@RogersHelps service has been down since before midnight last night, and you have only posted to this page in the last few hours. People were finding out from "Internet down" service detectors of the sudden spike on the graph last night. Let us know what the issue is!

@RogersHelps What updates? All I see is a notice saying the issue is intermittent. Given I and many I know have had zero service since then I'm assuming intermittent was a lie.
