Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • reading5050 reading tweets (@reading5050) reported

@birgitomo @Rogers What compensation or better yet remedy will Rogers offer in situations where healthcare was impacted. Money doesn't fix it, but will that impact be ignored.

  • Sbmvv2000 Sanjay (@Sbmvv2000) reported

@RogersHelps Internet service in Mississauga is slow and erratic. Things are not back to normal

  • druidess157 DRUIDESS157 (@druidess157) reported

@71GoPensGo87 @andreamcrae @Rogers And Rogers is only liable to that per se. It is more than that we know. But I do want to know how something with multiple redunces broke down so badly. That is what I want to know.

  • itsxbosstime J A L E E L (He/Him) (@itsxbosstime) reported

@RogersHelps My internet is still down

  • druidess157 DRUIDESS157 (@druidess157) reported

@71GoPensGo87 @andreamcrae @Rogers Again, you don't. You get the basic day or two of service per day compensation for loss of service. You don't get all losses covered, as Rogers can only cover the loss of service. The rest of the other can be equally argued that may or may not have happened.

  • youngster1015 Bobby (@youngster1015) reported

@stitchlady @AboutRogers @Rogers Wouldn’t it be ironic if you switched to bell and within a month bells network was down for a day. Technology is not perfect

  • KrisShepherd20 Kris Shepherd (@KrisShepherd20) reported

@RogersHelps Ok everyone. Let's all calm down a bit. Wasn't it nice having an uninterrupted day with your families? I'm sure that was the very opposite for the people trying to fix the issue. If you are upset do better Please !

  • christyrose17 Christy (@christyrose17) reported

@PwnySlaystation @RogersHelps This ended up working for me! Had to also toggle my network on off on phone

  • quartermass Paul K Lawton (@quartermass) reported

My 17 year-old Nephew from Lethbridge visiting Toronto for the first time. He took the Go Train to Hamilton yesterday to come see me, but he got off at the wrong station accidentally. @Rogers was down so he was just missing for a couple of hours. Fun night!

  • mylastnerveeh Just here for the news (@mylastnerveeh) reported

@RogersHelps @73lmg Mine is already enabled and I still have this warning.. I’ve disabled and enabled it, turned off wifi and followed the direction with no fix. Error still there. What now?
