@RogersHelps @Rogers I lost 150 in income because my wireless service was down. 3.80 ain't gonna cut it. Definitely looking into a new company.

@CBCNews There is still a Canada-wide problem with Rogers, not being reported by CBC or being disclosed by @Rogers. Cellphone internet/email not working unless you're on wifi. Pls report on this important issue.

@newfiebullet84 @RogersHelps Right , after all a couple of people dead, no ambulance service , thousands of small business lose revenue, financial institutions unable to communicate and your golf club can't answer the phones.

@andyboyce2404 @RogersHelps I'll also add that those same companies who use the "We'll budget for a missing day once a year" logic to validate not having a fail over acct with another ISP, are still outraged at the loss & talk about not being able to afford missing a day when outages occur.

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers Had Rogers used some of their "healthy"profits to build a more robust system, this catastrophic outage could have been contained. I see zero morality in these corporations. This is the natural endpoint of capitalism.

Day 3 of #rogersoutage despite their PR claiming otherwise. I do keep my mobile on a different network, but no home/work wifi since Friday...rural Ontario deserves better (we have no internet options to speak of) @RogersHelps #rogersdown @CRTCeng

@mayimsmom @vote4robgill @Rogers I am not blamming rogers rep and customer service employee. Its rogers management, who ahould have atleast done more communication. Those call center employees are the last ine to blame for.. they are not responsible for updates nor responsible for how the situation ws handled

@RogersHelps Too many outages. This is my notice. Unbundling and moving cell to another carrier. Should never have put all my eggs in the same unreliable basket. Besides two major outages, I can never stream music throughout the night. Connection always interrupts.

@RogersHelps data is still down, your online “assistant” insists everything is working normally. Get your act together and stop lying to everyone that it’s fixed, it isn’t.
