I would like to to talk to someone who knows how to set up mail on an iphone. I do not want to talk to someone with a language barrier or someone who can not help

They gave me the acct# and I called Rogers customer care (4:06pm). I was redirected to credit ops who agreed redirected me to collections?? and that person dropped the call. 1 of 3
