    @RogersHelps Nope. Sorry but I want nothing to do with a tool that is going to give me more runaround and being bounced around more that I have been over several hours. I have a service appointment but they made a mistake and keyed in June 3rd instead of June 2.

    When I worked for @Rogers, all of us had to take customer service training. Even those of us not in public facing jobs. That was more than ten years ago. Just something that came to mind as I spend my second DAY on hold with Rogers tech support.

    @Rogers Team, hello team, i lost my sim & wallet including my ids, debit-credit cards. Pls do needful to block my sim on priority. a scammer will try to re-issue my number with the help of their networks inside roger’s shop. Im not in canada now & i wont come back to canada.

    @RogersHelps what's going on in Brampton ON? Internet is down and I've seen a few others say they're facing the same issue but there's nothing on your outage map.

    @Rogers Why is it.. when getting a new connection.. you ppl will constantly call us.. once service is sold.. it takes ages for us to talk to real person.. Chat is a scam.. Anna waste of AI functionality and Chat agents don't have authority of anything
