@RogersHelps @Rogers Internet still down for 2 days. No reimbursement is honestly good enough for everyone to put up with this and no reason why. Should be giving a statement as to why people should want to continue using your service. Something drastic needs to happen.

@RogersHelps Rogers DNS servers are still down, and we have no way to manually change the DNS on the Ignite modems to something else. My devices that are unable to change the DNS are still crippled with no internet, including my work-issued laptop for remote working.

@Bell_Support Can a man get a good deal over here? Been with rogers 15 years and in the last 10 this is the 3rd time this has happened, this one was the worst. Can.. uhh... someone say the same for bell??... Noh. I'm switching @rogers I hope many are with me on that one.

@RogersHelps so after almost 30 hours now, when can I expect to get my cable to work???? My internet sucks and I’m getting kicked off most platforms. To say “do better” is ridiculous because you couldn’t do any worse. Phone came on after almost 24 of it being out #rogersfail
