๐จ๐ฆ Shonna ๐TAEMate๐6v6๐ฅ (@shonna_74) reported@RogersHelps I have 2 serious charges on my bill I need to talk to a person about. Also tech outages in my area since Tuesday! Please call me directly as I refuse to attempt to call again. This is beyond unacceptable service levels.

Master Iceman (@themastericeman) reported@Rogers can you explain the logic of asking business customers that spend 1000's a month on your services to deal with your awful customer service? Transfered multiple times only to end up at a loud call centre where the person tries to sell me stuff vs actually answering questions. All you are doing is making your customers want a better option, like a Starlink phone by @SpaceX . If I am going to have to deal with garbage customer service which is what big telecom has, you and @TELUSsupport I might as well get a more robust service. Starlink is more robust for me than the wifi I get from you. You should have local respresentives that work with businesses.

Jasen Marks ๐จ๐ฆ (@JasenMarks) reported@RogersHelps road construction has cut service to multiple houses on our street including my elderly neighbours. What is the fastest way to get multiple houses serviced? There is a technician onsite right now for my house but he indicates there is no way to service anyone else.

Gry Phyn (@LGBMike) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Used to work in call centre's and I can answer this. Lower wages. Cheaper to have phone support in countries that pay WAY LESS THAN CANADA. 2/hour in many places.

๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐จ๐ฆ Georganne Was Right ๐บ๐ธ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ (@georganneb) reported@SchwartzTime @Rogers They should be ashamed that they have a department called customer care. It should be called customer we don't care.

MO (@mkmaster0003) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers One of the most unprofessional ways to get in contact with customer service. I need to talk to customer service to discuss a few things about my account. And they decided to hang up on me, because they said, there's high volume calls at this time.
