@RogersHelps Nope bell says thats on you and they took the proper numbers over. Rogers was the one to add 2 random phantom numbers and then started charging me month after month i called. Customer service never ended up even cancelling after 6-7 calls 4-5 months

@RogersHelps I was hoping to watch both Jays game and hockey playoffs. I can’t! Guess why? No service!!! Have no choice, this has been going on for a month now!!! Bell fiber time! See you, bye 👋 bye 👋

@RogersHelps The irony of a response 3 days later when service issues were impacting my connectivity is exactly the root of the problem I’m highlighting. Yes it’s figured out

@mikeszeller @Rogers The NEXT box was just plugged into the TV and a cable cord. The Xfinity doesn't work without connecting to Rogers Internet. I already have Bell internet. I'm not paying for a 2nd internet connection just to watch TV. That just seems like a cash-grab for cable-users only.

@RogersHelps It was an upgrade to faster internet that included Disney, Netflix and Apple, but the log in for Xfinity won’t work, can’t add a new email as one is already associated to the account. Your advisors said it’s a software issue.

@RogersHelps Messaging on behalf of my 90 year old great Auntie, her TV service has been down since this morning. Scarborough, On area. Any idea when services will be back up? Shes very concerned about missing Dateline!

@Rogers @RogersHelps You guys are Canada's biggest telecommunication scammers. A work from home employee should never get Rogers internet. Lesson learnt! Pathetic company

Is it just me or @Rogers has become really horrible with customer service. Was on chat for over 2 hours twice in one day and both times the chat ended when my turn was due. Tried calling them but was on hold for over 2 hours. Maybe it is time to let go of them & look elsewhere.

@RogersHelps With the hospital wifi. I’ve been here for almost a month & this started about a week ago. There must be someone at Rogers who can help.
