@ConceptualJames @Rogers -Canada biggest Cable and Internet Monopoly, went down for a full day due to a “core network systems update issue”. Rogers is also an ESG partner and biggest shareholders are BlackRock and Vanguard…. Same with @AirCanada -There is no such thing as a coincidence.

@RogersHelps - More details: We are AT&T customers who roam while visiting Montreal. Whenever the Telus signal was stronger, our phone would switch to Telus and work. During a one-brand outage, customers need to be able to manually choose which signal to connect to!!

A final thought on the @Rogers saga: The @CCTS_CPRST can help customers resolve disputes with their carriers. Anyone impacted by the outage who isn’t able to get resolution from Rogers should reach out to them.

How is it that my phone data is faster than my gigabit internet connection? Since the outage, @Rogers internet has been awful. 70% of the websites I need to do my job won't load for me. They just spin endlessly. I'm a damn web designer, who can't load the web in order to design!

@RogersHelps If someone looses one day salary then your 5 day credit is not worth it. My husband lost hundred of dollars due to outage. You have to credit for full month otherwise be prepared for lawsuit.
