@RogersHelps I need a fill refund for the month of April please. I pay 82 dollars a month to be able to work and your internet has been down at least three times this month impeding my work which pays my rent.

I have never been more annoyed at having to pay my $400 wireless bill, than I am today @Rogers. Cute that you think a $15 bill credit will make up for having no connection for 13 hrs. ON A MONDAY TO BOOT.
@DavidRentz @TorontoStar @Rogers You won't get ****. When I moved to Bell, I had to spend 3 hours at the Skydome location waiting to return my modem because Rogers phones were down. They now send me collection letters of $3,000+ for the equipment I returned. I would love to see them go bankrupt.
@RogersHelps Everything came back normally, and I've seen that Rogers will be adjusting charges for the outage. I did get a text that day welcoming me to the US network and informing me of 'Roam Like Home' fees, hopefully I did not incur any charges.
@Rogers I’m not so much concerned about the phone as I am about the reliability of the network. Your **** service cost me about $4000 the other day
