    @RogersHelps I tried using virtual assistant and waited 1 hr. still 70 to go I changed my plan 2 days ago. I now have no caller on incoming calls also my data is not working.. even though it is on. No apps work, just says need to connect.

    @RogersHelps Oh he'll be calling back today. As a Customer of over 25 years in our present location and even longer before that. We don't feel VALUED. He was NOT HAPPY.
