@CityNewsKIT It's time to dismantle the monopoly. Thankfully I'm with Bell so my service weren't disrupted. Unfortunately with debit machines being down it disrupted the majority. How is @Rogers going to compensate us?

@maVAuHaSepAbu21 @RogersHelps @Rogers I've also never heard of any job that requires "LTE" since that's only network data speed. Outages happen and is going to happen they were down 30 hours not 30 days lmao

  • triciac14 tricia campagna (@triciac14) reported

@RogersHelps ‘Continue to keep customers updated’? I’ve never seen less informative ‘updates’ if you can even call them that!

  • _TorMapleJays Marked Safe from Abortion (@_TorMapleJays) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Have they tried lobbying Trudeau 4x a day rather then 3? That might help.

  • DarcyKelley DarcyKelley (@DarcyKelley) reported

@RogersHelps My cellular services have been restored to 3G but no LTE. Rogers, when you have a chance, perhaps restore year 2022 service levels while you charge the highest wireless rates in the world? #rogers #3g #rogersouttage

@Rogers apparently just got through to support and "JOHN FROM HALIFAX" was able to tell them to reboot the router.... #RogersLetsNotTalkDay #rogersdown #rogers

  • the_jandashow The Josh & Artemis Show (@the_jandashow) reported

Hey guys, We may have to cancel the show today if the @Rogers outage continues, very annoying but nothing we can do. We’ll keep you updated if and when anything changes.

@rogers… This is the perfect example of why we need more competition in the telecommunications industry in Canada. Companies with government sanctioned monopolies are only in it for their profits and have no real incentive to provide excellence in Customer Service. #cdnpoli
