    @Rogers It's been EIGHT days and 8 hours of phone calls and Ignite TV is STILL not working. Notified today that ticket is closed b/c its working??!! What option is there beside cancelling the service?

    @RogersHelps like everyone else on Twitter here today with Rogers ignite, it’s been garbage. Sound cutting in and out, internet intermittently cutting out. This is my first week using ignite and it has not been a good one.

    Hey @RogersHelps - the sound on our Rogers Ignite account keeps cutting in and out tonight. We’ve rebooted the box but there are still problems. We are in Bowmanville.
