I used to think @RogersHelps was the worst company until we got @Bell_Support. Our internet wire has now been snapped *TWICE* because Bell's technicians were too lazy to put the wire up higher like we told them. If only Bell could have gotten it right the 1st time 🤔.

@RogersHelps I realized u are charging me 4 smart home monitoring & it was automatically done once free offer(that I didn't even want originally)ran out. Live Agent won't offer refund as I missed it on bill. Very cut-throat & as a longtime Rogers customer, so disappointed. Help!

@Rogers @Sportsnet Why do you make commercials encouraging people to not watch illegal streams and to watch cable instead when watching cable is just as bad? I haven't been able to watch an inning without having interruptions.

@Rogers why did you cancel our home services without any notice and on top of that lying to us on the phone that I called at 7am this morning to cancel them, how did I do that when I was sleeping? Do u wanna clarify on this? This is not the first time this has happened!
