So @Rogers im maybe a couple weeks late on a payment (for $200) and you send a collections email? after that outage? Are you serious? Maybe prioritize fixing your issues and not harassing people who consistently pay their bills and were away?!

@AboutRogers @Rogers My son is being charged $150 for the over usuage of data. The data that he was forced to use to carry on his job as an intern during outage.What a shame!

@CRTCeng you need to make sure that not only does @Rogers explain the outage but there is an end to monopolies in our Canadian wireless world. There's no reason we should be paying exponentially more that the U.S.

@RogersHelps I’m not even able to right now as I was forced to come in to the office to work when I should be working from home, but I can’t due to the ****** internet. Sounds like it’s an issue for many.
