@RogersHelps It’s no longer contradicting because it’s clear that what I was told was an area issue is in fact not. I was given wrong information yesterday and now have to wait until the end of day for the tech to arrive even though this should be treated as priority.

No more stream tonight, because @Rogers is screwing me again. Upload won't go up high enough for me to do anything without lagging, and the support wouldn't tell me what was wrong - just that they need to send a tech. If there was literally ANYONE else offering service here...🤬

@RogersHelps Please advise the cause of outages in Brampton L6W - my parents have no service and can't call because their phone is also Rogers. Other streets in the neighborhood also reporting outages.

@rogers @rogershelp has the worst customer service ever! On hold now for 2 hours when it had said the hold time would be about 15 minutes. Horrible
