    @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam

    @RogersHelps Calling regarding my home internet services. We cancelled back in December and returned the modem, but the person over the phone obviously didn't cancel our services and now we are hit with a $700 overdue payment.
