    @startca @Rogers It was Sept 4 by then. I have another ~day without internet and then another 26 days in this billing period. And I use $50 of extra data, they'll cut me off. Meanwhile, I know if I was a @Rogers costomer I would have been up and running sooner. Which is the big-picture issue.

    @rogers @RogersHelps Just charged me $20 for 8mb of data overage. Glad I’ve only got until next month with their below average service.

    @startca @Rogers Used most of my "internet down" time to do work on the house, but I needed to do some 'actual' work. So I tried my local Tims (coffee house). Their debit was down, and if you don't buy something ya can't stay. I, like most people, don't carry cash. I also don't use 3rd party apps

    @susanwaycik @Rogers We don't any internet since yesterday morning and have no updates from @Rogers other than "technicians are working but there is no estimated time to fix it". Basically, they won't do anything during the long weekend

    @RogersHelps Very rude behavior by Rogers Tech support, I spend almost 7 hrs with them yesterday & they screwd up my Mesh Network. Now when asking why Rogers made changes to Modem which impacted my whole network, instead of answering agent was too rude. Mistake moving 2 Rogers

    @Rogers can you guys get your internet to work for more than a ******* minute? How do you justify my paying for internet that I have to reset every damn hour? Pull your **** heads out if your asses and sort this **** out

    @startca @Rogers So that was a Griffin Reinhart level bust. My local library only has a 1 hour limit. My parents live out of town and have rural (slow) internet. So that's not an option. THEN I get a message from my cell company. I have 100mb of data left. For the month.

    @Rogers The worst CS in North America! After waiting for 40 minutes to chat and Latrell incompetence, now I'm waiting for an hour and 20 minutes when received a call back! Outrageous!

    @freedomsupport How about telling me when @Rogers is fully in control of freedom and then maybe customer service will actually get better
