My problem, @RogersHelps, is I was told by the service rep who came to my home that I actually need to speak with an actual human being about my two issues but it seems impossible. My senior mother was charged bogus roaming fees, has called several times, only to be told you have high call volumes and to call back and the agent via chat wasn't helpful at all. You're charging fraudulent fees and harassing seniors!
