    @RogersHelps @Rogers And if the videos were key, why weren’t they provided at cutover? So much has changed, with no instruction it’s overwhelming for her, and she’s been in tears more than once. A very poor experience.

    Paying for gigabit internet with @Rogers having issues since May multiple techs confirm receiving less than half the speed I pay for, contacted Rogers multiple times to be told my issue has been escalated to engineering received a text today saying "issue may be resolved"1/2

    @Rogers - additionally, I am paying for service for the 2-4 day wait that I dont actually get because you deauthorized my nextbox while I wait. Why would you not deactivate the old one when the new one is setup and activated?? #wtf #rogers

    @Rogers worst customer service ever. I’ve been a loyal customer for 6 years. Over charge my account for $700. Now, no one is answering my phone. Keep transferring the call and putting on hold since 2 weeks. This is totally unacceptable.

    .@RogersHelps not very happy right now, got our new phones and during the process found out I wasn’t getting a corporate discount that worked out to about $80/month for the past two years. Chatted and called support and all that was offered was a one-time $45 credit, not pleased

    I wish I could stream the update but because @Rogers has some of the least consistent internet stability it keeps shooting my ping from 60 to 500 and ends the stream 😐
