    I just had great Customer Service from Rogers. I have had the opposite and whined about it. Tonight I was waiting online 1 hr 50 mins later I get through then the audio's lost as the conversation starts the C.S. has my digits and calls back fixes my issue AWESOME! @RogersBiz

    @jeffster1970 @Rogers @Bell_Support Do not switch to Rogers. I was with them 8 or so years ago and left for bell. I’m back with Rogers because it’s all my condo can use and it’s still the same messed up Rogers. 8 years later and still the same issues with them

    @RogersHelps Ask the people who are fiddling around with Global's sound. The ticket is,still open with phone messages saying the problem is not fixed therefore you can't help me through DMs. We established that last month.

    @RogersHelps Latest attempt: called Customer Service. Asked to speak to a manager. On hold for 30 mins. Some answers. Are you a manager. No. I'll put you through to one. This is how you treat your business customers?

    @RogersHelps day 2 no internet or cable services I just spoke to 3 different reps & they're playing dumb pretending there's no recorded outage after Rogers outgoing message & online confirmed there was an outage due to system upgrades & 2 reps from last night confirmed as well

    @Sportsnet @RogersHelps @nhl why do I need to constantly sign in? Why does your SNNow app log me out? I was ok an hour ago, left, came back and had to login. I didn’t have to login to nhl in the past. This SNNow experience is worse.
