Judy Young McKeown🇨🇦🇺🇦🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@JudyMcKeown1) reported@KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say I’m happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.

creative (@CreaTiv_thinkeR) reported@RogersHelps My location doesn't show in any of scheduled outage areas. I live at 2450 watercolours way, K2J7B1. Basically waiting since 70 minutes for someone to pickup call and 40 minutes to your chat agent but none is responding. Your services have become very bad

Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported@RogersHelps At this program and literally do what you've done well please all the while making your customers think but what they're getting is backed by the government. When what you have proposed is so far outside of the program as to be not part of the program. Just another lay down scam

Pietro Cammalleri (@PCAMMALL) reported@RogersHelps May I communicate with one of your agents via DM to ask whether there is an Internet outage in my neighbourhood? Rogers [1 (888) 764-3771] is experiencing a high number of phone calls — I wasn’t even permitted to hold. TIA.

MMA WEEDIES (@MMA_WEEDIES) reported@Rogers you are absolute scum. I've never used your services, but you still think I should pay money? What you are doing is illegal. You owe me money.
