    @RogersHelps Oh, your pinned tweet is still useless, at least on my phone. I thought that might have been updated after last week's problems.

  • JohnHansenCa John Hansen (@JohnHansenCa) reported

    @RogersHelps I find it inexcusable that you designed your network to allow a single failure to take out both cell service and internet service. Like designing a building with the feature when the elevators are out of service the stairs become unusable.

  • mf6532 michael frank (@mf6532) reported

    @RogersHelps You offered a credit after talk of lawsuit, otherwise you would never do it. Scumbags!

  • PatriciaHitchon Patricia Hitchon (@PatriciaHitchon) reported from London, Ontario

    @RogersHelps We are still having problems w/ ignite TV freezing & volume cut out. This is Wednesday - Are we ever going to get our service back? I agree 5 day refund isn’t enough.

  • OfficialGSam GoldenSam (@OfficialGSam) reported

    @MjbOriginal @RogersHelps Becuz Robbers suck and never stops. The real problem is they wont upgrade their entire system infrastructure like Bell did 4-5 yrs ago. Bringing FO to every house instead of 50 yr old analog lame cables still hanging over trees.

  • braindeadinbred Kyle Thompson (@braindeadinbred) reported

    @buzz_because @RogersHelps Can't. My stupid internet won't work.

  • sirLundoner Lundoner (@sirLundoner) reported

    @DarrylMurphy78 @nationalpost @RogersHelps Lol how is failed continuity planning from Interac, Rogers problem ? Any business, especially a large profitable one like Interac, that didn’t have a backup is poor, greedy business planning.

  • UnOfficialKWS Kristian Strickland (@UnOfficialKWS) reported

    @RogersHelps Hi, Pointe-du-Chêne NB had a local power outage last night for a couple of hours. Power was restored while I slept but this AM I still have no internet - gateway device is just blinking orange, even after unplugging,replugging.

  • Darkarcangel73 Hunter (@Darkarcangel73) reported

    @RogersHelps Ah yes, 15$. I'll be sure not to spend it all at once.... Wtf Rogers, this is NOT acceptable.

  • Shamaremtulla Shama Remtulla (@Shamaremtulla) reported

    @RogersHelps This outage is not fixed, the issue of cutting out audio, internet outages intermittently remains on home services. Why? @Rogers @RogersHelps
