@RogersHelps I went down that rabbit hole earlier in the week for 5 hours with zero resolution, so no, I won't be doing that.

@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. πŸ˜• they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

@Flags2J yeeeup and haaaa.... even my cell phone wasn't working and everything on my end was not changed πŸ™„got three important calls and not a single alert and 4hrs later, I got a handful of txts clearly late, along with two calls from yesterday, geeezee @Rogers fix yer system! smh!

@RogersHelps ok, thank you, I'll call them. if they can't help... then what?? πŸ˜•

  • whereiwalkphoto
Where I Walk... πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario

@RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. πŸ˜• something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

@JamesonCanada @Berniceness @Rogers I know lots of companies who do it. I did IT Tech with one company who decided to outsource to Manila. They had record profits while it caused significant customer friction and cultural shifts within the firm.

@Berniceness @Rogers @Rogers won’t respond unless you cancel your services or owe them money. After almost 50 years as a loyal customer, I cancelled all my Roger’s services after they contracted out their customer service to people that are clueless and always give contradicting info

If you were a Shaw customer and now find that you're a victim or Rogers. RUN! Rogers gave you soul in a deal with Yahoo. Yahoo gets all the @rogers and @shaw addresses. WHY? Ask your favourite search engine, or Google "does Rogers with Yahoo scan our webmails?" Read the bottom.

  • vjgvoice

@RogersHelps Pre scheduled. Strange occurrence. Have never had this before.

@SmokingDandy @Rogers Where did you go? I only see 2 demons. Rogers & Telus. The other of the 2 duopolies. Rogers took over my acct from Shaw and said they don't support email and email vanished. No warning. Gone!

@DVitous @Rogers I'm just annoyed their customer service is an absolute joke as is their equipment

  • LoveMy7Wood
Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reported

In my recent travails with @rogers, one thing that happened was their service technician accidentally disconnected my @bell home phone. Rather than have him reconnect it I realized I was paying $98.88 per month for something I rarely used, and received almost exclusively junk calls and scam calls on, so I called Bell and cancelled it. That’s $1200 back in my pocket every year. Boy, it feels good.
