@RogersHelps Too late. Already switched to a competitor. Doubled my data for the same price. You had your chance to make it right when I contacted you via customer support.

@RogersHelps why doesn't your closed captioning work on movies? Also, your customer service reps disappear during chat..haven't been impressed with your services tonight.

@RogersBiz I'm actually a @fido subscriber. @Rogers was tagged because Fido is under the umbrella, Rogers I presume owns their signal. It's less to do with my account than it is with the service network at large.

@Rogers I don't recommend Rogers for anyone. If you have plane with them you'll stack with pad customer service. This company only value new customers with good offers.

The fact that we’ve been without internet for 10 days and will be without internet for another 3 days shows how incompetent and cheap #Rogers service is. So 13 days without internet cuz of your lack of properly trained staff @rogers. Thanks for making me miss work and interviews.

@RogersBiz Again, it's about the service network. Not an account. Been the same area for 15+ years. Multiple SMS over the year about service disruptions from Rogers. I'm now away from the area and I can make out waiting music. It's more of a suggestion to check with your network/techs.

@Eastlink Too little too late. You guys had 2 weeks to get it right. I'm already happily with @Rogers, who solved everything and ported my numbers all at the same time. Imagine that. Perhaps you should just focus on improving customer service, and if needed, improving your "systems"

@RogersHelps A Rogers’ rep in Vancouver named Justin connected with me late this evening. He processed my Ignite order which will be installed on Dec 7. His genuine concern and response saved the Rogers’ brand in my eyes because it has been a lousy few months trying to resolve our issues.
