@Rogers has the worst customer service, fifth phone call to fix what they said they would already correct, and every time we call it’s over an hour+ wait time to talk to someone, totally unacceptable

I’m not the first and last to say that every time I have to deal with @RogersHelps customer service, it’s trash. They don’t value your loyalty anymore. The only reason I use their services is for my dad.
