    @RogersHelps Monday down the drain. Have had no service most of the business day. Being a small business owner and having no cell service while on the road is pretty frustrating. Thought this would have been resolved this morning. #fail

    @RogersHelps Seeing as you guys love to nickle & dime us to no end, do we all get one days credit? Won't mean much but been without service since about 2am and again, you love to nickle and dime us to death? No I won't be requesting it, make sure your payroll devs are working on it.

    @RogersHelps "Intermittent"??!! You KNOW that's not true! Nothing intermittent about a complete blackout if phone and text service.
