Looks like @Rogers internet is down again.

  • Ansovald Tibalt Ablaze. (@Ansovald) reported

@DaOneandOmi @Rogers I'm not with rogers but many friends are and some of them lost jobs dued to the outage, one lost a new job, and one lost a loved one due to an accident and they couldn't call 911. Yet they can't even give out a month or even a 50 dollar credit on their customers bills.

  • BarrhavenGuy Barrhaven Guy (@BarrhavenGuy) reported

@CBCOttawa If @RogersHelps or @Fidomobile dare ask me for my ID, which is not a legally enforced requirement, they had better be ready to come outside and cancel my account on the spot. They have no power to ask to see any of my ID unless I'm signing up for something.

  • Ansovald Tibalt Ablaze. (@Ansovald) reported

@Rogers You have enough money to give a donation.. yet won't give your own customers a fair amount for the amount of issues you caused when the outage occurred.

  • Nicolas29502027 Nicolas Inostroza (@Nicolas29502027) reported

@Rogers : "you get free installation" Also @Rogers: *Charges you 165 CAD for installation* Me: "there's a problem here" @Rogers: "Sorry. No can do. It's above 100 Cad"

@RogersBiz **** right off with your Smart city & green agenda technocratic fantasyland malarkey... Ordinary folks don’t want or need any of this craziness, and we don’t give a crap about anyone’s “carbon footprint”. What utter virtue signalling baloney....🤮

  • crys_lai C (@crys_lai) reported

@RogersHelps Yes the tech said the order was cancelled. When I called for support, it was transferred multiple times and eventually was disconnected after waiting for over one hour for a resolution. It's still not resolved and I'm now considering switching providers

  • Ersatz_cook Jonathan (@Ersatz_cook) reported

@saints_gambit @RogersHelps teksavvy has been at the forefront of getting Rogers and Bell to be less **** about their wholesale pricing and the other price fixing crap those companies have with internet. Beanfield if they service your area should give you basically infinite fast internet for cheap

  • YoungSquirrelz PlaysWSquirrelz (@YoungSquirrelz) reported

@Rogers has to be the worst service provider
