After adding the wrong address to the system, they corrected it. By this point, it was the 5th day in a row that I had called @Rogers & they were still having trouble applying promotions to my address, despite saying that there are an abundance of promotions offered to Toronto.

@RogersHelps Yeah yeah. I spent 7 hours. Yep 7. Never agreed to charge. Told the rep to go back over "recorded" conversation. They said they couldn't. Never agreed to charge. That's robbery.

@karlromanowski @RogersHelps Nah. Awful music. Looped through their whole track selection dozens of times. I had it on low volume while I worked. Forgot about it most of the time though, TBH.
