@RogersHelps I’m moving and trying to cancel your services. Why is it so difficult? Why can’t it be done online like other service providers? I’m going with @Bell and already they have provided seamless service. You really need to offer services outside the #gta

Rogers internet is such garbage. Been down for 2 days and has a 3 hour wait time to talk to anyone. Not even an option for a call back? Hey @Rogers get your **** together! Unacceptable, especially since we're stuck at home🖕

@adaminkw @RogersHelps So frustrating. Honestly…$700 a month to Rogers for the internet to cut out a few times a week, and not actually get the channels we ordered. 🙄

@RogersHelps YOUR INTERNET IS SUCH GARBAGE! CAN'T HOLD SIGNAL, CONSTANTLY DROPS! YOU CAN HELP BY ALLOWING COMPETITORS INTO CANADA (@Verizon) BUT NO! YOU HAD TO CRY TO MAMA GOVERNMENT BECAUSE YOU KNOW EVERYONE IN CANADA WOULD SWITCH TO A MORE SUPERIOR NETWORK.

@RogersHelps Well that's odd because I did call into Rogers and a rep said the whole area was experiencing issues. No matter. It's back up now
