    @RogersHelps I understand that - for some reason, I was charged in last month but we never made any account changes nor sign up (again) for it. I have to call some other number as they couldn't deal with it last night.

    @RogersHelps have an iPhone 14 and upgraded to iOS26.3.1 .. when I try to add Yahoo Mail account, it won’t display the password screen .. just sits there on a blank Yahoo banner screen after I entered my username .. what is the fix?

    Hey @Rogers Loved one is receiving end-of-life palliative care at an AB hospice. Mostly confined to bed, few options to pass the time, yet your tv streaming service has been down for last 10+ days & still no tech has been sent to fix. Do we need to cancel our home services too?

    @Rogers customer service is absolutely horrible. Since I’ve switched over from Fido it’s been non stop back and forth and nothing being resolved. So frustrating that no one can help!

    @Bell_Support Placed a call to @Bell today about our internet Fibe service. It was down. After the typical questions and quick fix scenarios offered it was determined the issue was outside our house. I checked the exposed fibe line outside the house. No breaks. So we book a technician to come. No one available outside of normal work hours. Simply hilarious. Next move? @Rogers
