@RogersHelps No. I told the CCTS exactly what I'm going through in a detailed email, and not just as a disabled person. And this stupid platform "X" does not allow more than a few characters of text in which to describe this hell Rogers puts me though, of course.

@JayJanower @Rogers Wow, things must be dire over there if the volume of calls is that bad.

@JayJanower @Rogers Or there's never anyone to get help from when your Internet cable and everything else goes out. #rogerssucks

@MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers So I got disconnected (seems convenient) and called back. To get through, I called the new product line. Picked up right away. Of course they couldn’t handle my request so I’m back in the cue. 28 minutes. So 2 hours so far to get a resolution.

@Rogers seems to be having trouble doing something called “providing the service people are paying for”. For several days the audio has cut out from programs, commercials show up randomly while the program’s audio continues to run, and the program’s runtime becomes fractured.

@RogersHelps @JayJanower Horrible screwup. Just horrible.

@JayJanower @Rogers They really do suck at Customer Service. Possibly the worst I’ve ever seen.

@Rogers your customer service is broken. I have spent hours trying to get hold of someone on a call to set up an internet move request but nothing — every call disconnected. Filled your callback form after a chat. Nothing. Do customers have to tweet at you to get help?

@RogersHelps Why is the Xfinity stream app having constant playback issues? I Either lose audio or video freezes. Happens within a minute of starting playback. I have reinstalled the app and still have the same issue.
