    @RogersHelps internet/tv have been down overnight for about 8 hours. I rebooted both boxes several times. Is there an outage in North York? WFH is impossible right now, and I could lose my job. The wait on the phone for help is over 2 hours!

    @Rogers: “you don’t have to send the equipment back just yet, you’ll get an email with a reminder and a shipping label for it and send it then” Also Rogers: never sends an email or a reminder but then charges you for equipment return and late fees.

    @RogersBiz Maybe I can help you as it seems you don’t know your business … this phone number you say I have on rogers, check and see if there is any calls or data use and call Telus to check and see if the number you are messaging me on belongs to them or you …?

    @RogersHelps It appears instead of actually looking for a way to dig under the driveway you just called the city and went over my head. That’s not good customer service and I am shocked this is how you treat loyal customers

    @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps my internet service has been interrupted 3 times within the span of a month. I work from home and this has really affected my ability to do my job. 😡
