Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reportedSo not happy with @Rogers right now. Over 2 months ago, they promised me they would get my ugly temp line buried within 4 - 6 weeks. Now they're saying it won't get buried until next year. I sincerely regret ever becoming a Rogers customer! #CRTC

Nima Tourchian (@realskippp) reported@Rogers customer service is absolutely awful. Been trying to speak to someone to move my internet. 3 days I been calling and haven’t been able to connect to anyone. After holding the line for 2+ hours it disconnects. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going to renew with @Rogers again

Gabriela Cecilia (@gabycecilia82) reported@RogersHelps Here’s the lowdown. Again. June 15. Called Rogers to sign up for a new 24 month bundle. Have an email with start date of bundle June 15. A new modem was sent. I called tech support, they said the new modem was not necessary and to send it back. Done.

JayT (@jtersigni) reported@Bell_Support 6 months into my new cell phone service and I'm hit with a plan increase already. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service tells me my account is too new for a loyalty discount - not too new for a price hike eh? Unbelievable. @RogersHelps - you guys paying attention?
-
Paul R (@doonboy) reported@RogersHelps Wifi calling not working so only way to fix it is by contacting an agent. Even your AI agent said that. Apparently it has to be reprovisioned.
-
Monarch Butterfly (@savemilkweed) reported@Rogers Just wondering who is proof reading this as i tried to get an escalation… do most people reading this see their computer typo? They say it may be “resolved” because they could not pinpoint it. Yeah, thanks for your help and thanks for telling me it is resolved

Shawna R (@shawna_r80) reported@AdemirCosta8 @RogersHelps @Rogers I’m really disappointed that they think it’s okay to treat their clients this way. Not a company I want to do business with.

Monarch Butterfly (@savemilkweed) reported@Rogers I can’t reach anyone at Rogers… you used to have wonderful service but now there is honestly no way to reach a human being even after 20 years of being a customer- but hey, if I worked for you and needed to return equipment, there’s an option for how I should do that
