    @RogersHelps You need to review your processes. You booked a service call for me that took place at 4 pm today & the tech confirmed my modem was dead & replaced it, fixing my issue. 2 hrs later you texted to say issue was part of larger problem & you were canceling my service appt. 😒

    @NBurton27 @camcharronyvr NHL Live on Samsung tablet and Xbox One were the best. Probably because the MLB people had perfected their craft and listened to their customers. @RogersHelps is horrible

    @RogersHelps I won't call again, why would I put myself through that? The call was not fully resolved before I gave up and hung up over three hrs in. Next time I need help, I'll walk into a Telus store.

    @Rogers not sure what is going on with your wifi but it sucks lately. Modem is in the same room as everything and saying there is no connection. Not impressed. #DoBetter

    @Rogers @RogersHelps your network sucks!!! I'm in Ajax and my internet ignite has been out since 3:30pm first they said few hours then by 8:30pm now within 24hrs you f@#$ing charge enough and gauge people then don't provide the service....
