@Rogers I just went to check in on my 88 year old mother who lives alone. Day 2 of no tv, internet or phone. She is unable to connect to the outside world and cannot ask for help if she needs it. So dangerous and unacceptable! Very upsetting.

@RogersHelps I have service but my internet is severely slow and I need better speeds for my work. Is there still issues going on and when can I expect actually high speed internet? Because this is not it.

@RogersHelps The ignite internet is still not working for many of us in Oshawa. I've tried rebooting the modem and still no success. Is the issue resolved completely? Is there anything else I need to do? #RogersOutage

@RogersHelps So if I pay >$500/mo in Rogers services (which I do), all of which were down for at least 1 day, and you credit me for that day, 1 day/30 days in a month x $500 means you're going to give me....what? $16 credit for more than a day where I couldn't phone, text, surf or watch TV?
