@Rogers I can only suggest one thing that might restore a little faith. ANY AND ALL data overage charges should be waived for EVERY Rogers customer for the entire month of July. The fact people are even receiving Data Usage Alerts today is a real kick in the teeth. #FixThis

I feel bad for customer facing staff at @Rogers, @RogersHelps.. It's not their fault that their employer screwed up. But they all have to face the wrath of nasty customers. Folks, try to be kind to these workers, they had nothing to do with the Rogers failure yesterday.

@RogersHelps my ignite tv /wifi still down (London) and chat, phone etc all just give me a canned message / hang up. I’ve unplugged the modem and plugged it back in etc. your web site gives no info on areas still affected etc. more than 24 hours, this is ridiculous
