    @Rogers I’ve shopped around and quite literally the exact offers for data plans I’m offered from @Rogers as “loyalty rates” are the same I could get as a new customer at Koodoo or somewhere else.

    @Rogers I’d rather deal with it publicly. Why did I pay a subsidy for my phone for a year when it was already paid off?Why is that company policy? When the device is paid off, the cost of the plan should automatically go down. It’s how @koodooHQ does it. They don’t steal customers.

    Has the @CRTCeng ever indicated it would crack down on @Rogers and @Bell_Aliant issuing non-returned equipment charges for equipment that was returned? Multiple times I've gotten receipts and confirmation numbers only to find out I was charged on a credit report a year later.

    @Rogers Don’t worry I’m already dealing with it. This is scummy business practice and the best solution for me is to just quit giving @Rogers my money for the privilege of being ripped off. On top of this, as a customer since 2004, there is no reason for loyalty.

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers the reply of it being peding from the past 8 days is enough to gauge the efficiency on handling damage complaints. Not a single call received over the cursed issue. Have had a terrible experience and i am forced to raise this issue on other forums as well
