Wow @RogersHelps I have been a loyal customer for over 14 yrs. Received our monthly invoice for our 4 devices. Shocked & surprised to have a total of only $13 credit between all devices for the April 19th full service interruption. Three users had to use a day off due to this.

Internet disconnecting up to 5 times per day, @Rogers says it will take 7 days to get a decision on whether or not to come and fix it. And people wonder why Canadians are fed up with telecom.

@rogers internet service is a ******* joke. Can't even go a few hours without disruption. Then they charge these horrendous fees each month for services not received. Talk about capitalism at its best. Making Billion$ off of people they deem too stupid to complain.
