@RogersHelps power out eastern ontario. trying to use cell phone & cellular data. Hard to get pages to load or refresh. Slow. fluctuating changes to LTE, 5G and 3G. Bad service and I’m stationary in my home

Hey @Rogers, what's with your Simcoe store rep being completely rude and dismissive to my mum? She's trying to set up a new phone and this guy is a) refusing to get her number to check the acct, and b) treating her like an idiot. *She's on my acct & has auth to do things

Well, my mum is hella upset and unable to use her new phone thanks to T.J. at the Simcoe @Rogers location. I'm furious that she was treated so rudely & that I couldn't be there. He made up rules & wouldn't let me help/confirm info over the phone.
