@RogersHelps I get it, things happen. Cables get cut, servers go down, software glitches etc. The problem is that you're not saying anything, so, you're silence leads me to believe this is a much bigger problem. Has there been a hack? Bigger security threat? Info please!!??

@RogersHelps This call for a reimbursement. It is being hours without service. I imagine how plp with emergencies or important appointments are dealing with that. That is what we get with monopolies...

@RogersHelps lost service at 12am last night and it is now 1:40pm the next day and I still have zero service.. normally I wouldn’t care but I actually have calls that I’m waiting on and need to make today. Get your **** together Rogers.
