@Rogers you need to inform your customers when you have planned maintenance. Your customer service sucks. #rogersdownagain #noservicerogers

@RogersHelps Correction: I can call everyone except my own kid. That is bananas. I sent a dm with the screenshot of them saying there is nothing to fix. That is also bananas cause I still cant call my kid!

@cbcmarketplace you should investigate @Rogers. They’re falsely advertising 1.5 Gbps and when customers upgrade, they have no internet because of “provisioning” issues with no estimate for fix.

@stevenhorgan4 @RogersBiz @RogersHelps You’ve lost a customer. That’s my friend above. We are also seriously considering changing, last two months tv has been terrible, picture goes on and off. Technician again today. Wifi signal barely carries video. And we pay a fortune each month.

It's an agency (Likewize) of @rogers. It's particularly frustrating because they keep directing me to their website, when the reason I'm calling is that their website is broken. Now up to 30 minutes. 🤬

home is that we have been hot-spotting from our Bell work phones. The irony of having to hotspot off Bell because our @RogersHelps services don’t work. We have been far too patient. This needs to be resolved asap. We have phone several times, responded on their Twitter help

@Rogers have the worst possible customer service. Been on the call for more than an hour, still on hold. Chose the callback option and no response at all and this is my fourth day trying. Regretting my decision for choosing Rogers. (“Tweeting during the never ending hold”)
