@RogersHelps @ErrorFindingID Why do you keep wheeling out this standard garbage reply? Why not come clean and publicly state which areas are suffering an internet outage. I thought the lesson from previous outages was that you would communicate better and let your customers know what was going on

@RogersHelps It doesnt make sense as to how you're casually saying this as if its no biggy. I am paying exuberant amounts of money for the highest tier internet service with Rogers and I have to deal with this crap.
