    @Rogers twice in a week internet drops mid work day...like come on this is just plain sad. No phone service for hours just a few weeks ago and now unreliable home internet? Supposed to be one of the top providers in the country.

    @Rogers infinite data is absolutely useless. Nothing loads (even though you expect lower speeds) it's worse than dial up connection...dont waste money on that plan it's an asap cancel for me 👍

    @Rogers internet service has been down since 7:45am EST in the L4E neighborhood in Richmond Hill. People are WFH and kids can not connect to online school. What’s the situation and ETA to resolve. Unacceptable given people are dependent on you as an ISP.

    @RogersHelps terrible service. Internet has been finicky for the past two weeks. I expressed my concerns to two representatives yesterday and they were nonchalant about it. Anyone have any other service provider recommendations?

    Quite frustrated with rogers ignite home internet today, spent more than 3 hrs in 2 calls trying to solve internet issue. For no reason their system showed the service has been canceled, still the connection hasnt been reinstated. @RogersHelps, @Rogers

    @RogersHelps any idea how much longer the outage in Brampton will be? Going on 2.5 hours. Outage was confirmed by Rogers Customer Srvc.
