    @Rogers has offshored their customer service since that last time I needed service. Was on hold for about 2 hrs. Not pleased at all!!! Raising prices across the board for media they provide. Loss of Canadian jobs. @CRTCeng @MarkJCarney

    @RogersHelps No problems now, but for a full day I couldn’t access my accounts, and couldn’t send for 2 days. Your email servers servingVictoria weren’t working. Your website said nothing was wrong&your AI system didn’t know anything & led me to actions that locked me out entirely.

    @RogersHelps Incognito worked ... not sure what the issue is ... never had this happen before. By the way I had already cleared my cookies and cache and still had the same error on a regular browser screen.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Some of the best technical support folks in the world today are from India. Check out Zoho support or Microsoft 365 support. Try Bell or Rogers, they are a nightmare.

    Why is the wait time so ridiculously long. I have been on hold for over an hour and a half now. This is absolutely ridiculous. Paying this much money a month for absolutely no service. @RogersHelps

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Bell also - when I changed providers I thought I was being scammed because the customer service rep sounded nervous. I asked her 'what location she was working from' and she said The Philippines.

    @JustMeJamie64 @2BikeisLife1 @Rogers I yelled at AI support with some f bombs. I got told by AI that my abuse wouldn't be tolerated 🙄
