    @RogersHelps And now after over 2 hours of being on hold, i get an automated message that says high volume of calls and to call back and it hangs up on me??? Terrible customer service!

    Hey @Rogers. My father passed away in February 2026. I have been trying to cancel his service for months. Called 27 times on hold 2 hrs and then told there are no agents and you hang up. Store won’t cancel for me. I can’t be alone. Class action seems in order. #rogers

    @RogersHelps Sorry, never an iPhone here. My Samsung is supposed to detect this. It is a common shoreline issue that should be run up the chain there. I quick look at US roaming refunds issues along any great lake shoreline should indicate there is a problem there. 1/2

    @Rogers after 4 phones calls, 3 hang ups, and an hour and a half on hold, by way of this tweet, i am informing you that i will be moving and all services must be canceled. You will figured out who this is once you have a Kevin in Ottawa no longer paying the bill. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
