@RogersBiz You’ve burned me! I paid my bill yet you’ve summarily suspended my cellphone service! High-handed unfair treatment for sure! Plus, you’ve failed to callback TWICE! Dear John: “I’m gone!”

So @Rogers says "issues now resolved". Yes, phone shows a 3G (not LTE) icon now, before there was no cell reception even. But do I actually have reliable and fast data? Nope. Sure, I can send an SMS / receive a call. A downgrade from a $120 to a $15 voice-only plan maybe...

@Rogers been a customer for over 4 yrs, spoke to a so called "specialist" on the chat. Not sure what kind of "specialist" she was as she advised cannot do anything to keep me as a customer!! Just confirmed she can help me cancel so I can go to another provider. Disappointed.

@RLadhaniCTV @RogersHelps no thanks but they are calling it a one day outage, I was without 3 services for 2 full days and day four I am still without most of my cable, took 2 hours to get through to technical support yesterday, no help but the guy was really concerned with me giving him a good rating lol

Now entering DAY 4 of still not having my @Rogers service restored. Absolutely disgusting and based on an article by @CTVNews I'm not the only one that only got partially restored. Their CEO saying 99% of customers were restored is BS. Only fixing ipv6 and not IPv4 is NOT FIXED

Fun enduring effect of the @RogersHelps outage: automated verification codes are not being sent on their network today. After trying several Rogers/Fido phones we finally were able to receive GoFundMe’s code on a Vidéotron phone. If you have this issue, find a non-Rogers device.
