    @Rogers my husband was on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to track down his mom’s cable box which was never delivered. Rep told him he’d have to track it down because a “Larry” signed for it. Not delivered to her address. Then the rep hung up on him for no reason.

    @RogersHelps The recommended service interruption webpage that is available is terrible to try to find out if there is a problem in your area. It should be easier to find out. Is there a service outage in the Don Mills &Lawrence area? No internet and TV right now

    About the system. She looked stuff up. And she solved our problem at the root cause. I wanted to cry. I know she isn't paid enough and she is gold. If all @Rogers customer service people were like her, they wouldn't be loathed the way they are. Look to her as a model!

    @rogers what is the point of gettin over an hour on the phone explaining my problem for the 4th TIME, getting 3rd tech visit and first thing he asks... "What is your issue?" After 4 calls, they are not aware of my problem. God dammit (Watch the copy/paste answer soon)

    @Rogers @RogersHelps really frustrated/disappointed with the service I am getting with the device protection for my 12pro max. It’s been a month and still without phone or so called the reimbursement & getting lemons every time I call @Brightstar for follow up 🤬

    @TELUSsupport I've been having coverage issues since I switched to you from @Rogers. I was told that within my 6 blocks there is an issue but only after pressing for information. I do not receive calls and don't get notified that they were missed. This has been an issue since end of May.
