    @RogersHelps @Rogers I’m in 99 Copeman cres Barrie Ontario at L4n8b3 at 7am I have wife home internet for about 30 minutes after I gone and never come back on can you fix it can do Nothing at home

    So @Rogers has fixed the issue that caused the day long outage but can’t/won’t say what the cause was. I smell a huge dead rat. Typical shady slimy lying corporation.

    @RogersHelps Very weak cell signal for me in downtown Montreal! I should have 5 bars strength on my iPhone, only have 1 or 2 bars at best! Will not pay for crappy service! @Rogers

    @CP24 @CP24 I’m being told by @Rogers customer service that their standard service response will be compensation for “two days of lost service” regardless of any loss to revenue, any need to buy a backup phone with a competitor to do work or access emergency services etc.

    @RogersHelps more than 24 hours later and only cell data at home! No WiFi, no tv, no alarm, no landline. In Vaughan and getting ready to make the switch to someone that doesn’t charge a fortune for no service 🤬
