My s/o & I are on calls all day, working on large network servers & connecting with dozens of people for our jobs. Everything in our condo is connected to our @TekSavvyBuzz WiFi. Our TV, our work, my cell phone (b/c w/o using @Rogers WiFi calling, every call I make drops).

  • MikeCanning7 Mike Canning (@MikeCanning7) reported

@RogersHelps internet has been down for a bit in Ottawa. Is it a widespread issue? I've been on hold for over an hour

Wow @Rogers the service you extend 3rd party infrastructure users is a new level of crap! Reinforcing my decision to not be a customer of yours #badservice #rogers sucks

@RogersHelps Is there a problem with Rogers email in London? I can't access my email. I've tried 3 different devices. Says it can't access the server.

@RogersHelps I recently switched to ignite internet and my 2.4ghz signal constantly disappears, this is an issue as certain things only run on 2.4. I never had this problem before switching to ignite, now its a daily issue - why is that?

  • eiell6 eiell (@eiell6) reported

@RogersHelps my internet has been down for 30 minutes in Vaughan, ON. It allows me to connect but is not working.

  • matthewwilkie99 Don Bisonford (@matthewwilkie99) reported

@RogersHelps your service is an absolute joke. Waited 1+ hours on the line and now being told I have to wait another hour. Just to get a rocket hub. Disgraceful customer service

    FIX THE WIFI @Rogers 🤬

The CRTC has sold the interests of Canadians down the river. But rather than get mad at @Bell Canada, @Telus and @Rogers for reaming us, we're going with Starlink. If we're going to pay a high price for internet, it might as well be the best.
