Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers @RogersMediaPR you guys are lost. It is Monday night. Half my streaming services are Still garbage performance, my live tv loses volume and freezes up constantly, it’s been 4 days since you’re last debacle and the service is still goofy. #pathetic #bye

  • Rob16921 🇺🇦🇨🇦CanadaResists🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@Rob16921) reported

@BittiegirlDonna @RogersHelps Actually I kinda lied, we use Telus for cell, have for over 10 years and never once had a major issue, a couple of minor ones but customer service really was excellent, and they're always helpful when we have questions. Now if we could just ditch Rogers I'd be happy!

  • control_frk Control Freak (@control_frk) reported

@RogersHelps It’s going on 5 days now and I still can’t watch Ignite tv. PVR recordings stop so does live TV And nowhere to call for support? Its like watching a slide show, plays,stops,plays...

  • OdiN_729 Odi N (@OdiN_729) reported

@RogersHelps my ignite tv still is pretty bad.. black screen, freezing , changes to different channels.. by itself :(

  • pinchrunner77 Mel (@pinchrunner77) reported

@_Annetastic_ @RogersHelps @Rogers Honest to goodness. I haven't had trouble with it until the last year. It started doing this in an out with the channels. Randomly with no explanation. Friday was the icing on the cake. Never switch to Ignite lol!

  • pamjb1 Pam B (@pamjb1) reported

Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps you forced Ignite on me and since #rogersoutrage it hasn’t been working. What’s the ETA on getting service back?

  • DaveCra05944588 Dave Craig (@DaveCra05944588) reported

  • MathesonStep Matheson Steplock (@MathesonStep) reported

Hey @RogersHelps our tv's are still glitching out since the outage, they have all been power cycled along with the modem, whats going on?

  • PatriciaSabay Patricia Sabay (@PatriciaSabay) reported

Hey @Rogers , because of the power outage, I missed an online class and had a potential medical emergency. And you have the guts to still charge us more than 100$/month if we can't have a reliable network?!

  • lterryjazz Lorne Terry (@lterryjazz) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers 4 days later, IgniteTV still isn’t working. Rogers can’t answer support calls…Time to try Bell Fibe.
