@Rogers One of our 2 TV sets has been broken for 8 months. Our internet goes done everyday for between 1 and 6 hours. I've been on hold with Rogers for 3 hours. There Chat bot can't help with anything that requires a response. How does Rogers survive?

@RogersHelps Makes sense on the need of network enhancements, but intermittent outages after doesn't. Happend twice already this month (Feb 3 and 27), three times today, Feb 27, 2023, without any prior notification. We are dependent on the availbility of internet for our livelihood!
