@Rogers You keep saying crews working on the issue. Those responses means nothing. We all have work to do and until now you are not providing the slightest clue on what's going on. Since yesterday I have no internet, please at least show some honesty with your customers.

@RogersHelps Restore? We had it all week but now have lost it yesterday and today. One text and nothing since. Thx for being consistent in bad service - takes the guess work away in wondering if you’ll ever be good. K1S area code btw (Bell was here last week making the rounds……)

A dumb question for @RogersHelps … I am old enough to remember when a power outage didn’t take out your Internet. So I could have a UPS plugged into a modem and still surf for an hour or two if the power was out. That appears to be no longer true. Would that be an accurate view?
