    @Rogers @RogersHelps I am experiencing a really ****** internet since christmas in toronto. Your specialists act like it's only my building issue but it seems not. Stop lying. Customers are not stupid. Just tell ppl what happened and give eta, not sweeping it under the rug.

    @RogersHelps Miraculously, the problem with Global was resolved without my involvement or further abuse before Xmas. But TVO has been occasionally glitching so that sound and picture are briefly affected for a second. Please investigate.

    @RogersHelps @randomfrequency This actually happened to me recently! I did an upgrade, the phone was on back order. I had to wait 4+ weeks. No problem, 2 weeks later I get an email from Rogers, saying I didn’t return my old phone so they charged me $660. The funny thing is, they never shipped me the new phone

    @RogersHelps HI there. Someone from your back office terminated my service on my Samsung smartwatch I think due to the to either incompetence or ignorance (in their email it said only Apple watches are allowed on the network). How do we fix this?

    @Rogers ok so Rogers customer support is to pass customers like a human baton to different department - on my 3rd transfer. I was trnsfrd to fito??? go figure

    Mmm wifi calling please note that I did not accept those terms and conditions. I simply swiped left and it went away, and my function was activated, so I am not down by your terms and conditions. @rogers fees associated with this you owe them for minus action of if or not.

    @Rogers Day 3 of service interruptions. Internet down twice today. Have had multiple service techs here. Every time they fix someone else’s, seems another person’s goes out. Say they have to split customers as the box is damaged. Rogers says it could be as late as Spring to fix.

    @Rogers my 87 yr old mother internet connection not working which means she has no tv, internet or phone for the past 5 days so we are unable to communicate with her. This is happening on a weekly basis technician have gone to fix this issue at least 6 times since March!!
