I completely revamped my network at the start of pandemic - wired drops at all desks, 3 overlapping wifi routers.

After years of frustrating calls w them & a new modem, we finally got a tech who wasn't lazy & changed the exterior cable. Problem solved. Good luck.

Rogers does not care and I expect their end game is to get you to quit Teksavvy. Teksavvy support, via Twitter DM, is stellar. If they or you capture signal levels, it helps. Do you have cable TV?
