    @Rogers your customer service is BS. I have been trying to call for weeks now for something your FAQs and AI can't help with, yet everytime you're experiencing "extremely high call volume" and hang up on me. If you're that busy why don't you HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!

    @Rogers I have been trying to call customer service all day. Get same message we are to busy call again later. I would expect better from a company like yours.

    @Rogers I felt cheated as my contract is breached by you - I signed my contracg at $35 and my bill is double. Though, I confirmed with customer service twice and got assurances, but I got charged doubled.
