Power still out all over #Orleans. The main intersection in Blackburn Hamlet has power. There’s a Tims, a PetroCan, a Metro, and a good pizza place all open if you need it, #Ottawa. Cell service has been down here for the past few hours on @Rogers but seems to be up for now.

@RogersHelps @juliet_moussa Hydro was restored over 6 hours ago. Given it is night time now the customers will be without service until sometime tomorrow.
