What a great experience with @Rogers this morning 1) spoke to an agent in Morocco (I thought it was Canadian’s who worked for you IN CANADA) 2) got bounced around to like 4-5 agents in less than an hour, had to threaten cancellation and CRTC to have someone help. 1/2

@RogersHelps @cdormsy You guys farmed out your customer service to sub par company that frankly doesn't give a shot if they help anyone or not, bait and hook then who cares right? Send them to AI chat bot or leave them on hold until frustration pays you up.

@RogersHelps For one of the largest companies in Canada I’m shocked at the service tbh. Sometimes I think bell and rogers take too much advantage of their government protected monopoly

@RogersHelps TV's are all fine. It happens on all the TV's I have. It is definitely a Rogers issue. To rectify the problem I have to unplug the ignite box and reconnect it and then it reloads and works. Sometimes I have to it multiple times.

@tobi @Rogers Set apn: mobile.apn this should fix tethering on Rogers but seems to kill tethering on US carriers fyi. Remember to switch back if you’re travelling.

@RogersHelps With the hospital wifi. I’ve been here for almost a month & this started about a week ago. There must be someone at Rogers who can help.
