@Rogers All Rogers customers pay for what you get? Nothing that is? I heard nothing but bad customer service complaints? Good enough!!

  • laurel03 LaurelBos (@laurel03) reported

@Rogers what would it take to have a guide that works and says what shows are on? Just wondering . No one expects you to fix it

  • M27203549 djhc (@M27203549) reported

@RogersHelps is home Internet and wireless data down in Toronto again? My home Internet has been down since this morning and I’ve been forced to use my wireless data for work. Now wireless is down too and I’ve used up all my max speed allotment.

  • tmcGoose 🤷🏽‍♂️ (@tmcGoose) reported

@Rogers is by far the worst company when it comes to internet and phone service. How can a company be worth so much yet leave customers unsatisfied so often? #youjustlostacustomer

  • TheDudeSSC El Duderino (@TheDudeSSC) reported

@RogersHelps Why? Why is the service in the area out? It me, my neighbours and surrounding buildings. You don’t need my account info to find out why.

  • ErinCarroll29 unky erin (@ErinCarroll29) reported

Here to stress how horrible @RogersHelps is! I’ve barely had internet for the last few days and waiting more than 3 days to get a tech to see what’s up. Not like I have important work to do or anything. I’m less than a month into this service...and not pleased.

  • nadiuhelizabeth nadia | blm 🖤 (@nadiuhelizabeth) reported

@RogersHelps is there an issue in Oshawa at Harmony and Olive? My internet has been out for about 30 min.

  • PatBouchard Patrick Bouchard (@PatBouchard) reported

Several months on, @Rogers Ignite TV accessibility offer still broken. Website promises 30%, but it's now more like 10%. Reps either know nothing or have no power to help. Accessibility discount team don't respond. It's off to the CCTS soon if they don't get their **** togethre.

  • MyCityHamilton My City Hamilton (@MyCityHamilton) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@HamiltonPolice @HPSActionUnit @Rogers U would think w/cellular phones around 4 years now & technology advances, there would be a solution to this serious dilemma. If a cell’s location is turned on or if the 911 had Caller ID automatically for all calls received by 911 that it could register the # of the calls, no? KR

@RogersHelps Very frustrating...total service failure in Fredericton/Lincoln New Brunswick. Have spoken to support but back down again...
