    @RogersHelps Nope - not at all. I get appointments fill up fast but to simply cancel my appointment because my “modem reset it’s self an hour before the service call” is unacceptable. Especially because there was no call to see if we actually had functioning wifi.

    @RogersHelps service outage for several units since your upgrades on site yesterday at 77 Maitland Place Toronto. Any idea when you’ll be back to fix it since you broke it? No issues until your techs came to “improve service with upgrades”

    @RogersHelps is NHL live down? I get this msg "We are unable to verify your access to the game. Please subscribe to NHL LIVE™, or contact your TV provider for access to games on the broadcasting network." when I try to watch, and the listen links take you to the wrong page.

    @RogersHelps #RogersIgnite Terrible service yesterday, internet was in and out from 17h00. Call to IT confirmed nothing was wrong with boxes. At 23h32, internet went out again but 30 minutes later the tv light up with Amber Alert but tv wouldn't return after!

    @RogersHelps What’s the reasoning behind the Canucks having no focus on this network. We don’t get proper post games, we get other teams highlights shoved down our throats. Miller scores one of the nicest goals of the year, later in the day, but your focus is elsewhere. FCKBOSTON
