Come on, @rogers, this is unacceptable. I can't place my grocery order and I'm a senior with no other options. What the hell, why am I paying almost $200 a month for a bundle for service like this??

  • DaveWeicker Dave Weicker (@DaveWeicker) reported

@Rogers Your customer service has degraded to a useless entity. Spending an hour+ on the phone twice to change phone plans because your website fails to clarify certain details. Both times the CSA assured me the changes were made. Both times they weren’t.

  • CazzoMio1 Gennaro Ciro Enzo Luigi Porco Da Merda (@CazzoMio1) reported

@RogersHelps Don’t you guys have some sort of retention plan for your clients? I guess being a customer for 15 years means nothing.

  • blerghhh Starving Artist (@blerghhh) reported

It would appear that @RogersHelps can't actually help. All they need to do? Add my number to the do-not-call list. But they can't even do that because apparently they need the number their sales staff cold called me FROM. They don't know their own number?

  • 06Murk Jameson (@06Murk) reported

@CazzoMio1 @RogersHelps I second your sentiments on Rogers. Been with them the same amount of time; just got off the phone with them & the service is disgusting.

  • tonezofhome newmusicfridad (@tonezofhome) reported

Feeling some kinda way about @RogersHelps getting people in upfront edge contracts which are honored but then changing down payment policies making the return basically impossible without a huge down payment.

  • JohnBlundon John Blundon (@JohnBlundon) reported

Looking at switching internet and TV from @Bell_Aliant because it's disgustingly expensive too @Rogers but the fact that Rogers website doesn't work and can't properly select Newfoundland as a province is making me think twice about them as well... Anyone with Rogers? How is it?

  • kimmyggm Kimmy GGM (@kimmyggm) reported

@Rogers My internet has been unstable all day. What guarantee do I have that this is not going to continue after today? Please contact me.

Why ******** am I paying @RogersHelps ridiculous amounts of $$ for something that doesn’t work half the time, now cable and internet are down! Just waiting for my phone to go next
