    @BpaAw @Rogers That's what I had too since April last year. Never got a phone and they wouldnt reduce the price cause the phone was "free". Now that I'm moving and asked about a phone, its not included anymore. Weird

    @RogersHelps having to wait until tomorrow morning for a tech to visit is unacceptable for no internet. Working from home in a pandemic, 100% uptime is critical and what is paid for. Never any automatic downtime credits, and a pain to have to call in to get any sort of credit.
