@RogersHelps Once again I lost all my Rogers service last night. What am I supposed to do then? I can't call you because I made the mistake of trusting you to be able to run the home phone service. What good is bundling if you get completely cutoff from everything?

@RogersHelps Ottawa ignite TV not functioning. All channels freezing or going black (both Canadian and US networks). Used the ignite app to reboot. Didn’t fix it. Unplugged everything and replugged. Still not working. Internet not affected. Please fix!

@RogersHelps Home monitoring lock is not working and we are locked out side. Technicians are pathetic just telling me they understand but can’t help. I am stuck outside the house at 10:30 pm with two young kids
