@RogersHelps Is the number for Ignite support? Or home internet support? Because I need Ignite support. Every time there's a power outage this darn Ignite modem won't come back online. I wasted a lot of time last power outage because home internet doesn't deal with Ignite

@RogersHelps It's not my connection that is the problem. It never was. You have problems broadcasting Global and Corus knows about it. The last problem was in my area for other subscribers too but you blamed me to try and upsell. The problem is still occurring.

@RogersHelps Don't worry I know all about the "please reset your modem" and/or "we will put in a ticket, and have the problem looked at" responses that your agents read off the paper. 2+ hours without service last night. Just another delightful day as a Rogers customer.
