    @27Dmon @RogersHelps same here, south Mississauga since Friday. Tv is unwatchable with the interruptions atm. Too many people are reporting the same issue. But of course, not Rogers fault.

    Another #unhappy @rogers #customer. Upgrading phone with ex-pickup, supposed to be 3-5 days would be receiving an email, didn't not. Called Rogers on 18th, the device was not ready. Today got an email, the order cancelled 'cause it wasn't pickedup (check 2nd)

    @RogersHelps I had issues after the first tech visit last week got upset because the modem took too long to reset..I kid you not. The maturity is outstanding. He wasn't polite or kind either. He was supposed to come back yesterday and I'll waste more hours waiting for him to come back today.
