To add clarity, I have to renew my offers annually with @rogers @RogersHelps. Funnily enough Retention Customer service can’t appear to help anymore. I always thought business folks state it’s cheaper to retain a long lasting customer than to acquire a new one. Curious times.

@RogersHelps @Rogers what is wrong with your company and the poor customer service? I have a senior who had her TV, phone and Internet not working since Dec 3rd. We got the TV wkg again but we've been on the phone for a total of 6 hours over 3 days trying to get her phone back.

@Rogers @breakfasttv @BreakfastCanada Good job Rogers. Went to elderly parents to help them set up a “new” nextbox you sold them that was clearly refurbished. It doesn’t ******* work. Your simple 3 step set up didn’t make it out of step 1. A joke. Get a handle on your stores. I’m going to move them to Bell. Pathetic

@RogersHelps our internet has been down for over 1.5 hours. What's the nature of the outage and when do you expect service to be restored to Pickering? People need to work from home. (I don't need the stock answer that it could take 24 hrs and 'most issues' are resolved in 3-5hrs

@Rogers Internet is working. How does it timeout when I'm watching an event? My only work around to get continuous streaming is casting to chromecast but I still get signed out from the source browser. It wouldn't continue casting if internet was shoddy. What's the solution here?
