@coreyg57 @RogersHelps Rogers Network is up. They want you to use that to download to go over your monthly alloted data to make up for the $10 credit they’re about to hand us. GTA home WiFi is not working as of 8:00am Saturday.

  • forbsy2116 Ian Forbes (@forbsy2116) reported

@pollyhfx46 @RogersHelps Glad to know if your child or parent died yesterday cause 911 and phone services were down that you'd be cool with it. You'd have just relaxed.

  • liannacohen Lianna (@liannacohen) reported

@RogersHelps my wifi is still not back. My ignite modem is still flashing amber/orange. Reset it, unplugged it, did everything. I can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone. Please help

  • UberTroy “Johann Sebastian Botch” Tron Funkin Blow (@UberTroy) reported

@THEREELBROW @RogersHelps Yea, I’m on Shaw for everything, it’s scary thinking how easily everything could just come crashing down. I’m sure some people died yesterday because they couldn’t call 911. The lack of any details on why it’s not fixed faster or how it happened is concerning.

@Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps Yes It should be 1 day free for every hour of service lost We pay ridiculous fees for stability of service and Rogers has obviously not used that money to keep up with security Hopefully this will force an end to Canada's duopoly
