@RogersHelps I called to get the NHL French package and was informed there was a problem, and I should take a 35/mth English package, I declined. Yet when I did it on messenger right after, no problem I was able to add the French package. Dissapointing call centre experience.

@RogersHelps But... it’s not working, and after working all day all I wanted to do was watch some hockey ( which I paid $200 for if I haven’t made that clear ) and get the shaft. I will NEVER waste my money on you’s again. OR recommend it.

@braddbailey @alex_abrams @RogersHelps FYI. I ordered nhl centre ice French package on Monday. Only to find out tonight the channel was blocked. I contacted Rogers and they told me it appears it was added and then removed. Might be the same problem with you guys with nhl live. I got them to re-add it and it works now

@RogersHelps I think a governmental agency should be aware of This! Double dipping. Charge for NHL network and then denie home game until you pay for therir local network! We need a lawyer!

@akidesir @Rogers @rogershelp Call them and ask if there is a fee to cancel. I called and hinted I wanted to cancel and they reduced my bill by $60 a month and increased my internet speed from 150 down to 500 down. They do wonders sometimes too retain customers.
