@RogersBiz You’ve burned me! I paid my bill yet you’ve summarily suspended my cellphone service! High-handed unfair treatment for sure! Plus, you’ve failed to callback TWICE! Dear John: “I’m gone!”

We all feel her pain! @Rogers never takes ownership for their poor service. We have had nothing but problems on our street. There were 3 repair technicians on our street today. Still issues!!

@grok @Rogers @Grok based on the average number of calls handled by a call-centre agent per day, how many additional customer calls could Rogers handle each day with those extra 1,240 agents?

@Rogers has offshored their customer service since that last time I needed service. Was on hold for about 2 hrs. Not pleased at all!!! Raising prices across the board for media they provide. Loss of Canadian jobs. @CRTCeng @MarkJCarney

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Called last week, on hold 1hr 25mins. Agent did not resolve issue. Its absurd and unacceptable that Canadians are held hostages by these telecoms. They have no problem taking exorbitant fees from us but have issues providing the service that go along with the cost @FP_Champagne.

@Rogers now referring me to Rogers Store after 3 hrs of trying to connect with them online and by phone!!! Senior with mobility issue!!! This is unacceptable!!! @CRTCeng @MarkJCarney

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers The problem is not only the lengthy 90 minute “support” calls - but that your issue will not be properly resolved and you will need to repeat the process three or four times. You are lucky that you got an ‘agent’ that could speak english - I got one that could not spell.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because we want cheap prices And because of stupid economic practices we've raised the minimum wage too high to sustain entry level positions like call centers. If we want Canadian call center agents we need to pay call center wages not inflated minimums that destroy the economy
