@RogersHelps I have not had internet for over 12 hours and had the worst customer service experience today. After hours on the phone I keep getting hung up on and disrespected. This is unacceptable!!

@Rogers our internet has been going out constantly for the last few days and when I called this morning I was told to call back after 11 because their system was down. At this point I feel I am paying high end prices for a low end product. Time to start shopping around.

Going on 60+ hours and @Rogers still won’t help me or turn my internet back on. Now I’m going into data overage because they keep telling me to DM them but won’t reply to my DMs. They better fix this and give me a credit on my bill because this is ridiculous now.
