@Rogers Good morning. I’m dealing with a real troubling issue. I received a FIDO internet box over 3 weeks ago and there has been no attempts to get it set up. I was given the box under false pretences also there were 3 credit checks done on my account.

@Fidomobile @Rogers literally the worst customer service ever. You have my wife crying at work over false accusations. We've been customers for almost a decade and this how you do us.... Wow. The worst I've ever seen. #fido #rogers

@RogersHelps I have been waiting for this retailer to help me with the returns since yesterday. The retailer has accepted the good condition of the device (By Mr Rinku) but he says Rogers will refuse to take the device from the retailer! Is that true? Kindly help me with this.

  • GlittersAll Mrs_Tilly (@GlittersAll) reported

17 hours without the wifi and cable that we pay @rogers for. We saw the trucks in the neighbourhood BEFORE the outage so it seems likely this was caused by them and still not fixed. Seems unlikely that they worked through the night also, still no word on a discount.

  • stitchlady Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported

@RogersHelps I've done all of that, the scammers keep changing their numbers. It really makes landlines useless. I never answer! If its important or someone I know they leave a voicemail. 99% of the time its a scammer.

  • JaredJConway Jared Conway (@JaredJConway) reported

I don't know if this is cool or not but I call @RogersHelps with down services almost every day. Call goes like "Hey Gil at Rogers in Moncton! How you doing buddy? How are the wife and kids??" because I've literally gotten to know Gil that well at this point!

  • ABHISHE61787419 ABHISHEK SAXENA (@ABHISHE61787419) reported

@RogersHelps The retailer says even when the customer is well within his/her rights to return the device, after he returns ,rogers as a company never takes the onus of taking the device back from retailer .Pls clear this confustion between you and retailer.

POV: you’re a national comms provider and your support is either a useless bot or takes over an hour to show up. Or you get both. @Rogers
