Gave up then called again after 8 hrs, now they don’t have a technician to send till tomorrow so I can’t work till then. What ******** service is this? Why is there a damn AI AGENT AND NO HUMAN?

Calls claiming Visa charges, service denial telling people to speak to someone to resolve issues. This is unacceptable!!! @CRTCeng

Bo walks for nothing & end up paying Vlad double what they could have signed him for if they paid him in 2021…meanwhile, @rogers has jacked up prices on everything to pay for it & the team will finish last 2 of last 3 seasons. Ridiculous! Payroll over $300m!

Jon Russell (@jonruss58570719) reported@RogersHelps This was solved today by the Rogers team - and with awesome service. I would suggest a greater number of tech reps between 9pm and midnight - I spent 2.5 hrs waiting and got nothing.
