Decades with no issues with @ShawDirect. Less than 3 months after the @Rogers take-over and numerous recordings have stopped working and my receivers may need to be replaced! Time to consider cancelling after 20 years of service!

@RogersHelps Why is it that long term legacy customers that are being told to upgrade to Ignite can't select the 24-month term pricing? The service agreement defaults to month-to-month after clicking submit on the order page. That is not right.

@DrKatKT @Rogers I did call Rogers, they confirmed the outage was not due to the equipment in my home but on their end … I received a call this morning to confirm the repair. Hope this helps!
