@RogersHelps Service outage in Guelph on Friday and now all day again today. My girlfriend needs internet to do school stuff and this is the second major outage in 48 hours. This type of shoddy service isn't worth a dime to anyone. Get your act together.

@Rogers what a horrible customer service! I was trying to report an incident with a rogers service vehicle, but the call center said that there is no such department with fleet manager and I'm waisting their time with my issue. Happy that I'm not your customer . #rogers

Again a no show and no phone call. 3X to actually become a @Bell_Support customer and they can’t get anything right. Truly impressive from a customer standpoint. Curious if @RogersHelps would be interested in new customers or are they all the same. @SpaceXStarlink

@Rogers 1 hr + to get a call back, then no more than 2 min on call...back on hold without warning 45 min and counting. Wonderful service I pay for.
