@greasypanda22 @pollyhfx46 @RogersHelps 1) Frustrating to me is there is no safety net, no backups to these systems if they go down. Imo that is a big problem! If Rogers network goes down or any other of the other networks go down, there needs to be a way they can switch their networks to another for backup.

Canadian media printing Rogers statements about efforts to restore service but not asking how/why this happened. They should be. Was this a cyber attack or a technical issue??? We deserve answers. @rogers, @JustinTrudeau, @CRTCeng

@RogersHelps When are you going to acknowledge that you also took down Interac, businesses across the country, jeopardized people's paycheques, put people at risk through not being able to contact emergency services...?

We require at least 24 hrs notice before any allowed service interruption. @Rogers will be required to pay 1 day’s usage(or more) based on the 30 day billing average. Thank you, that is all.

@RogersHelps Lessons: - Do NOT bundle internet & cell with same carrier - Do always have an ample amount of cash - Canada duopoly is a serious security concern - Rogers Shaw merger can not be approved - Canada banks/gov having 1 provider is STUPID - Canada is nowhere ready for digital $

@LadyEvalle @RogersHelps I wasn’t effected with my phone or internet but my bank account is another thing if I can’t pay for things cause their payment system is down due to the outage obviously we need to have some stores have 2 different systems for paying just in case something like this happens again

@itsajadams @Rogers People have a choice of provider and there are others available. Rogers offer cheaper service so I guess in some cases you really do get what you pay for, at least for the first year until the bargain expires and they increase rates once they have you hooked.
