@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

My mom bought i phone but I was put on as primary holder because moms English isn't the best. And since may @Rogers has been ******* around. Wonder how many non English speakers they **** over daily. Completly disgusting, don't bother with them.

@Rogers is there an issue with the internet in L6Z 1A5 post code? amber light keeps blinking every now and then. I restarted the router and it works for 15-20 mins then amber blinking again. Please fix it.

UPDATE, DAY 18 THE MODEM WASNT PROVISIONED MY TRAFFIC IS BOTTLENECKING BECAUSE THEY DIDNT ACTUALLY APPLY AN INTERNET PLAN THEY CANNOT FIX IT IMMEDIATELY AND IT NEEDS A TICKET I AM FURIOUS @RogersHelps
