    @Rogers I have been on hold 2 times today for over an hour and half each time and still currently on hold - to no avail. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I am looking to purchase items.

    How is it that when my power went out on Friday @RogersHelps sent me an email about network issues. But the internet has been down for two hours, lots of reports, and literally zero communication.

    @Rogers you by far have the worst instore support hone support and in home techs support. Yes I had issues with all 3 in one day wasting hours with each. It's not the employees it's your service and how things are managed. 12 years and I'm finally gonna kick you guys out.

    @my_name_here85 @Rogers Amen!! I was a Rogers customer for 10+ yrs. $400/mo for services that never worked properly and a customer care department that didn’t care. Once I started cutting services tho…..they cared QUICK. Too little, too late!!

    @RogersHelps I am trying to speak to someone about my 89 year old MIL’s plan. She has spent $$$ topping up her plan due to a hospital stay and is now locked out. I have been to stores in person and spent hours trying to navigate your phone dial-in system. Please help me! 😩😩
