@RogersHelps this is why I requested to return the equipment in-person but you stated it was no longer possible. I said to your rep I was concerned something like this might happened. Your rep assured me it would not. Please fix this. I’m not your customer anymore.

I don't care if @Rogers and #Shaw have merged. I would never go with them. I will always stay with @TELUS! Sorry to say, but their system sucks. I just remember when there was an earthquake or a power outage, Telus always worked, the other ones didn't.

@RogersHelps Team - I don’t understand why my Internet is not working since 12:00 AM and looks like my account is disabled with no reason. All my bills are paid. You wanted me to upgrade my device before March and I did that too. Why still my account disabled?

Dear @RogersHelps, Because of your takeover of Shaw that was approved today by Trudeau and his government, you are about to lose another customer. I am ripping the Rogers SIM out of my phone today and putting in a @koodo SIM, giving me comparable and far less expensive service.

Federal govt has approved $26 billion @Rogers takeover of Shaw Communications, has frozen all transfers in #telecom sector, & @FP_Champagne expects to see a reasonable reduction in prices (especially in ON & BC) or will take action to drive down prices with 4th national player.

@RogersHelps why are you threatening me with late fees for equipment I returned to you last month which Canada Post emailed me confirmation it was returned to you? I cancelled my service so I don’t need to deal with Rogers anymore. Why are you harassing me?
