    @David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Did Rogers run a diagnostic while you’re on the phone with them? I had the same issue, they ran a diagnostic while on the phone, and they said they were surprised my internet was still working.

    @David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps If you call TekSavvy on the phone and they determine a Rogers tech is needed, they'll place the service order for you and someone will come.

    Just a big **** you to @cityofhamilton and @Rogers the fact that I wasn’t able to add more time to my parking due to service being down and not getting a notification from the app resulting in a ticket is complete bullshit. Also ******* rude customer service representatives

    @David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Get another tech out there and talk to them - tell them it's up and down and you suspect corrosion in the connectors ask for them to be changed

    @Rogers Internet down again. Terrible service. Pay 135$ a month and am lucky if service works 70% of the time. That's being generous.

    @RogersHelps Every single day since the outage the other week our internet loses connection, multiple times a day. No amount of router restarting seems to fix it. What is going on?
