@shadowcatgirl76 @RogersHelps Same issue near Orillia. Crazy high ping for a minute or so (1500ms+) then service drops off for a couple minutes, rinse and repeat.

Spend 1 hour on with @rogers requesting a new cable box. They send one but disable my current box. Spend 1.5 hours with @rogers trying to sort it out but fall asleep waiting. Spend .5 hours with @rogers and the fix is "wait until your new box arrives" Worst service ever.

@RogersHelps I’m fed up, I don’t know what to do anymore. I have a reoccurring issue and your techs just run us around and around with the same stuff every time we call. It’s NOT on my end. It’s yours. Stop blaming the customer, I am not stupid, my partner is in IT. #fixyourshit

@RogersHelps I have ignite only. Why when I call in for support and go through the options and wait.. people answer and then tell me that they can't help with ignite and need to transfer me to ignite.. and I wait all over again Why don't you route ignite customers properly?
