Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

@RogersHelps we have our internet back and our home phone however the TV still doesn't work? What gives.

@birgitomo @Rogers How would multiple companies all managing a little bit of critical infrastructure help? We already have pseudo competition: the Rogers customers without service could not suddenly move to Bell. It might be time to publicly own this infrastrucure.

@RogersHelps Nothing as yet and seriously considering moving to Bell although I cringe at the though. Two major outage in less than 6 months.

Listen @Rogers I want FREE yogurt for what happened in Canada yesterday. What if Joe Budden needed me during the outage?

@ChangeMyMindPlz @Rogers It was like 1984 out there! Had to have cash because you never knew which places machines would actually work. I have Telus so I didn't have to navigate without GPS and still communicate...well as long as the people who I were messaging were not on Rogers anyway.

@RogersHelps @andi_wats76 What percentage? What regions are restored? What’s the issue? Why were the measures you took after your last recent MAJOR OUTAGE insufficient to safeguard our services? Lack of transparency, empty apologies and a menial credit to half of the people affected is not going to fix it

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Maybe tell us what really happened instead of releasing a PR letter that says absolutely nothing of consequence. Goodbye to bundling and hello the need to diversify. Thanks Rogers for all your hard work to continually let us down with no explanation!
