I swear @Rogers executives huff paint thinner before making the rules you can't upgrade if you change your address within the last 30 days however you can buy and add a new phone to your line no problem

Never EVER had worse wifi than @Rogers ignite. Bundling with TV is a huge mistake. Wifi connection drops too many times to count, in turn making the TV not watchable. Worst customer service too.

@RogersHelps bottom line is your service has been bloody awful. It's always been bad but since the outage it's been downright disgusting. Not enough you charge crazy amounts of money even for roam like home that doesn't even work, ridiculous

@RogersHelps my spouse went to Vegas on business trip in October for a week, we couldn't even call one another and I called Rogers 3 times that week and heard every excuse in the book why it wasn't working and yet you sure had no problem charging me for the 5 days
