@timothypeckover @Bell i'm in ottawa (thanks to extreme amalgamation), but rural-ish and very low density. so i kinda get it, but they also need to do better i think. @rogers here has 1,000/50 service, but it dies after a couple of hours after a power outage...

@RogersHelps Is that what it means when she sent a signal boost is th e same as a reset?

  • Johnmatthews482 John Matthews (@Johnmatthews482) reported

@RogersHelps slow internet issues with many users in the neighborhood of Berczy Village in Markham, been happening for about a week now, internet is worst at night…

  • groverhritik15 Hritik Grover (@groverhritik15) reported

@RogersHelps Its still not fixed. Will you be able to do it or not? If not then I will report this issue to CCTS.

@Rogers now that you have acquired Shaw are you going to lower our cell phone costs? Husband switched to Shaw & cut his bill in half - I went to do the same 2day but can’t now that you are merging. It sucks I pay more for less service from the “same” company!

  • Tjierra #PrayforthePlanet (@Tjierra) reported

WTG @Rogers we've had your forced upon us Ignite system not even 2 weeks and not only do we not have wifi now, we can't even watch our regular tv because of your area wide outage. #RogersIgnite

  • AureliaCotta Aurelia Cotta (@AureliaCotta) reported

@normsworld @Rogers @FP_Champagne It’s Rogers…they have never seen a law they’d follow. They absolutely refuse to share signals and equipment, and the ISPs will not ever pay each other money. Or else they would have signed on to BAI years ago…same for Bell and Telus.

@RogersHelps since yesterday we are without internet due to some outage from your side. Now as the outage is over, still my internet is not working. I m on call with #Rogers since morning and they put me on a priority list to resolve it before 8PM tonight

@RogersHelps 2 days and still unable to fix an issue. You really need to invest in good technical support. How much more time do you need? #Rogers #rogersdown #rogersinternet

@RogersHelps Some channels say loading please wait etc, some are fine, some are just black. I've rebooted a box and am on the line with a service rep who can't really find the problem. It's on ALL 3 of my boxes. Sure it's not a satelite issue or something?
