    Overpaid my bill and now there’s a credit sitting on my account, but Rogers refuses to refund it. My bank confirmed they can’t reverse it since the payment is already with Rogers. Why is Rogers holding customer funds instead of issuing a refund? @Rogers @RogersHelps

    I don't like nor trust Keith Pelley. He's a corporate yes man, MLSE and ownership is more worried about the bottom line than winning a Cup. When the company I worked for 18+ years was bought out by @Rogers it was never the same afterwards, happy I got bought out. #leafs

    @RogersHelps Rogers may want to reevaluate how those cases are being handled. Maybe reconsider treating that department as the final escalation point, because from a customer perspective the process was very disappointing.
