    Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Wow, five whole days? I doubt you will ever be able to restore our confidence. You lost my confidence during the April 2021 outage, which was also attributed to an upgrade gone wrong.

    @RogersHelps Thank you for the response. We continue to have a problem with the televisions. We have video but the audio keeps cutting out. We see the video moving but every couple of minutes the sound disappears for a while. We tried calling for tech support but couldn't get through.

    @RogersHelps How is Rogers going to compensate customers on the Monex payment system? We had to cancel a show and close our restaurant as people did not has cash money. Many just walked out without paying.
