    @Rogers I am trying to get through the technical support. I've been waiting on the phone for over a 1/2 an hour. I've been hung up on twice. Is this the kind of customer service you're providing these days? I asked the last person to call me back but they haven't bothered to.

    @RogersHelps You guys dont help anything? Its been like 5 months ongoing? Have you not seen any of my countless replies over the months? Ive called in over 40 different times? Went in person to multiple physical locations, have had multiple technicians out here just to be told its my fault.

    @RogersHelps Make it free with my Rogers cell phone plan. That would help. It doesn't matter what platform I use. Firestick, cell, tablet, Playstation the app freezes and I have to restart the game I was watching. And not being able to select my teams home feed sucks.

    @jtbrazier @Rogers @CRTCeng Same issue in Markham for me since the 9th. I was promised it would be fixed within a week by the tech. I've gotten non-satisfactory "solutions" every time I call, only attempts to upsell me to their most expensive Ignite plan.

    @Rogers your customer service is terrible! You removed my discounts in January after I was told they wouldn’t be and no one is willing to resolve the issue. Now when I call I get hung up on.

    My Internet with Rogers was unstable for a few month .They said to upgrade to Ignite with the same fee, without telling me additional Ignite setup fee. The Internet is still unstable with Ignite. Called Rogers, hold me for 2.5h nothing resolved. @Rogers @RogersHelps @RogersBiz
