@rogers Glad I’m leaving…today. Would think the credit would appear on this bill. Guess those that switched will just be un-comped. Not sticking around for spotty internet service for credit equivalent to a cup of coffee. Beyond disappointed throughout the years.

My internet and cellphone bill are going up by 85$ a month with @RogersHelps because my “deal” ended. Who has reliable, reasonable priced service in #ottawa with good service, that actually cares about customers? #notworthit

So, @Rogers says it was an 'update' that killed the network nationwide. And they are responsible for security updates on your phones. Even more reason to remove the carriers from their all too powerful role of controlling what software / bloatware / spyware you must use.

@NeedlesOnNews Awards. Because @Rogers will just increase service costs and claim “it’s been tough times” #wereallinthistogether to make up for the service outage rebates.

@CBCToronto So what they are saying is that the issue in the network was so bad their own technicians were locked out of the system. Way to go @Rogers

Day after day of @rogers lack of internet service. I need that class action link asap. It's out of control. A week since the big outage and still hardly a 10 minutes steady link at a time to the Rogers main feed .... Brand new router even. Local outage ya right #bullshit
