    @lawsylvie @christinamakar @Rogers I had same issue,went to Rogers app into my account-in tv section there is -refresh your ignite box. Clicked it -after few minutes cable is working!

    @RogersHelps Oh ya I’m back online. Only after a half hour of waiting for NOONE to respond in the chat after being “transferred”. So happy my $200 monthly bill gets me support. You want to help? Reimburse my bill for the support portion I’m supposed to get

    @RogersHelps Well.... my TV box turns on by itself ALL the time - at random times. It's only turned the TV on with it at the same time once that I know of. I've learned to turn the volume down to 1 before going to bed, because it's attached to my speakers. How can I make it stop?
