    Another great mornung wanfing to watch netflix and of course my @CIK_Telecom is slow again. Speeds around 15mbps but pay for 100 either @Rogers is messin or cik sux

    I recently had to cancel my new internet connection with @Rogers within 5 days from the date of the installation, simply because, the service was inconsistent and poor. I was then billed! Seriously someone at @RogersHelps needs to work on 'Customer Experience'. So disappointing!
