    @androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.

    @Rogers Just spent 2 hours on your live chat trying to switch my cable to ignite. Accomplished nothing as I got lost in a switch. Your customer service is atrocious the second Bell fibe becomes available in my area im gone. After 17 years of loyalty I expect a lot more!!

    Not the end. @Rogers technician showed up today, got cable into the house, handed us modem, and left. He didn't check signal to the house. There is none. 3rd appointment scheduled for Tuesday. Please @RogersHelps, fix your process.

    @RogersHelps we spent the 2nd last Sat. before xmas waiting for the delivery of our ignite bundle. We were told the tech would be here by 4 at the latest. At 3.30 we got a call with horrible reception telling us that the tech called in sick so our service call was canceled. 1/2

    @EdwardSRogers @RogersHelps pathetic customer service with ur Toronto fairview mall center. I lost my sim while travelling outside the country and the team was so rude and they could not even check if the person I authorised is reflecting in system atleast.

    @Rogers my internet, phone and cable are all down in Mississauga. Are there any outages? Your map seems to indicate no. We rebooted everything.
