    Wow been on HOLD with @Rogers over an hour to cancel our INTERNET and got disconnected Went into a STORE in ON @fordnation They are giving me the same number to call If they never answer .... How do you cancel?? This is disgraceful service #Rogers #NeverROGERS

    @RogersHelps @JacobJPhillips There’s no point Jacob. I reached out weeks ago with a billing inquiry after I went through the same thing as you. Still no response to my DM. Waiting for my contract to expire and then I’m gone. Can’t deal with the horrible customer service when you need them to help.

    @CanadasLeafs @Rogers Lol I was on hold with them for over 2 hrs couple of weeks back. That was after showing up at a Rogers store where they make you buzz an intercom , "move in front of the camera" ask you what you want then tell you to call CS that they can't help. Lol

    @CanadasLeafs @Rogers i tried to cancel my rogers 3 years ago. they played tag with me for days on the phone. I'd wait 60-120 minuntes... spoeak to someone for 2 minutes and they would always say "this isn't my dept. let me transfer you". this went on for 4 days, over 24 hours total of wait time
