@AboutRogers @Rogers I can tell you a few steps you could take to. How the f are you a**holes still in business anyways? Your number should be labeled along with all those other phone scams. Paying for services that never work and no one can seem to do anything about it #rogersdown #switchedtobell

@RogersHelps Haha “troubleshoot”. maybe build a better network? Or stop crying to the CRTC every time they try to increase the competition. You want to troubleshoot: give me a real choice in isp. Not just you or bell/telus.

@RogersHelps Thanks for responding, that’s unacceptable when it costs businesses and Canadians $1000’s we should just wait, if we did not pay our bills you would charge interest or cancel our services @CRTCeng #failing #Canada

@AboutRogers @Rogers These are all empty promises!!! We will never know the truth. Not sure how can you say: 'Our Valued Customers' because your company don't value 'Anyone' other than the 'Profits', with your high rates that you charge consumers & businesses. An unreliable network!

@Rogers As I customer I read Staffieri's message and would recommend you heavily evaluate your AI investments, as while I don't know what you have in mind for reliability beyond new codecs; The possibility of an AI blackbox would exacerbate diagnosing future outage issues.
