@RogersHelps I wasn’t trying to be snarky — but, it’s an honest question. I’ll try to rephrase: I’ve spoken with 2 customer support reps (helpful/nice), but my account problem needs to be dealt with someone with specific expertise. Have I been shunted to an unattended line or is this normal?

@RogersHelps I switched to IgniteTV Jan 31 and you haven’t been able to get my account working properly. No service half the time and 30 hours spent on phone (check my account) Endless open tickets and now going into 3rd straight day with no service at all. No help from Rogers.

@RogersBiz We called the service team and they couldn’t provide an ETA and when they transferred to escalation the line disconnected after 45 minutes 👍🏼

Hey @RogersHelps, is there a way to check if my internet signal is strong? I'm currently experiencing 50mbps speeds when it should be at 500u. Can you check if my area is being impacted at the moment? I tried to reboot my modem and router and still the same result.

@RogersHelps my nextbox is not working again. I've tried rebooting. It randomly shuts off and reboots itself.
