    @kimwen28 @RogersHelps Same neighbourhood and same issue. No fix yet. Outage in larger area. I spoke to 2 different customer service reps on the phone. 2-24 hours to get it fixed!!! That’s the answer I received

    @RogersHelps our ignite internet / tv had been down since this morning at 11am. Any estimate when the issue will be resolved? This caused missed work and school.
