    @RogersNetwork @RogersHelps my network is down again for the second day at M4X 1n1. This is the second consecutive day happening especially when we are at working from home. This is atrocious and very poor service

    @RogersHelps my service did not Roam like home. Couldn’t send or receive calls and apparently you didn’t get the texts I sent you to fix this. I want this reversed. Your service is shameful. #Rogers

    @Rogers You people hire who ever who don't know anything I called your customer service department to get 2 sim cards and the girl who picked up the phone said she won't except my ontario ID as she doesn't know what it is and I need to give her my passport or SIN number

    @Rogers why is it so hard to get an esim? Go to your store, wait 20 min for manager to tell me bad batch. Online, wait 2 weeks and still have to go back to store. Why can't you just send me the QR code after I purchase online?

    @rogers cell service in northern BC has been cutting out all day, notifications off because my phone was dinging 10 times a minute. Will the Rogers/shaw merger fix this? It would also be good if my phone knew I was on BC coast instead of saying "Alberta" so I can't watch nucks

    @RogersHelps so it seems weird to you that on the yonge/bloor PRI my ignite signal turns to garbage around 9-10pm every night? jist for streaming, speed test still aok
