Where I Walk... π¨π¦ (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario@RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. π something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.
-
CathyACummings (she/her) (@CathyACummings) reported from Mississippi Mills, Ontario@RogersHelps I went down that rabbit hole earlier in the week for 5 hours with zero resolution, so no, I won't be doing that.

Where I Walk... π¨π¦ (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. π they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

chad rasa (@cv570957) reported@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers Rogers sucks. Left them years ago and went to Bell. Service was better but really had no issues the last 2 years. I do not like either companies and their pricing sucks.
-
@HolyDegenerate (@RandySaretzky) reported@RogersHelps I need to talk to customer service and they said on the recording there to busy and hung up
-
Berniceness - π₯π₯π₯π₯ (@Berniceness) reportedHey @Rogers why am I talking to a dude in the Philippines when Canadians can't find jobs??? Yet, you sure like to gouge us with fees for subpar service and then rob from us with extra billings if one doesn't look at their statement.
-
Gordo K (@KerrGordon) reported@Berniceness @Rogers Cancel the cable, all you need is the wi-fi and one of those boxes. $20-40 / mo.
-
Mat π¨π¦ (@DakRookie) reported@Berniceness @Rogers I agree, but for context, when Americans called Sprint/Nextel help line years ago they were actually calling me in Ontario Canada. These giant corporations just outsource everything to lowest bidder. Been going on for years.
-
Dog Mom π¨π¦βοΈ (@buzz_because) reported@RogersHelps @SmokingDandy I finally got through to Rogers after a 40 minute hold. Prior to that I tried twice and hold time was over an hour each time. Letβs face it β Rogers simply doesnβt give a damn, plain and simple.
-
Jason Haugh (@jason_haugh) reported@ckcho_na @Rogers A deflection bot gets graded on how many callers it keeps off a live rep. Closing your request was never what it optimized for. A long-time business account walking is a QA miss, and nobody on that floor ever got scored against it.
-
Jim Elliott (@jelliott_to) reported@RogersHelps I am having major issues with my Rogers cell service. 5 times today my phone has gone to emergency calls only. Then it works but I only get <5 Mbps. At other times I get over 150 Mbps. The service is so inconsistent my phone has become unusable for work.
-
Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported@RogersHelps Too hard and for too long and then kept yourself unavailable for resolution until you get your ching ching ching money you felt you had coming. I'm done. Not one more penny paid. The phone will be returned. I will move to another carrier. Goodbye and good luck

Tom Nesbitt (@TomNesbitt19) reported@RogersHelps Thank you for your help I thought it was today my mistake. I'm looking forward to the @MapleLeafs Draft selections ##LeafsForever GO LEAFS GO
