@SamsungMobileCA @RogersHelps are the two of you ever going to show that you give a **** and finally update the S20FE to Android 11 like the rest of the world? Can you provide even one valid reason why you'd leave only Canada out of the update?

@Rogers would’ve been nice to be told this info! No one said a word about back order til directly asked question! Rep@store says doesn’t come 256g?What is that about? I’d like to be contacted by customer recovery-idk if any info at this point is reliable. #poorcustomerservice @ShieldVoC

@RogersHelps idk how many times i have to tell y’all that unless there’s a problem with my account or i owe you a lot of money, i do not wish to be contacted. if i wanted and upgrade i would seek out an upgrade. the like weekly promotional calls are getting ridiculous

Man never again am I signing up with @Rogers, been a customer since '03 and still no real savings deals. "You're on the best plan sir." Hey @ShawInfo @ShawHelp I heard you got better deals for existing customers. Let's Work.

  • plebdiary Ian Plebe (@plebdiary) reported

@Rogers y'all picking your noses over there while thousands of users are experiencing connectivity issues? Do something for once in your lives. And upgrade the infrastructure while you're at it, you lazy, greedy degenerates.

  • SamanthaSudds Samantha Sudds (@SamanthaSudds) reported

@Rogers it seems that local businesses were warned of the service interruption around Queen East in Toronto a couple days ahead. Why weren’t residential customers warned? Many of us are wfh and would have appreciated being able to plan ahead/tell our managers.

@MichaelChongMP @Rogers @TownofErin It should be considered an essential public service rather than left to private sector.

  • ArsVenin Kiln Simpson (@ArsVenin) reported

@RogersHelps This is late as hell but it's a pretty common issue and should be documented OPENLY. I expect you give people accomodations if leaving your services can't be helped, but there should be a set migration path without having to talk to your customer retention department..

  • hope4redhead Lori (@hope4redhead) reported

@RogersHelps I was sent a text for an appointment that I didn’t make..Can someone reply to me and help resolve this?

@35Ayres @Rogers Having worked for the big 3 (Telus, Rogers and Bell) I can assure you I’ve never seen so many broken promises, customer service issues etc .... than what I’ve seen with Rogers. Telus stands out way on top.
