@Rogers @Govy09 What’s astounding is being told that even though I have had 5 months of issues with bi weekly calls which are still no resolved that all I can get is 30 days credit. My account drops daily but I’m told I have some service so credit won’t be applied.

Hey @Rogers why is the preferred program experience so awful? I just spent 25 minutes with a rep who told me they couldn't get me the plan I agreed to. I shouldn't have to go to court to enforce a contract, but I will. I refuse to pay $80/mo when I signed for $45.
