@7N7420 @Rogers I could certainly. I would rather see them have to forfeit the entire month's bill if they fail to provide service.

cords work with other devices but NOT with 2 BRAND NEW X16 Set-Top boxes! Was told cable coax outlet actually is not the problem, the boxes are. Now we have NO cable for the #CanadaDay long weekend. I am NOT a happy @RogersHelps customer! Now I understand 4/?

@RogersHelps here’s the issue! Called Sunday and useless rep failed to record ticket. I am a week with 1996-esque phone line service.

@BuNdOAVFC @Rogers Is there a modem or router connected to the antenna? If so, can you get speed test directly via wired connection? Your Wifi signal seems to be rather weak as well. Could affect data speeds

@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps Rogers guy told me the signal between antenna and tower is very good. Pfft. How can I validate this??

@Rogers you guys are trying to make me pay $320 a month for rocket hub internet. Spent 2 and a half hours on the phone Wednesday. Your “loyalty” agent came back to me with the exact same offer 3 times. Said a manager would call me back. I’m still waiting for that. Horrible!

@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps Rogers doesn’t give a rip or know what the heck they are doing. You seem to know what’s happening. Please help.

that there are much bigger problems in the world rn, but if I am paying for a service and then FORCED to upgrade, I expect for those services to work! Especially for the ridiculously high fees @RogersHelps charges. I will be switching providers once this contract is over. 5/FIN

@Rogers What a terrible experience so far with your rural LTE service. Speeds of less than 1MBPS for $59.99 a month. Awful customer service as well.
