@RogersHelps Terrible customer service. This service outage is absolutely ridiculous and we are paying $130 a month for this? I’ve sent two DMs since this morning and just want some form of compensation and customer service. I guess that’s too much to ask.

@Rogers @AroraDanny Diligently? Right..... because you're privileged asses don't have much to worry about.... you aren't missing work/school/appointments/important phone calls b/c whether the service is working or not, your company's still making RECORD profits & your salaries are safe!

The lack of information about the @Rogers outage, more than 12 hours in, gives me pause. This has gone from a nuisance to a major financial issue to critical infrastructure issue, and it's still ongoing. What is happening? What is being done? #rogersdown
