@Rogers what is with the wait times this week. I was told your loyalty department is experiencing tech issues can you clarify

  • RArtarian Roy Artarian (@RArtarian) reported

@RogersHelps It was a while ago since we were arguing about my internet connection. Today my upload speed went down from 22 mbps to 8.41mbps. I saw Rogers truck yesterday and I was expecting something like this...

  • TanisFowler Tanis Fowler (@TanisFowler) reported

Hey @RogersHelps I signed up for Ignite TV more than a week ago and haven’t watched TV since because the box won’t work, despite 4-5 unpleasant calls trying to fix it. Just wondering how much longer I should wait before cancelling all my services and going to another provided.

  • kgerskup Katie Gerskup (@kgerskup) reported

@cbcmarketplace Hey, I have a story you. @TekSavvy has issued three tickets to fix our internet and no one has answered the tickets... they keep telling us @rogers is to blame!!! We have been getting the blame game. Hope others don’t have to go through what we are.

  • PrinceAriiz Rizzy Riz (@PrinceAriiz) reported

@RogersHelps Already been on the phone with your customer service department for over 2 hours. Everything is being cancelled. Done with it.

  • JurassicParkas2 JurassicRaptor21 (@JurassicParkas2) reported

@RogersHelps Why is our internet at 1/3 of the speed as usual?! It's been spotty speeds for far too long. We don't pay top dollar for this nonsense. I would appreciate it if you got back to me with a permanent solution, not just a bandaid.

  • Bryson_M bryson (@Bryson_M) reported

@SuzeMorrison @TekSavvyCSR @RogersHelps But let's say there is a network capacity problem. There are a few issues here. First: we know internet users in Canada are being overcharged as the CRTC found that wholesale rates to indie ISP competitors were too high. (That, in turn, means everyone has been over-paying)

  • HockeySteve72 HockeySteve72 (@HockeySteve72) reported

@RogersHelps I use the fire tablet, recent one from 2020. NHL keeps telling me I am blacked out. What do I do to fix it or is it discontinued.

  • PrinceAriiz Rizzy Riz (@PrinceAriiz) reported

@Rogers just want to let you know, whoever designed your smart home monitoring system lives in ancient times. What a GARBAGE system. My car was broken into 3 times and all 3 times camera dint catch anything. USELESS.

  • Bryson_M bryson (@Bryson_M) reported

@SuzeMorrison @TekSavvyCSR @RogersHelps Those cases would need a support call to the respective ISP for the appropriate troubleshooting to get fixed. But what about local infrastructure? Cable internet, the most popular internet rn, is shared between you and your close neighbours (like the 8-16 houses right next by).
