@RogersHelps after your Cyberpolygon exercise participation service outage in 2022 (we know the truth), it is best for Canadians to have internet & phone through different carriers.

Recently purchased the $90 Rogers Mobile Travel Pass for a trip to Italy. It picked up a network maybe 50% of the time. Most times I tethered to my friend's eSIMS Card. Save money - get an eSIMS card and avoid the frustrations. That was a waste of $90. Thanks @Rogers.

@soul_supplier @Rogers @Bell 100%. I have the same issue and with the whole house connected, it’s totally unacceptable.

@Rogers hi! I want to make 2 complaints. 1) Your website says your online services hours of operation are Mon-Sat but I've called twice and have received an automated message that it's closed. 2 we cancelled our internet services in Dec but your workers didn't actually cancel it

@RogersHelps It’s fine to empower your customers, but it’s extremely poor Customer Service when they cannot reach anyone on the phone without being on hold for an hour. There is no excuse for that. We are paying very high prices for the services you provide in Canada.

@RogersHelps Too late now. Always was a strong supporter of Roger’s and their amazing customer service but since last year with the cuts to staff, reduced support channels and hours and contracting out customer service to 3rd world countries who have zero knowledge on the company I’m done.

@Rogers if I miss a Canadian win the @PGAChampionship I will be pissed because you cable and internet went down in Port Perry

Hey @RogersHelps what gives? Over three hours with no internet or TV, some of us rely on it to do our jobs. Your outages site doesn’t even have Manitoba listed, just says there’s an outage. What’s going on?

Not if you've got the wrong address as we've been trying to explain to your tech support...end day back on hold waiting for you, @Rogers!

@RogersHelps I’ve been without home phone, TV, or internet service for over 17hrs. Customer service isn’t available through phone support. This length of downtime is unacceptable without proactive contact or an easy way to connect to support. Forcing people online while home internet is down
