  @RogersHelps I finally got a human being in tech support on the line - then he did something on his end and we got cut off. He never called back. I think this is my fifth cutoff in two weeks, my fault for being insane - doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

  @RogersHelps How can I? Most of the time you go through the verification and then it says that they are too busy and hangs up. I had to call the sales department and get her to put me through. After support answered, he wasn’t helpful at all. I asked to pass me on to the cancellations.

  @RogersHelps I am moving and need to set up a service transfer. I was on hold twice this week for over 2 hours before a forced disconnection. Today, not even allowed to enter the queue. Live agents can't help me, your local stores can't help me. What am I supposed to do?

  @Darth_Pingu @Rogers I worked in call centres in Canada. Most of the clients were US businesses looking for Canadian customer service people because we were nicer, more patient than those in the US. I bet they still do that.

  @Darth_Pingu @Rogers Rogers is the worst when it comes to contracting out of country. They dont care about Canadians.
