An anoneymouse (@anonimouse99) reported@rogers Your wifi router hardware seriously sucks. Why do I have to call and have it replaced after 4 years? My old Shaw router lasted 17 years. You're at...4 years. You suck

magenta72 (@valleylily56) reported@Rogers Too many scam calls are getting through. Calls are being spoofed so they look like real calls with no spam warning from Rogers. Calls claiming Visa charges, service denial telling people to speak to someone to resolve issues. This is unacceptable!!! @CRTCeng
-
Nicole Thomas (@Travelling_Nic) reported@RogersHelps I know for sure though if I don't pay the bill, you will call me multiple times a day for payment. And for some reason those people calling me can't help me either as I have to speak with customer service. It's extremely frustrating and I will be switching providers.

comm eng (@CommEng) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps Right now: 20% packet loss, RTT swinging 150ms→527ms on the same 5 pings. Not an outage you can point at somebody else, this is your transit flapping. Third occurrence in ~12 hours. Windows, PDT: 10:00-10:42, 19:23-20:20, 22:04-ongoing
