  We need to do something about the telecom duopoly issue we have going on in Canada. Rogers crediting less than $4/day, meanwhile they will charge you $5/day of missed bill payment is absolutely disgusting. Rogers posted profits of 1.6 BILLION last year. @RogersHelps @Rogers

  Based on recent personal interactions with @TELUSsupport and @Bell_Support and the @Rogers “incident” I feel like the only thing necessary for a startup teleco to succeed in Canada is funding and to not be grossly incompetent - they could be OK even with average incompetence!
