I tried to contact for support but there is no option for email issues & your AI chat is useless & customer service hrs & options are terrible. This is unacceptable.

Then there's all the outages. What happens if there's a fire? She can't call 911 and her house burns because Rogers was down.

This is very poor customer service. If I go to a store they direct me back to technical support so it’s a never ending cycle. Rogers FAIL

Also, my bill has gone up twice in the last year, with the lack of consistent service and no customer service help I demand a reduction in my bill
