    Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

    @RogersHelps North London is still unreliable since the great outage. Not to mention the outage itself preventing an entire day of work. 5 days of credit is a nice start, but not really adequate compensation.

  • shannoncrane7 shannon crane (@shannoncrane7) reported

    Hey @Rogers our stuff is still not working how it should…. Is it going to be 6 days worth of credits now…. And counting….?

  • DadTalks_Browns Mr_JGB (@DadTalks_Browns) reported

    @RogersHelps @tim_brecht Same here. We generally only watch TV at night. My wife has gone to bed for the past 5 nights and put on tv…after 10-20 minutes it starts glitching and freezing. She just shuts it off and uses her Bell cell service to watch YouTube instead. As I type this it just happened again.

  • M_Johnston1 Margaret McCuaig-Johnston (@M_Johnston1) reported

    @Rogers — I’m not happy that I lost service with everyone else & then got it back briefly but lost it again on Monday. No TV at all & slow, spotty, non-existent internet since then.A crew is coming to my house Fri to fix it. Are you doing that across the country?! I need TV news!

  • 1964brasil Fatima Cardoso (@1964brasil) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Why are your plans do expensive? You basically run a monopoly. The least you can do is offer better packages. This downtime messed me up as i was out of town with no access to another network. I am upgrading my phone and shopped around for a better plan, and it’s not you…

  • m1chelle Michelle Campbell (@m1chelle) reported

    The CEO of @rogers sends an email promising to invest in the network to avoid future outages and all I can think is “great, can’t wait for the new network improvement fee to show up on my bill”

  • SharonW86263945 Sharon Wallace (@SharonW86263945) reported

    @RogersHelps it as terrible

  • tejasaivalli Tejas Aivalli 🇨🇦🇮🇳 (@tejasaivalli) reported

    The CEO of @Rogers sent out an email apologizing for the outage last week. AT 11PM!!! What The ….??!! Who sends an email close to midnight, and that too about a national level outage?! #rogersoutage

  • elusiveodyssey Daniel Jonathan Heden (@elusiveodyssey) reported

    @Rogers a 5 day credit isn’t sufficient. I was one of those people who had a medical emergency. This is the second time. If it’s unacceptable as your CEO states then why aren’t you giving everyone a free month? 5 days isn’t even a dent in profits and doesn’t say sorry at all.

  • LeezerShort Lisa 🇨🇦 (@LeezerShort) reported

    @Thomas_Howden @RogersHelps Mines been terrible tonight. I got an email from some Tony guy saying it was all fixed.
