@RogersHelps Already done that! Why do you think I’m on twitter announcing this?? because all other ways to get your attention on this issue doesn’t seem to fix it. 6 days of internet dropping every 5-10mins, I’m officially on a verge of going somewhere really annoying for you guys

@RogersHelps called to cancel my ipad device due to being 2 months on backorder, I cancelled on June 2nd, and then today I get an email from Rogers saying my new tablet plan is active as of today and I'm being charged. This is ridiculous. Do I have to change providers?

@Rogers and @RogersHelps when are you going to fix your connectivity issues in Ottawa?? People are working from home and internet dropping every 5-10mins is just unacceptable for a service you are paying $100 per month!

@RogersHelps It's been 6 years and you keep offering up the same 'solutions.' I'm on the phone right now with a new provider. Funny thing, this new provider knew what my issue was before I told them. So Rogers must know that internet keeps dropping. But you don't fix it. byeeee

6 f'n years dealing with an issue that useless @RogersHelps (that's laughable) won't fix. Keep sending out low-level techs who tell me they can't figure it out. I'm done. 🤬🤬🤬 #rogers #rogerssucks

@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising
