Federal govt has approved $26 billion @Rogers takeover of Shaw Communications, has frozen all transfers in #telecom sector, & @FP_Champagne expects to see a reasonable reduction in prices (especially in ON & BC) or will take action to drive down prices with 4th national player.

@RogersHelps there was no service march 29. There was a power outage march 29. Im owed reimbursement for march 29 tv and internet. I dont appreciate DM replies saying there was no outage when there was entire area had no power there were police and hydro working on power 1/2

It took me years to get away from Rogers and horrible, skyrocketing service and costs. With the takeover of Shaw here we go again. Canadians pay more than any other country and we have just lost what little competition was left. CRTC waste of money. @ShawInfo @Rogers #OpenMarket
