  The time to strike Canadian oligarchs like Telus and Rogers is now AMERICA!! All you’d have to offer is a $60 unlimited data within North America and you’d wipe Rogers and Telus off the map. Thus opening up the internet scheme they run. I don’t even care if the coverage is that great, I can’t even get 5g service on the plains of Sask with @Rogers dog **** service.   One thing for sure is that @Rogers has the absolute worst customer service. 115min waiting in a que get down to #2 only to come up chat session ended. Their wireless service in this area is absolute garbage as well

  @RogersHelps The issue is getting through and landing with the right person. The only time you guys are interested in putting an outbound call to a customer is when they leave. I got three of them last week after I left, one of them promised that I would not be getting a bill for anything.

  @RogersHelps Hello- I sent a private message. Would someone please help? I’ve tried every support avenue available without response, and in store and phone reps say they’ve submitted escalation tickets because they see the problem but can’t help. Thank you.

  @Bratt_world @Rogers Fido continued to withdraw money for 7 months after the account was closed from my 86 year old dad until I discovered it while he was in the hospital. Still can't reach them for resolution @FidoSolutions
