@RogersBiz You’ve burned me! I paid my bill yet you’ve summarily suspended my cellphone service! High-handed unfair treatment for sure! Plus, you’ve failed to callback TWICE! Dear John: “I’m gone!”

The year isn’t even over and this is the second time I’m experiencing a wifi issue with @rogers , I don’t see any updates or anything that says anything about the wifi not working, definitely not paying my bill until they give me a reason lol

@davidguitard @RogersHelps Yeah service agreement looks legit. The only bullshit is they pull credit checks these days when you start a service.

@soberdetermined @RogersHelps Since I got the "new" internet box our wifi is spottier and the net cuts out a few times a week. The old rocket shaped box was actually way better. The new fiber lines alone basically guarantee stability. If Bell ***** around then we'll just dry loop off the fiber infrastructure.

@xUsagiTsukino @RogersHelps Bell gave me big problems for my business. I had a case with the CRTC and some VP at Bell had to email me to resolve it. I just have my fingers crossed the install and hardware is decent. I've liked Rogers but don't want to play this game with them. Just swap when economical.

@RogersHelps Bradford?? What about in Embrun? The service here has been on and off all week very annoying when on an important call and you keep dropping the other person, or trying to watch something and it takes an hour to watch a 30 min show!

@TaylorSicard @Rogers The worst part is the telecom retention departments used to bow down to you when you threatened to switch providers, but a few years ago that changed. Seems like they collectively decided not to negotiate and take the little power consumers had away.
