I feel bad for customer facing staff at @Rogers, @RogersHelps.. It's not their fault that their employer screwed up. But they all have to face the wrath of nasty customers. Folks, try to be kind to these workers, they had nothing to do with the Rogers failure yesterday.

@RogersHelps my ignite tv /wifi still down (London) and chat, phone etc all just give me a canned message / hang up. I’ve unplugged the modem and plugged it back in etc. your web site gives no info on areas still affected etc. more than 24 hours, this is ridiculous

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers Again the issue that many of us have is not having no internet but the concern on why this happen in the first place and lack of proper communication on when it will be resolved. If Roger just said sorry people we goofed. It will take 24 hours to fix. I think we would be ok.
