    @RogersHelps I use my Rogers service for business on the mobile internet and communications side, and this had a horrible effect at a crucial time in negotiations. I certainly hope that you can soften the impact that this disruption had in our businesses.

    @Rogers is giving credits for the blackout. That's good. At least they were kind enough to unilaterally increase my bill 3 dollars a month first.
