@RogersHelps This exact issue happened last year. My patience has lasted a full year now. Can you assure customers that this won’t happen tomorrow??

@RogersHelps I've never experienced such poor service from Rogers until the past few months. I've called several times trying to resolve issues and get nothing but run around. I'm done. What a disrespectful way to treat your customers.

@Rogers seems to be having trouble doing something called “providing the service people are paying for”. For several days the audio has cut out from programs, commercials show up randomly while the program’s audio continues to run, and the program’s runtime becomes fractured.

@Rogers you seem to have inserted an unnumbered channel between 20 and 21. Now when I talk into my remote and ask it to go to channel 20 so I can watch CBC News Network, it doesn’t know what to do. No big deal. I can type in 20 but just find it an odd thing to have done.

@leaningcowboy @RogersHelps Same issue. What is the point of the golf channel if it never plays any majors..
