@MillennialStar2 @RogersHelps A company’s value and reputation starts at the top and trickles down. Their communication with their customers and how the entire issue has been handled has been abysmal. I’ve always been a very loyal customer to Rogers but this has been extremely disappointing.

@dereksalinas @RogersHelps Yup. I’m having a lot of issues with recordings on my PVR. Sound cuts out a lot, picture freezes, TV goes to black at times. It’s been three days. It’s absolutely infuriating.

One move @Rogers could do to help make up for the outages this weekend, would be to make a deal with @ReelzChannel to make sure Canadian viewers can have access to #OnPatrolLive formerly #LivePD when it returns this month.

@amazon it became apparent during the @Rogers 4-day ipv4 outage that AWS does not respond to ipv6 requests, I find this abhorrent considering just how much of the internet AWS hosts. do you intend to rectify this?

@CityNewsTO Showed us how essential @Rogers is to commerce and safety (home) across Canada. The company handled the correspondence poorly for consumers and business alike . Could have used chat bots for web site to confirm outage , send messages periodically via text message and other tatics

@KathieC094 @RogersHelps YES! Exactly same thing happens with me and it’s infuriating. My PVR is close to 100% and I’m trying to watch things and get it down but it’s impossible with how many interruptions and glitches there are. They won’t make any statement about this. It’s ridiculous.

It’s Monday at 5:20am. Are you a @Rogers customer still without service since Fri morning? Have you lost service after it was supposedly restored? What part of the country are you in? #rogersoutage

@breakfasttv We just need more communication companies in Canada. It’s unexpectable what we pay for cell phones. internet. & television services. Maybe then companies like @RogersHelps will do something about the awful service they provide. Still don’t believe their excuse why this happened.

@RhoNFLD @RogersHelps For almost a full 24 hours before this statement came out they were so sure they had resolved all issues completely even though there was hundreds of comments saying otherwise. It’s like they’re totally oblivious to what their customers are saying to them.
