My courier package from @Rogers was undeliverable because someone there put an incomplete address. After half an hour of escalating to his boss, customer service says there’s nothing they can do about it, and suggested I call Purolator to sort it out myself. #badcustomerservice

@Rogers @Sonia_Kang I worked for Rogers as an outsourcer, they would routinely avoid paying commission on sales and sales were prioritized above any customers issue. If you weren't trying to make a sale, you were fired.

@RogersHelps can I ask my question here or do I need to go through the virtual assistant that then makes you wait for a person to help? I went through that on December 12 but my problem remains
