@RogersHelps Ignite is horrible, internet and tv still down. I'd love to switch to @Bell for tv/internet services but not possible as Rogers is the only service provider in our apt building that offers decent internet speed. @Bell please offer Fibe in my area.

@AboutRogers @Rogers @Rogers knows is a credit is not going to help them. They are about to lose a lot of money. Not having a dedicated 911 or failsafes for their services will move customers elseware. I feel bad for their customer service reps who will be doing a lot of heavy lifting.

@RogersHelps Rogers DNS servers are still down, and we have no way to manually change the DNS on the Ignite modems to something else. My devices that are unable to change the DNS are still crippled with no internet, including my work-issued laptop for remote working.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Internet still down for 2 days. No reimbursement is honestly good enough for everyone to put up with this and no reason why. Should be giving a statement as to why people should want to continue using your service. Something drastic needs to happen.

@AboutRogers I will be canx as soon as possible. @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with your company for cell services since 2006 and never would expect such horrible interruption twice in the last 2 years and little to no communication, compensation, etc. You left us in the dark. Now ur turn.

@Peter79420233 @AboutRogers @Rogers Or they know and not yet prepared to share. Cyberattack? PII lost? This could be far worse than just and outage for them and us.

@PACornellWriter @sillysyntax @Rogers It’s the main reason why I won’t ever get a all in one package from a single provider. Internet goes down I have my phone, if phone goes down I have my Internet. I hope the Canadian government really looks hard at this merger talk and puts the effing brakes on it.
