@RogersHelps you continue not to disappoint in absolutely crazy customer service policies and illogical dealings WITH CUSTOMERS. Biggest mistake was listening to your rep on a call on Apr 16th......an issue that will now cost us hundreds of dollars.

@RogersHelps So my Ignite wasn’t added to my account last Friday; I’ve been unable to add any channels; my internet keeps cutting out, so I’ve restarted/rebooted my new Ignite modem and set up box over 30 times bc of poor signal. ...2

Guess what, I still did! I woke up completely soaked in milk with a crying baby at 2am (because we couldn’t do one last night feed) all because @rogers told me to be patient for 90 minutes straight, but did nothing to help me

@Rogers @bell Have you looked into expanding internet into the N1A 2W2 area code? We are all stuck on subpar internet. The first company that brings high speed services here is sure to get all the people on board. The lockdown has shown us how bad our internet options really are.

@RogersHelps It is working now but because it was unstable I have connected my cell phone hot spot.

@fordnation The lockdowns have been extremely hard on those of us who do not have high speed internet services. I pay $300/month for limited bandwidth so I can work and my kids can do their schooling. Help @rogers and/or @bell expand into areas just outside the cities.

And I know that @Rogers laid off thousands of sales reps to focus on customer service under Joe Natale. But these “customer care” reps were not helpful because they kept switching me to someone else who would make me explain everything again.
