@Rogers 2 seperate employees told me it was lost after being recieved by y'all....not me keeping it or not sending it on time...yet you still have the audacity to tell me y'all be charging me on my next bill...really...so now the customer pays for your mistakes?!

@Rogers and when I mention how y'all gave me tons of stress and anxiety over this, all you can do is apologize? What ever happened to the days when y'all did this for the customer? I didn't realize blaming the customer and charging them money they don't owe was how things went...

@Rogers Earlier this year Rogers tried to charge me my entire upfront edge amount even though I had just gotten a new phone and new 2yr contract...how is it okay to treat your customers this way? This is disgusting and I won't stand for it! There is a lot of mental stress due to this!!

@RogersHelps There has to be a more efficient way to make changes to my account through telephone that the insta chat cannot service. Was just on the phone for over 2 hours and was not satisfied with the end result/price of the package.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Want to know what it's like to have all your services go down every 15mins every other day. Get @Rogers . It's only been a month, it only takes 4 hours to watch a 1 hour program. Oh, customer service, yes, someone is going call to let me know what the tech..

@RogersHelps it is so hard to get an online support? Phone waiting queue is 3 hours, live chat is waiting for the past 30 min. Don’t know about Twitter. Rogers suddenly charged me yesterday $514 for an equipment I returned with status as “delivered” 3 months ago.

@Rogers first you tell me I didn't send the phone back, which I have proof I did. And you needed 30 days to clear it up. 30 days pass.... Then when I prove I sent it back and y'all recieved it, y'all telling me you actually lost the damn device and need 5 business days!!! Ridic!

@Rogers Or informed me that if I opt for Ignite instead of moving my old internet, you’ll charge me cancellation. That would’ve been honest customer service, instead of tricking me into signing up for new while springing cancellation charges for old.
