    @LoveMy7Wood @Rogers Write the CEO a strongly worded letter of complaint. Address it as personal & confidential. I did it after almost two years of terrible service delivery. Good chance you will be referred to a specialist group. Worked for me. Service delivery is good now.

    In my recent travails with @rogers, one thing that happened was their service technician accidentally disconnected my @bell home phone. Rather than have him reconnect it I realized I was paying $98.88 per month for something I rarely used, and received almost exclusively junk calls and scam calls on, so I called Bell and cancelled it. That’s $1200 back in my pocket every year. Boy, it feels good.

    @RogersHelps I will be proceeding to hook up to a normal plan probably with freedom given Unlimited data 5 gigs upload speed and even better unlimited roaming which you doubt me $12.50 for when I was in Palm Springs and never used my phone. And between the $38 on the $45 that offer

    @RogersHelps Not the point. You have so much money and you pay off small portion for It and social media people. It's not your customer's job to police your contact information. Your people should hunt this stuff down and get it taken off the internet. Just another instance of carelessness
