So @Rogers wants people to produce ID before going into their stores? Another reason to never deal with them.

@RogersHelps I have a service install scheduled for September 14th. The landlord has given me the go ahead. Does the landlord need to sign a form beforehand? Or is contact information (phone number) sufficient.

@Rogers Worst customer service experience ever. Recently got a call from winback team offering data plan of 25 gb for 45 dollar with additional 20% off for 24 months making the plan around 36$ per month. So far so good but when the time came to switch to rogers and avail this offer

@Ansovald @Rogers Is $50 really gonna change any of those things, relying on tech that fails sometimes is our own fault. My bank card wouldn’t work, should I blame Rogers because interact using one ISP? **** happens unfortunately and $50 won’t fix it or a month of service free.

@RogersHelps That would make sense if you could provide a reliable service. It’s just more of a reason to switch to @Bell who actually respect their customer

@RogersHelps Confirmation not required, me & all of these other angry patrons in this Starbucks are affected. Starbucks by Bell is keeping up he WFH movement afloat while Rogers pisses down it’s leg and collects $400 a month from suckers like me.

@Rogers Great service!!!! I've been waiting for close to two weeks now for @Rogers to get back to me on why the ignite tv app buffers all the time. Was told someone would get back to me in 72 hours. I guess I need to not pay my bill this month in order to get a response.
