    @TrentCapelli @Rogers There's a $25 service fee to do that. Plus a $3 surcharge, $2 call centre charge, $6 paper charge, $7.90 air charge, and they'll have to clear up an outstanding balance of $89 that showed up at some point.

A COMPLETE wireless outtage from Canada's largest communication company is unacceptable. What will the compensation be for your customers?

    @RogersHelps I am still currently experiencing intermittent interruptions with your wireless service. Can you please tell me if your technical teams have already been engaged and if full service will be restored as soon as possible? Thanks.
