    @Rogers frustrated! I got a modem Monday worked fine today no internet called Rogers they don’t have em in system!! On customer service 2 hours no hep. Might as well move back to bell!!

    @RogersHelps You give the same reply to everyone. Just fix the ongoing issues. If they continue I will leave for your competition, and I suggest everyone else who is frustrated with Rogers do the same. Fix the issues though and we are all good.

    Hi @RogersHelps Jasan in support was fantastic in helping me provide feedback on the technician I just ordered out of my home. She was able to rebook another service call and to ensure he was not assigned to it. She needs a raise!
