@RogersHelps all Ignite TV boxes are not getting a signal and yet my internet connection is "excellent". Can watch YouTube on the TVs but not cable channels. Been like this since at least 5:30am this morning

@naatirojaass I had recorded it to watch on the weekend but @Rogers neglected to inform me that when I got new equipment I would lose ALL my recordings. So I don’t know what happened. Worst service provider ever.

@RogersHelps Already DM'd you guys 40 minutes ago... Keep in mind that online there's 40+ and counting reports of the service being down in Toronto and you guys are saying nothing is going on.

@Rogers @rogers we had problems with our cable over Christmas and we are STILL waiting for you to deal with our cable. It's been draped over our trees and across our neighbours driveway for 6 months. We complained early June and are still waiting for resolution. What the heck??

@Rogers I just got of the phone with management support (IT). They had nothing to offer. They didn't care that Rogers has ruined our relationship with our neighbours. Told us no one should have said we'd have it fixed by mid-June (but Rogers told us end of May; then mid-June). Blamed us.
