@McCFarms @Rogers @RogersHelps New offer, they’ll discount the full service fee on 3 of my 10 lines. They can’t explain why they’ll only do it on 3

Rogers falsely flagged me for a business account I never opened, threatened suspension, and even closed my fraud report as “not fraud”. Weeks later they admitted it was their own system error. @Rogers fix this and compensate for the stress caused.

@RogersHelps @HandlerLoveryes Hey @RogersHelps can I just plant my tweet for next year that you start working on this now, so we don’t have the same issue for 3 years in a row?

@Rogers why are you laying off customer service reps??? It’s hard to get through as it is!!! Online tools are difficult for the elderly.

@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Another example of why quasi monopolies are so bad for consumers... there's no accountability for ****** customer service, because there's no real alternative (try getting through to a human at Telus 🙄)

@RogersHelps I have a tech visit scheduled for tomorrow, but I'm not sure I understand the reason. It's a simple issue... Bury the damn cable. I've been waiting for over 2 months already.

@RogersHelps Tell you what why don’t you have someone call me so I don’t have to spend over an hour on tech-support hold??

  • robcampbellyyc
    robcampbellyyc (@robcampbellyyc) reported

@RogersHelps The problem is, this is not a isolated incident, this happens constantly, and my Internet is giving me 20% of what it’s supposed to be in the way of speed. I had a technician at my home this morning who could not fix anything. But am I getting a discount on my service?

  • DJWardWilson
    ward wilson (@DJWardWilson) reported

@RogersHelps 4 replies and not one link to a “tech support team” how about a direct link to billing so I can cancel my Shaw account of 28 years?

@Rogers after daily phone calls since July 2,numerous tech visits the problem is still active. Internet cuts in and out yet your monthly bill manages to arrive. I'm at wits end ready to throw everything in the trash & call Bell.
