I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

Where I Walk... π¨π¦ (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario@RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. π something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

Unfathomable way to treat long-term loyal customers. 6 hrs spent on the phone only to still be hugely disappointed.

If youβre a cook at restaurant but you get only 1 customer a day who orders a bowl of soup do you get to act surprised when the restaurant owner closes shop?

Got hung up twice by your IVR after waiting on hold for more thn 2 hours (each time). Been to the store 3 times already .. still not fixed .. I better not get charged for any number of days I have no access to my phone line as this is not my issue ..
