    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps @Rogers Stop calling it “intermittent” and saying “affecting some” customers! It‘s affecting ALL customers and has not worked since 2am continuously!!! Call it what it really is. I‘m expecting a large rebate for the 4 lines and data I pay a fortune for! You‘ve broken our contract

    @CFIB @Rogers We’ve missed 14 client related calls so far today that we are aware of - if your going to offer a pay for use service and charge some of the highest fees in the English speaking world for it - it better be the best and your customer service better be unquestionable the best.
