    The agent then passed me off to a "technical support" person. This is where @RogersHelps REALLY started to fail. This agent was CLEARLY not reading my messages. Worse, they didn't understand the product they were supporting.

    @Rogers Maybe if your customer support wasn’t so poor at handling these issues it wouldn’t have. Maybe if Rogers didn’t have a history of this sort of deceptive practice it wouldn’t have. Untrustworthy company is what Rogers has proven itself to be
