    @RogersHelps Well I had no interest all day yesterday. Pretty obvious there was an outage. Still haven't had a call. Please resend the purolator labels.

    Hey @RogersHelps, waited patiently for a billing chat rep (75 ahead of me). Finally get on, basically tells me to wait for 35 mins only to provide a reference number to fix a simple billing issue. The level of service is at an all time low. What are you guys doing????

    @RogersHelps You use to have replacement, remotes, modems and tv boxes in your rogers stores, so it could be easily replaced Why did you discontinue this? So, now I have no service since yesterday but I have to wait until a replacement comes which can take a few days,

    @Rogers, on hold for 2 hours. Get through to a "customer support specialist" on hold for another hour. The phone then starts ringing and sends me to the rural rogers department. I'm in a wheelchair without a phone. I moved and am trying to setup my services. Awful #Toronto

    @RogersHelps @Rogers never got back to me in a week, so I am canceling my services with them this weekend unless they offer me a cheaper plan. Oxio is looking good right now.

    @RogersHelps Do you have any idea how long the wait time is for customer service or technical assistance. Hire more staff and train them fully.
