@RogersHelps I won't call again, why would I put myself through that? The call was not fully resolved before I gave up and hung up over three hrs in. Next time I need help, I'll walk into a Telus store.

  • talkincanucks Talkin' Canucks (@talkincanucks) reported

@camcharronyvr Watered-down version of NHL Live. @RogersHelps should be embarrassed.

  • Sukhcha38364790 Sukhchain Singh (@Sukhcha38364790) reported

@Rogers I drive most of the time and I use Siri to make calls which most drivers use and after a call is made, there is no warning that call has been made directly and Roger’s will just charge you for the whole talk in next billing cycle without any notice. tired of this crap.

  • Kaya41801715 Kaya (@Kaya41801715) reported

  • walkingsugarqbe 💛💙 Walkingsugarcube 🇨🇦 (@walkingsugarqbe) reported from Abbotsford, British Columbia

Main Rogers network is not working for my phone. Switched to “Rogers-EXT” and it’s working. What’s going on @RogersHelps ?

  • Donna_Carrick Donna_Carrick (@Donna_Carrick) reported

@RogersHelps I don't want to be sarcastic with you, you are clearly trying to help. But the time for #Rogers to help was during the 3+ hrs I was on the phone. It's not my job to teach Rogers CustServ. I wasn't cranky for the first 2hrs45min. Not a bit.

  • OlimRidge Kevin (@OlimRidge) reported

@RogersHelps gone down this route with Rogers and supplied this information on a variety of channels where they’ve acknowledged device returned. This response is illogical. If the device had an issue, that would have been determined in person at the Rogers location upon return. CCTS complaint

  • JessPlqyss Jess (@JessPlqyss) reported

  • sbenisto BennyBenBen (@sbenisto) reported

@RogersHelps Classic response. Just tell us when it will be a usable platform. And fix the login issue. It’s not difficult.
