  @RogersHelps I finally got a human being in tech support on the line - then he did something on his end and we got cut off. He never called back. I think this is my fifth cutoff in two weeks, my fault for being insane - doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

  As is usually the case with @Rogers @RogersHelps, I was on the phone trying to get through to technical support for close to an hour and, while on hold, used their Online Chat and arranged in just a couple of minutes to get a service appointment all while still on hold. Their telephone help line is useless. Don’t even bother. Use their online chat.

  @RogersHelps My current home Wi-Fi service is really poor - it's using a wireless SIM card modem. Before I completely cancel my plan, I’d like to try switching to a regular, wired home modem to see if the connection improves. Is it possible to swap my hardware to a traditional modem setup?

  Wow been on HOLD with @Rogers over an hour to cancel our INTERNET and got disconnected Went into a STORE in ON @fordnation They are giving me the same number to call If they never answer .... How do you cancel?? This is disgraceful service #Rogers #NeverROGERS

  @RogersHelps @savemilkweed HELP. We are two struggling seniors, who have a CONTRACT with Rogers Cable. For the love of God, stop adding $5 to our bill whenever TF you feel like it. JFC it's a CONTRACT. One we can barely afford as it is. That fraudulent $5 is a meal we have to do without. HELP

  @HeartPatient105 @Rogers @RogersHelps I had to dump their cell service because of a dropped 911 call near my cottage. That is unconscionable.
