    Reached out @Rogers support over chat in last two days. After initiating chat, every response coming 6 to 8 minutes later! Simple support conversations span over 40-50 minutes. Probably support agents doing too much multi-tasking. Time to get back to phone support. Disappointing.

    28 years and time to say goodbye to @RogersHelps . No Ignite TV, internet or home phone for week now and they say they fixed the issue on Wednesday. Now waiting another 3 days for a tech to come, even though my neighbors are down too.

    @RogersHelps Wow everyday same **** different excuse from rogers, why am I still getting 80Mbps out of 1,500Mbps , used to get at least 70% of what I assumed I was paying for? Now its barely 1/10th of that.
