    @RogersHelps after updating my plan my phone seems to only work on wifi. I've been on hold for so long I drained the battery of one phone, lost the connection and have had to call back and another (and lose my place in "line"). Please help!

    I don't like nor trust Keith Pelley. He's a corporate yes man, MLSE and ownership is more worried about the bottom line than winning a Cup. When the company I worked for 18+ years was bought out by @Rogers it was never the same afterwards, happy I got bought out. #leafs

    @RogersHelps I am currently residing in Vietnam. On April 10th, I contacted your call center to settle the remaining balance in full and requested to cancel my account. However, the final payment has still not been processed, which is preventing me from closing my Canadian bank account.

    @RogersHelps You know Eric, I have called that number multiple times and not one person knows how to fix my issue. So this is not helpful at all. Absolutely brutal company

    @RogersHelps Very helpful - I already held for over 2 hours only for the agent to not fix the matter, despite assuring me it was fixed. Then I waited for 2 hours for chat support online only to be cut off. Loyal customer since 2000 and have 5 lines. But I’m done with this.
