FYI Because @Rogers @RogersHelps seems to be having some issues communicating aside for the wonderful lady who helped me after 3+hrs, the Channel that #AEWRevolution is on PPV with #RogersIgnite is down they are trying to fix it

@chelereid @RogersHelps Day 2 now... Not working at all. Now we will not be able to do video calls, so this affects work. In a day and age of hybrid work, Internet is a necessity. How do you make this right Rogers? We all would just like the services we pay for, let alone contact you for this.

Hey @RogersHelps why is it every time I call tech support the wait is 45-60 mins on hold? Do you have that many people having problems with Rogers? Seems like you'd address this by hiring more CS, or is the idea to frustrate your current customers into switching to Bell?
