I’ve been with @Rogers for 15 yrs, now they tell I don’t have long distance calling and have never had a plan for it. That’s BS. Someone recommend a new provider.

@RogersHelps Been plagued by intermittent service interruptions every couple of hours every evening since the big outage. How about providing some clarity as to what the problem actually is and when it'll be fixed? My entire household is Rogers but I think that will be changing very soon.

@Rogers #rogersoutage My moms experience Rogers down again since last night Apparently a fibre cut in the North York and surrounding area however their customer service seemed unaware and no one can give a proper eta. Will definitely be looking for an alternative service soon

@RogersHelps I sent a DM about this 12 hours ago with no response. I'm sure I will get a response in the middle of the night when I am sleeping so that I can't get a real response to the issues.
