Vandana Bhalla (@vandana_bhalla) reported@RogersHelps One of the sensors is not working, a technician came and changed it, but still we’re not able to alarm the system. We’ve called so many times to no avail. Very frustrating and yes to be on hold for almost 2 hrs is a waste of my time.

Mark Meunier ⁜ (@MarkMe60) reported@MichelleRempel @Rogers It was crazy. I turned on 660 in my car, like I always have, and it was just gone. WTF Rodgers!!
-
Ray of Knight 23 (@CoffeeSacred) reported@rodmickleburgh @Rogers I can’t believe how many people are upset by this yet never listened to in when it was on the air.
-
Blasty’s Burner (@flamestoogood) reportedCancelled my @Rogers internet service today. Shouldn’t have dropped 960

Leon (@zedsdead44) reported@Rogers If you were Team Canada, you wouldn’t outsource your “customer service” centres to Mumbai. I know because I asked one of your agents where he was located after I couldn’t understand him. He confirmed it.

Ben Chapleski (@ChapleskiBen) reported@AlbertanKelly @Rogers Whenever my internet goes down and I need it I just hotspot my phone till it’s back

8treelane (@8treelane) reported@RogersHelps #1 The scaling on the app for acceisbility purposes means that screen presses do not register well/accurately (and mine is only 15% zoomed in.) Android specificly #2 'Billing" currently crashes the app, so that doesn't help anything.

Cadence Grace (@cadencegrace) reported@RogersHelps You can start by firing Keona- this is the second time I’ve dealt with her and she is the direct reason I will be going elsewhere. She is rude, condescending, wastes your time and makes your business feel unwelcome and unneeded.

The Wary Lemming (@thewarylemming) reported@GiantBlueRing @Rogers @BlueJays The ratings were terrible. I'm no fan of Rogers but it's not a charity. Streaming has killed radio. A death that started about 25 years ago with automation. And then mergers. Radio is dead or dying. I say this sadly as someone who was in the biz years ago and loved it.
