    @StephanieCarvin @TwitterCanada @Rogers ...my rant continue: I told the service rep I will NOT pay. She said she can slash it by 50%. This went on for 30 minutes. I asked her what part of "I won't pay" doesn't she get? I was put on hold for 2 hours when someone finally got to me and said bc I'm a "great customer"...

    @RogersHelps I got your Ignite and pay a lot but it is rubbish as it freezes for 5 seconds and changing stations is slower - I was sold that WiFi was better than Cable. I have done everything on the App, called / live chat Can you help? as I am fed up

    @Rogers switched from Rogers digital to Ignite. Nothing but problems since. Had technician in and several “lengthy” phone calls. TV constantly freezing and it’s only about 10 feet from the box! I mean CONSTANTLY! Not happy with Ignite at all.
