    Words cannot describe how awful big telecom is in Canada. We are all victims of a telecommunications cartel. The system here is broken. We need @SpaceXStarlink in Canada open to the masses ASAP. @rogers @bell have Canadians pinned down.

    @RogersHelps Thanks for the reply! 3 weeks - multiple calls and over 24 hours on the phone to just get our services up and running - that we pay for! CEOs office gave us a credit for this trouble. Got our bill today and we were double charged for the month (old and new address). (1/2)

    @RogersHelps Internet has been down almost an hour. I'm in Etobicoke. Was told Ignite would be better but its been TERRIBLE the past couple of months! Thinking of switching...

    @fanCRTCProfling What it means is that all current @ShawInfo customers, many of whom are used to decent, if not glowing, service (exc for biz accounts!) will be transitioned to appallingly terrible @RogersHelps service (incl biz accts). I've been on both and there's no way I will move to Rogers.

    @RogersHelps Rogers workers showed up and dug up a portion of my lawn and there is now just a dirt pile. There was nothing wrong with my connection. They said they were "looking for a broken wire". Will Rogers be fixing my lawn?

    @Mnky74 @Bell_Support @RogersHelps Same. Was down from 1850 near Wilson Stn. -01- on the old cable box & no internet. It's apparently reestablished connection, the box is continuin its boot up now.

    I've never had such a hard time giving a company money before. Tried to open an account with @TELUS and it didn't work out. Went with @Rogers instead, who had my phone in my hand and set up in less than time than it took for someone from Telus to even call me about my order.
