This was bullshit customer service and totally uncalled for. In my mind, shouldn't @Rogers fix this problem immediately, instead of having a customer reach out and deal with being put on hold for hours?

@Rogers call support line is insufferable. Third day calling and on hold for over an hour, then disconnected. Every time.

This is something that has been bothering me since summer: when construction crews severed the @Rogers lines in our neighbourhood, Rogers knew about it but didn't fix them until we called for a tech. And when they arrived, they wouldn't fix anyone else unless they called.

Hi @RogersHelps. This internet outage is really cramping my style. It’s been over 12 hours. I signed up for updates on the ticket (C172067290) but haven’t heard anything yet. I hope this issue is being looked into with a degree of urgency. It’s preventing me from being productive

@RogersHelps My programming has been changed twice tonight my mom pays over 2,500/year and for what I've contacted tech. Support, no discount and only help is to reboot system. We've done this multiple times. My mom's losing channels daily but what does rogers care they don't
