing still happens in my home. Sometimes turning it into airplane mode then turning it off works, but it still will go into SOS mode. Simply put, I’ve never had this issue in my house until I upgraded, and got 5G access.
