    it would be really nice if @RogersHelps would fix this connection issue, but nope sends a tech out oooh oops we cannot find the issue. happens again, call and they just have you unplug stuff as if you haven't already done that. -.- been months.

    @RogersHelps Internet issues in Brooklin since the big storm. Internet has been going out 2-3 times per day ever since. A modem reboot fixes the issue. Technician came out and said it’s “a neighbourhood problem”. Today it stopped working completely. Modem reboot doesn’t help now

    @RogersHelps Service apptmnt is scheduled for 12-2 pm today to fix poor internet connectivity issue but no one has shown up or no one has called to confirm appointment. This is how poor service is of Rogers to their customer. Can’t fix issue then atleast advice for closure. #worstserviceever
