    @Articwolfman2 @Rogers I have an iPhone mini POS. Battery lasts 2 hours, when I call my Mom with SIRI my phone freezes, goes to black, instructions to unfreeze don’t work and on and on. Hate this phone and want an s21 Ultra, might just say bye bye to Apple crap!

    @RogersHelps Thanks so much. Looks like there is an outage in the area which was not updated on Rogers site or chat bot and was discovered after my call. I was finally able to talk with an agent (via helpline number) after 45minutes.

    @RogersHelps this is very disappointing. to many issues to type. currently back on hold again and talking to my 5th Rogers representative in the course of 3 hours now

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Your customer service is...less than optimal. I ordered services on 12 Aug, have not received the equipment despite numerous phone calls, and now have been charged for that service. This should not be that challenging. #Fail

    @RogersHelps Hope you are well. Experiencing service interruptions for the second time in a week. Cannot get hold of anyone on helpline or chat from past 30mins. Trying my luck here. And yeah it’s week day and i wfh

    @RogersHelps our internet is still out (for over an hour now) which means I am missing meetings. I called into support and scheduled a call backX which I just received. I was put on hold, never spoke to someone live, and then was hung up on. This is service???
