@HeatherMoAndCo @Rogers The last outage because of the software update on their cellular service was one day credit off of each affected service. It was proportional to your monthly payment divided by the number of days in the month. In my case I had 6 lines and it worked out to nearly 10$.

@RogersHelps Nope, still down for me. And I have a final exam today. I took the day off from work yesterday to study. I couldn’t contact my prof, surprise, bc I didn’t have connectivity. Hope you have a bad day!

@RogersHelps I have no service but no service? I can use Facebook and YouTube, but while using my wifi I can't use Twitter, Discord, Tik Tok, Twitch ETC. How is that the case? Can anyone explain?

@ruffoloj @Rogers As a shareholder would you support infrastructure separation from retail operations? Retail would be compelled to innovate on service level, create redundant links with other networks, serve niches. It is in public interest to go more virtual, public-cloud-based, open. #TelcoTech

@RogersHelps @shanstu It's not the internet - I'm currently accessing on Starlink internet, and I have the same issue - the links go nowhere, so no information about outages in my area. What terrible service.

@RogersHelps thanks for screwing up my network with yesterday’s outage!! Now I have spend my time setting everything back up!! I wish you offered more options on your router so this type of stuff can be quickly corrected!
