    @RogersHelps @charityjkeller @joshjimenez_ Also when asked how they will be crediting accounts: “Since this issue is fairly new, Rogers has not yet advised us as to any account credits, but in the past (once before) Rogers gave all impacted customers an account credit”

    @RogersHelps Felt like the response was pretty timid for such an impactful problem. People are remote working, no way to communicate in emergency, in my case no vpn token for half a day
