    @RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. 😕 something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

    @RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

    @Rogers Thanks a lot rogers due to your **** internet as I try to log into work for the next half hour my internet has gone out twice and I've gone from 4 to 140 mbps down to 2. **** you. Changing to starlink at least @elonmusk doesn't throttle speeds.

    Extremely disappointed with @Rogers. Really thinking about canceling my contract. Nothing special about the plan even for a 10+ years client! With all the competitions,they should really step their game up! Horrible service, supervisor speaks to the clients like idiot! SMH.

    @RogersHelps is there internet problems in the area of M1B? Internet has been piss poor as of recent. Get your **** together people pay an arm and a leg for services that can’t function properly. Bells gonna get a new customer soon if this internet **** isn’t fixed soon

    @Rogers We've had no cable for days and fastest appointment is tomorrow. Cable was fine until they came to repair neighbours and asked if they could splice into ours. Frustrating contant cable or internet issues and spend a lot on services.

    @Rogers : my internet is down since noon. It can back briefly about an hour ago only to go down multiple times again. Can you please restore the service ASAP for good ?
