    @CanadasLeafs @Rogers Switched over to Bell several years ago & have never looked back. Rogers comes by a couple times a year with their latest offers for me to switch back. I wouldn’t go back to them if they offered me their services for free As the saying goes…”the best ability is availability.”

    @Rogers is just as bad. Also, they seem to think that everyone can read when they email 'contracts'. No verbal explanation given.

    @RogersHelps I am moving and need to set up a service transfer. I was on hold twice this week for over 2 hours before a forced disconnection. Today, not even allowed to enter the queue. Live agents can't help me, your local stores can't help me. What am I supposed to do?

    @RogersHelps I haven’t used it in over a year zero internet services used by me from you. Instead of asking me you guys took it upon yourself to charge me 210 bucks for something I never used you guys are stole from me hope your proud. Refund my 210 you stole

    @momluvsfood @RogersHelps @Rogers What annoys me is the "longer than expected". It's always the same. 2 hrs yesterday, no one. Chat today transferred me 3x and the agent was beyond rude.. I've worked in chat for a major bank and could never chat like that. I'm still not satisfied. Likely cancelling all products.
