    Oof I remember that day they had in July 2022 - I bet that got Ottawa and Toronto onto calls (@Rogers network went out for almost an entire day). Single points of failure are dangerous.

    Arguably one of the worst hiring processes in the last decade league wide. #leafs are one Chayka hire away from completely loosing a portion of the fan base already on the edge. @Rogers primed to really screw this one up. All about the bottom line, nothing about team success.

    @RogersHelps No—my call got disconnected after waiting 1h48m. I need technical help that self-serve tools can’t fix. I’ve been trying to reach Rogers for a week with no success. Even the store told me to call support. Why not hire more Canadians and fix these long wait times?
