@Rogers + @RogersHelps: We've been trying to upgrade my wife's iPhone for 3 hrs. Website has timed out 6 times after we've hit "purchase" + we've been on hold for a operator for 45min...and the quoted wait-time goes up, not down. Your upgrade deal is good, but it ain't that good.

I just love how the @Rogers network is so over congested that it simply CANNOT deliver the full internet speed that I pay for. I just LOVE being ripped off and screwed out of what I'm paying for! #CRTC

@RogersHelps I waited THREE hours on hold to discuss an issue with my bill. After finally connecting with the person they continued to place me on hold for another fifteen minutes before hanging up on me. What should I do now after wasting my whole afternoon?

@RogersHelps Unless you can upgrade your network so it's not so overly congested and backlogged so that it can actually deliver the full speed I pay for, there's nothing you can do to help me.

@enjoyingtheread @RogersHelps Thats why you should never trust a service provider! ESPECIALLY rogers. Probably got you locked in for another 2 years. Pay what money you owe and never give them business again.
