@Rogers it's so sad that your company is not even being fair to low-income earners anymore. I called to transfer my internet and told you only carry services from $99+. It's so unfair and a rip off for a service that is epileptic half the time.

@Rogers Mine is old but trying to figure out what to do as I don't use internet on it just wifi. I can't really do the over $60/$75 plans🤔🙄. Also last time I had concerns on something w/my network so went in 1 of those times someone that looks like a family of a criminal that hurt me.

@RogersHelps shout-out to the poor CS reps and Social Media agents at Rogers who on behalf of their leadership team take all the abuse from ticked off customers because of the substandard service we have been receiving. Not fair on your employees! Not fair to your customers!
