@Sweetsherene1 @AboutRogers @Rogers Technically issues happen all the time, this is basically saying you took a day off work and now your employer is refusing to pay you for the entire month.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Lack of transparency, lack of information, bs press releases (FYI no service ALL day is NOT intermittent) and high fees. Rogers and Fido customers deserve better, including a refund #rogersrefund

@Rogers think it's time to start compensating your customers for the inconvenience that is service outage has caused all day. People rely on their phones for work, entertainment and to communicate to family and friends.

@yegventures @Rogers @fluenthome If power is cut your WiFi won't work so there must be a eSIM in your security system that is on the Rogers network. U have WiFi so you'll be good. If both were to go out you'd have a problem but that highly unlikely.

So do customers get a rebate for their day of no cell service? Companies are quick to charge late fees, no? Same energy. @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps

Three hours after sending this, my cell service is finally back up. Eight hours since first tweet, still no response. Do I need to call in and ***** about both the service AND your complete lack of communication, @RogersHelps?
