Where I Walk... 🇨🇦 (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

Andy Potter (@aap53) reported@RogersHelps Been there, done that. It’s easy to solve - reset the router several times a day which is of course unacceptable. Funny thing is that I never had an issue before Rogers took over Shaw.
