    Love how @RogersHelps does not fix my service and then turns around and charges me an early cancellation fee because Im pretty much forced to go to Bell. Your agents said they would be none. Then they cut my internet in the middle of a work day? 1/2

    @35Ayres @Rogers Having worked for the big 3 (Telus, Rogers and Bell) I can assure you I’ve never seen so many broken promises, customer service issues etc .... than what I’ve seen with Rogers. Telus stands out way on top.

    Where is my reimbursement I had so many issues back in 2013 so many cancellation fees charged extra ion my bills cancel went back to Rogers still have issues sometimes @RogersHelps

    December 27th - Spoke with Cable Department (customer said internet was intermittent) December 31st - OUTBOUND - residential retention call (tech was not helpful, customer advised, processed to return 30 days) January 6th - Cut off my internet @RogersHelps #rogersdoesnthelp

    @rogers on demand sucks. I'm tired of watching a show only to have it stop midway and my only option is to start it from the beginning. After restarting 3 times at the beginning, I'm now 30 minutes in and it happened again. I hate paying for something that doesn't work
