@RogersHelps You are a horrible company. You should never be allowed to buy up Shaw. I am moving to bell for all my home services. 🖕

@StephenPunwasi @Rogers explanation of new software glitch does not make sense, these up-dates are in test mode for eons before going into production, plus where was emergency disaster plan? Not to promote conspiracy, it sounds more like a cyberattack.

@AnthonyGolden13 @Rogers @Tesla I ended up added another card and it worked. Some cards work some did not because of the network crap from #rogers. Thanks though.

@RogersHelps Its sad, how you responded to hundreds of garbage attacks on Rogers, and couldnt answer my basic question of "Will Rogers put out a statement about what caused the outage". Shame on you. All you care about is damage control..... This is the worst part of it

@deijdotcom @BYO_Bob @Rogers it was not a hack. BGP routing error to customer database caused devices to go offline is the most likely cause.

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers We CAN live without internet. We can’t live without 911 and without all debit/e-transfer and a lot of credit functions. Phones are supposed to call 911 no matter what, and they didn’t. Thats a huge issue

@RogersHelps Spotty Tv and no internet. Tried rebooting multiple times, still nothing, yet the system says everything is fine, connected and there are no outages in my area. I'm losing the equivalent of three work days because of this. Please help.
