@androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.

Shoutout to @Rogers for especially bad service yesterday. After online self-serv failed I waited 2hrs to speak to a rep, then tried a different number & requested a call back (3pm; est wait time 3hrs) only to be woken with 3 consecutive calls at 10pm. Sleep I will never get back!

@RogersHelps so in hold for an hour to speak with 2 reps and no one takes notes…. But they said they were taking notes on my account. Speaking to a real prick in the credit department who can’t explain **** just to be cut off 90 mins of my day gone and NO RESULTS. No CALL BACK

1st you have US wait 2Hrs to get a hold of someone, only to get disconnected or cold silence! Been with this company for many yrs and hold 3lines! While there're better plans & service don't why I waste my time! Something needs to get! ASAP @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers

@RogersHelps - after going to 2 stores and being told I’m being overcharged - and to call to get help - I’m at 10hrs on hold with self serve asking me to call. In 18hrs I’ve gone from upgrading everything to cancelling internet, tv, phone and 2 mobile accounts after 24yrs.

@AndrewLawton @RogersHelps You can get with the times and chat them up online instead. Much faster and better service. I think you should organize a convoy though. Drive right up to their HQ and start honking. Don’t forget the hot tub!

@RogersBiz Dont trust @Rogers when it comes to business. I signed for their phone insurance. I was robbed and brutally beaten. So when i tried to claim my insurance via the @Rogers insurance plan, their insurance company, told me i am not eligible coz im too poor
