@Rogers an hour and half plus hold as I have no data signal is unacceptable

@RogersHelps So 45+ minute wait times are normal at all times of the day? So either you have a very big problem, or a very big lack of employees. I have been a customer since 2001. This has never happened, unless I'm calling at like 7pm when people were adding Crave so they could watch GoT.

When I worked for @Rogers, all of us had to take customer service training. Even those of us not in public facing jobs. That was more than ten years ago. Just something that came to mind as I spend my second DAY on hold with Rogers tech support.

@RogersHelps how have I been on hold with you guys for 1.5 hours to get help for my cell phone?? Hire more people this is ridiculous.

@Rogers why do you guys suck so bad?! Hours wasted on your customer service today just to be put on hold for the 10th time. Absolutely brutal! I’m a new client and already wanna cancel.

@RogersHelps This was as part of the call with the customer care. When they reviewed my account they mentioned that it was wrongly done. Hence I reached out to the store multiple times. This was mentioned against the notes too. I can provide my account no and other details if you need.

the account notes, yet no one is taking ownership. Even my latest visit was not properly noted on the account Customers should not be sent back and forth between customer care and stores for something this simple. Looking for a resolution without unnecessary visits.@RogersHelps

@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I’m with @Rogers, great service but all Canadian phone companies are just too expensive- yup, Canadians are definitely getting ripped off in comparison

@RogersHelps 1st never was asked about being former shaw customer and now even your app won't load. Been kicked out of support chat too. Now just give me a link or phone number to get someone here to bring new equipment or someone to call not chat with

@aangelic491 @Rogers Nope. The only solution is to call them and go through the whole ordeal. They don't have a simple call back solution to prevent their customers from staying on hold (you cannot attend any other calls for hours if you are on hold) and then get 'disconnected' automatically.
