    @RogersHelps We *did* give the number listed on the account, and the message said "no such number." At worst we just need a way to immediately reach a human (even the chatbot refuses to provide a way), but we really just ask to have all the false charges cancelled without wastihng our time

    @Rogers your customer service is useless, no internet since 7am - it’s now 10:15pm. You can’t get through for a status update and your stupid app is down for maintenance!

    @RogersHelps I've been waiting for a rogers specialist online for 2 hours and simultaneously on hold for 1hr on the phone. The issue...the esim service on the website...won't cooperate with a mobile browser and I have no choice but to use it...so now I'm being punished....help

    @Rogers I was on the phone for 10 hours and spoke with several representatives. They kept transferring me to different agents without resolving my issue.This shows that the company’s employees are not responsible or trustworthy. @Rogers

    @MLBNetwork @RogersHelps I was just about to try resetting my boxes, but I noticed it's doing the same thing on the Xfinity app. It's a universal problem - not localized to my box(es). Any plans to rectify this as I feel like I'm wasting money on programming I can't fully enjoy?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers can you please send a tech to fix the damn lines you rent to @AltimaTel they have requested 3 repairs from your guys and it's been rejected each time. My latency is 400-700, it takes 5 mins for Google to load. Please work with them when they call for a tech!!
