    @RogersHelps I'm usually patient when it comes to outages, but it's getting a little ridiculous. Everyday, my home phone goes out and I have to use my data, which thankfully I upgraded. What is going on now? Getting tired of the spotty service for the prices I'm paying!

    @RogersHelps My neighbour had Ignite installed yesterday. They changed her phone # she has had for 50 years. Now the new number doesn't work and no one can be there until tomorrow. Two nights without being able to call 911 if needed. #notgoodenough
