@Rogers Sure. Why not all of Rogers's customers have this option in the App? Second thing, all Canadian Telecom come together and launch one app to stop such frauds so it will help to understand what kind of frauds going on and what is new in the Market.

  • HeisenbergLab Walter White (@HeisenbergLab) reported

@Rogers on demand my ***, you can’t fix my old tv box so you make me swap to a new service & it doesn’t work either. Called, was told 3 minute wait to talk to an agent & it’s been 51 minutes so far with no end in site. Rogers sucks & I shouldn’t be billed for such **** service.

  • nexceltwit George Franciscus (@nexceltwit) reported

@Rogers So, waiting one week to address a service outage in a large urban location is considered acceptable by Rogers, and all customers should be willing to accept this same level of service?

  • jamanthajones jum (@jamanthajones) reported

@FidoSolutions @RogersHelps my internet has been down 3 times within the span of a month. I work from home and these interruptions have seriously affected my ability to work. 😡

  • HeisenbergLab Walter White (@HeisenbergLab) reported

@Rogers No, the dam tv started working after an hour and a half and as soon as it starts working suddenly your agent finally picks up after an hour on hold and has nothing to fix. How convenient. The customer gets screwed again.

  • Sergetacular the slavic-canadian soccer fan (@Sergetacular) reported

@Rogers: “you don’t have to send the equipment back just yet, you’ll get an email with a reminder and a shipping label for it and send it then” Also Rogers: never sends an email or a reminder but then charges you for equipment return and late fees.

  • Onlyakoala A Koala (@Onlyakoala) reported

@markscheifele55 Why is #TeamRogers actively supporting this ******* addict? @rogers why do you support drug use in sports??

  • nexceltwit George Franciscus (@nexceltwit) reported

@Rogers A tree took down service to my home in the heart of Mississauga on June 1. Rogers will not restore service until June 7 - 1 week outage! It's this the best customer service Rogers can provide?

  • Filth__E DE (@Filth__E) reported

@RogersHelps internet/tv have been down overnight for about 8 hours. I rebooted both boxes several times. Is there an outage in North York? WFH is impossible right now, and myself and many more could lose theirs jobs. The wait on the phone for help is over 2 hours!

  • chrislotts1 Chris Lotts (@chrislotts1) reported

@Rogers I'd like to know what genius thought it was a good idea to name your existing (legacy) internet package 'Ignite', then create an entirely new system that has different equipment, resets your online profile, and charges a new setup fee, but is also called 'Ignite'. #fail
