@RogersBiz Submitted a complaint last week regarding the outage on July 8th. The operator tried to help but promised a call back from their manager. Still waiting on that phone call. Phone lines are too busy to get a hold of you guys. How do I file a complaint? Dissatisfied!!!

@RogersHelps having your sales people going door-to-door and interrupting people while they work, and also having them try to get an exact number I'm paying another company for my internet (while not taking no for an answer) will never be an effective way to get my business.
