  @RogersHelps your AI automated phone system is terrible. If the AI hears "Human", you need to send the caller *directly* to a human agent. Anything else is disrespectful and annoying. The "higher call volumes... unable to accept your call" - #Disconnect is bad.

  @Rogers your customer service is BS. I have been trying to call for weeks now for something your FAQs and AI can't help with, yet everytime you're experiencing "extremely high call volume" and hang up on me. If you're that busy why don't you HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!

  @Rogers-My Mom is upset as she waited 37 minutes to find out what channel the ladies US Open tennis is on. Nobody answered. This is entertainment for her. We had a Rogers outage for a full day last week-Internet, cable, phone; the guide button hasn't worked since. Pls help.

  You have the worst customer service on the planet. Just bought MSLE and can't answer a phone..over an hour on hold and the ****** guys and gals at the top are raking it in..may the lord bless you with something incurable @Rogers
