  • whereiwalkphoto Where I Walk... 🇨🇦 (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario

@RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. 😕 something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

  • whereiwalkphoto Where I Walk... 🇨🇦 (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario

@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

  • whereiwalkphoto Where I Walk... 🇨🇦 (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario

@Flags2J yeeeup and haaaa.... even my cell phone wasn't working and everything on my end was not changed 🙄got three important calls and not a single alert and 4hrs later, I got a handful of txts clearly late, along with two calls from yesterday, geeezee @Rogers fix yer system! smh!

@CRTCeng how isn't that when @Rogers is failing to provide the service paid for that there is no credit or compensation to the consumer. Must be nice to not have to actually provide the service you're making millions on.

  • coolvehiclefan Brandon Arneson (@coolvehiclefan) reported

@RogersHelps This is unacceptable we pay the highest prices in the world and my service has been down for over 5 hours, making me wish I had a backup plan off another carrier, hope we will be credited or get compensation for this. I'm in Edmonton

  • isthatclever ✨🎃DEFUND TORONTO POLICE🎃✨ (@isthatclever) reported

@VaxHuntersCan @RogersHelps @RogersHelps like not to be dramatic but people not being able to use their phones is actually kind of life and death rn? You can at the very least acknowledge the issue and maybe have the decency to stop charging people while they have no service?

  • CLWilson2001 Carolyn Wilson (@CLWilson2001) reported

Hey @Rogers this is a rather long time to be without cell service! You have front line workers who rely on your services to deliver care to patients. How much longer until it’s fixed?
