@RogersFR @RogersHelps - Home internet in B section Brampton is very much of issue. It’s like a game seems like, work for few minutes and then hides and turn off. What’s going on? What kind of maintenance happens every other week? What should we do?

@RogersHelps @Sandymctyre I went through the Anna login method and I'm being told there is no issue in my area. I'm in Whitby. Is Anna correct? I still have no internet.

@RogersHelps Rogers should be prorating the internet bill for such long outages. At the very least don’t charge for cellular data today as that’s the only way I am able to connect to the internet today. At this point we’re literally paying for no service and also losing money in the process.
