@T18121837 @Rogers @RogersHelps I called them this morning to advise them of the issue, as although the recording while on hold says they're aware, they don't know exactly who is still having the issue so best to call if you can and wait on hold to advise them of your location...#RogersOutage2022

Prior to the whole #rogersoutage over the weekend I had already signed up with Bell. Monday I asked @Rogers to cancel my line on Sunday, the @RogersHelps set the wrong cancellation date. Now in a loop with chat trying to restore it. They also removed the credits. Unethical?

@Rogers the compensation better not be for each main account but also for each cell user in that main account. Each of the 4 cell phones we pay for uninterrupted service was affected and still has inefficient service on data and wifi.
