@Ur_A_Grossman @Rogers They are an absolute joke. The ignite app is possibly the worst app I've ever used. Can never properly cast. Doesn't allow you to minimize when on a mobile device. Last week the "win back team" called to offer a mobile plan of less data for more money. Do better @Rogers

@RogersHelps I’ve been without cell service since the storm blew in (1:30 PM). Powers back, ignite is back but no cell service…can I get an eta on the fix? Durham Ontario region.

What good is @Rogers 5G service if we can't connect when a storm knocks power out. I'd hate to see what happens in a real large scale emergency. Very Unreliable!! #Ottawa #Storm #Ontario

@grimsbeard @Rogers I’ll join in this thread since Rogers says to PM them but they don’t get back to the customer. No updates, no messages, no tweets. Internet, cable…. The best part is everyone is using data - will you cover that on their cellular plans?
