    @Rogers โ€” As one of Canadaโ€™s dominant telecom providers, itโ€™s disappointing that thereโ€™s no meaningful recognition or support for the very people who serve and protect this country. Our military members deserve more than silence from companies that benefit from the nation they defend. @coreyhoganyyc is this something thatโ€™s on your radar?? My son is stationed in Edmonton and will be going to Latvia Iโ€™m looking for a better deal for him and thought that the government might have negotiated something like this when they allow this takeover of Shaw

    @RogersHelps i was able to reach someone in sales, and they were kind enough to explain that your system routes support based on area code not based on the actual location of the customer account. because i have 604 mobile numbers and live in ontario, i can only call after 12pm...

    @RogersHelps At this point I want to cancel. Worst customer service! Rogers and chatr both cant get a hold of anyone. Big mistake signing up 2 lines. Contact me to Cancel please as I canโ€™t get through or someone who knows how to help When I do!

    Shaw by @RogersHelps have by far the worst most unreliable apps on the planet Got a $500 bill because they sent me a new router and I canโ€™t return the old one because the app is ALWAYS DOWN so I canโ€™t install the new one. Absolute crooks. The old Shaw was WAY better

    @AmanRattanpalX @Rogers Never believe them. Was paying close to $200 a month for internet (no cable) as an existing customer - no reductions. Switched and when I called to cancel, they offered me $65 a month if I signed a locking in contract for 3 years, where they could increase it back at will

    @peaspod23 @Rogers They are scam and a grift. Why is there no customer service? The contracts are a scam where if you don't renew after 2 years your bill doubles and their way to fix it is to resign up. No thanks. They are quite frankly thieves.

    @Rogers Hey, is your free Uber One promo for loyal customers a scam? Was told by a rep to wait a week for the email code but got nothing. Been trying to talk to customer service but they booted me from the live chat after I waited almost 2 hours in line.
