@RogersHelps Everything. The site's been up and down for periods at a time all day. Regular web browser on desktop & laptop, app on tablet & phone. It's up again now, but service has seemed spotty.

@RogersHelps The issue here is that I am a Fido internet customer. I had to call them to find out that there are widespread outages across the Rogers network.

@RogersHelps Calls rogers help for technical support...ask to have call back. Told by Rogers it'll be about 15-20 min. *WAIT*....gets call back...speaks to agent who turns and says "I'll put you through to ignite PLEASE HOLD"..30 MIN LATER!!🤬

@RogersHelps When it was down I was getting a "Try Clearing Your Cookies" message and something about login cycle timeout attempts or something like that. Clearing cookies did nothing.
