@RogersHelps @KER4YEG Don’t lie - you actually don’t understand how people feel . The service been crap for 3 days

  • celestialbloo RJS (@celestialbloo) reported

@neothefish @RogersHelps don't even get me started. my favourite is having it crap out every 2 mins when I'm gaming with a friend online! not frustrating at ALL

  • doug7300 Doug Measures (@doug7300) reported from Collingwood, Ontario

@Rogers sent me a Text with a Link for an 80.00 CAN reward for being a Loyal customer - sure looks like a phishing attempt. Be careful what you open on your devices. #Hacked ?

  • DaFortun81 Jerry Maguire (@DaFortun81) reported

@RogersHelps @Mirra435 Everyday with my ignite I have no internet and tv .and when it is working it is buffering for a long while. I understand once in a while things happen but this is over a week at least.. open your outage page and you advertise. How dumb to advertise to pissed off customers.

  • shayman Steve Hayman 💉 💉 💉 (@shayman) reported

helped a family member get set up with a nicely functioning Eero wifi network. now he's gone and upgraded the cable modem to @Rogers Ignite and - what the heck - they claim that system is incompatible with Eero; switch to (and pay for) Rogers wifi extenders. what the heck.

  • CrawMarjorie marjorie craw (@CrawMarjorie) reported

@Rogers Why don't you just cut the crap and give us what we really need. Reduced rates and better quality internet!

  • shayman Steve Hayman 💉 💉 💉 (@shayman) reported

I know a little about how networks work, and I'm having trouble understanding what @RogersHelps has done with these Ignite modems and settop boxes that makes them incompatible with @eerosupport wifi. a cynic might think "they want to own and monetize your whole home wifi"

  • Sgfor43 Sean Forrester (@Sgfor43) reported

@Rogers the disrespect you show customers is astounding. Waiting over 30 minutes just to chat online is not acceptable. But I can't phone unless I have 2-3 hours to spend. Worst Customer Service on the planet is the only award you'll ever win.

  • FahlDesigns Fahl Designs (@FahlDesigns) reported

After being with @Rogers for 14 years and never receiving any sort of promotional offer or discount, I moved to @TELUS. All Rogers has done for me is remind me that there is still an outstanding balance. What a terribly run company

  • indignantginger Aaron (@indignantginger) reported

Thanks @Rogers for the great wireless offer to entice me back. Won't work though. Maybe instead of trying to win customers back you should treat your existing ones with some common decency/respect. You may have to loom those terms up. I suspect they are foreign concepts to you
