    @RogersHelps 4 outage in as many months 14 hrs and counting on this one and another projected 4 hrs , I am not receiving what I am paying for, the services I pay extra to watch I am missing out on, when is someone going to fire a brain and put the fibre lines underground?

    Hey Rogers @Rogers Your wait time either online or phone is very poor! Looks like you need more human contacts to solve customer issues.
