    @RogersHelps Please help, Ignite TV totally failed now as of 7pm. I'm here in Richmond Hill, ON postal code L4S. I tried calling Support but was dropped mid-call due to high volumes.

    Well, @Rogers just keeps on failing …. At best, intermittent TV service and right at this moment no TV service. Day 4….I think it might be time to re-look at that other provider.

    @RogersHelps hi my internet and tv are no mostly out again, a) is there any outages in London area that would explain this/can you help and b) is the credit going to include all these extra days vs. the 2 days this was stated to be originally?
