    @Rogers I feel compelled to say your Xmas TV ad is an agression to every sense, the laziest Fr translation, and so stupid and bad that it's unbelievable a non-brain damaged manager authorized it. It makes me want to volunteer, going door to door and make people transfer to Telus.

    @RogersHelps But that’s also not helpful since I already called them couple of times( despite of 3 hours waiting time) and all I hear is we are looking into the issue( which never gets resolved)!

    @Rogers looks like you guys have employees suspending customer accounts right before closing their laptops (10:30pm). Worst part is it is a mistake and Tech Support says I have to wait till tomorrow to address it. Shame on you guys! Worst customer service ever!

    @Rogers I got charged 375$ for sending texts to the US. Which never happened, not from my device that is. When asked customer service, all I got was "it's showing in systems so it's true"went in person to the store and was told they don't deal with that stuff and shrugged me off

    @Rogers my internet has been down for 48 hours. It went down the minute I switched my bundle. Raised so many tickets but no resolution. This is so frustrating and makes me think if I should continue with such a lousy customer service and support

    @RogersHelps ahhh yes, another outage. Emergency calls only. Good thing I pay 3 times what I used to for my landline. Can just imagine the excuse you have this time for no service..
