@Rogers , spent over an hour on hold to deal with service changes / a move, only to be told he was the wrong department, and the RIGHT department would be another 2 hour hold. Wow. Just wow.

@RogersHelps you would think that being a loyal customer for 15+ years someone would offer me a price to make me stay with your services. To tell me that they can’t offer anything knowing I have friends that pay way less is disappointing. So much for loyalty!

@RogersHelps @Rogers After 10 years of being a satisfied loyal Rogers customer it looks like I will be jumping to Bell. $50 package increase and no explanation or adjustment. Bell came in much cheaper while offering more.

@RogersHelps This is honestly insane, for the past week I've literally maybe had a collective uptime of maybe 3 hours in the Moncton, NB area. What's going on? I'm paying upwards of $200 a month for essentially no service for the past week.

@Rogers , I just spent more than an hour on live chat, trying unsuccessfully to get my email removed from your system, because I am not a customer and don’t even live in Canada! They couldn’t even get that right. Do better.
