@rogers @RogersHelps #rogersoutage getting no response from Rogers and no support. Allegedly the “vast majority” are restored yet my internet is still down. Day 3. Not even a response to a tweet. I get things go wrong—what matters is the response. #notacceptable.

@RogersHelps 50 hours without internet. 3 hour wait to talk to somebody. No callback service offered. Are you kidding me? Come on Rogers. My mother was back up 35 hours ago and I still have nothing? 17 year customer here, your time is running out. You need to at least respond here.

@RogersHelps Still cant access youtube proper or text pin security. Instagram loads very slow. Iv restarted router multiple time etc. Clear cach etc. It not restore 100% yet.
