@RogersHelps Also your internet and phone outage utilities are useless. They’re hard to find and apparently always say “everything is okay” even if all your phone, internet and cable services are down.

@RogersHelps is there a tower issue in the Dugald road and Mazenod rd area of Winnipeg? Mobile data has been unavailable or edge only for a week or two now. Spotty LTE, but most often nothing or edge. Was good for years-problems are very recent.

Unsure why @AppleSupport is taking so long to fix. Apparently it’s widely known as an issue. Kinda feel bad for @RogersHelps - if only they had said this months ago I wouldn’t be frustrated with them.

Anyone looking for a t.v, internet or phone company I suggest you avoid @Rogers at all cost! Not only do they treat long time customers like **** but their service is less then subpar. We pay every month for internet yet it only works half the time.
