@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Be clear and NOT rewrite how you believe the story is. THIS outage was NOT intermittent. It was CONSISTENT for at least half a day. As a 20+ year customer of #Rogers, I am VERY disappointed in how you are spinning this. Own up to it. Can't wait for @Mintmobile to arrive.

@JackieMPal @Rogers Yup same thing here. All broken.

  • krcraft krcraft (@krcraft) reported

Next up for @RogersHelps : Class action lawsuit from millions of desperate Canadians who couldn't book for AZ appoints today due to network issues. So basically, Bell customers are not only better served, but will be less likely to catch covid. Thanks #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps I need to call the hospital about a test. I cancelled my landline because you gave me a “deal”. Will you call for me on your landline. Will I get a refund for the last day of 0 service?

@AboutRogers @Rogers Rogers needs to learn what “intermittent” and “customer service” really means....

  • fosbrooke foster brooke (@fosbrooke) reported

@sqwabb @Rogers Wow, been on Wifi all day. Just noticed that I have no service without it. Grrr...

  • sidekickgirl OfKris (@sidekickgirl) reported

@Rogers So it’s about 4 hours later.... no service and no official message from Rogers. I’ve seen people post ETAs of 5pm today (whoops guess not) or 2pm tomorrow. Do us all a favour and tell us today so we can plan for tomorrow.

  • apaul444 paul (@apaul444) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Intermittent outage?? There’s been no service since this morning!!

  • LisaYacky Lisa Yacky (@LisaYacky) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Ha!! Intermittent my arse. Both my husband and I have been without cell service since last night. 😡 This is total BS. I expect a credit on next month's phone bill.

  • MarsOrBust10 Don Matthews (@MarsOrBust10) reported

@apaul444 @AboutRogers @Rogers Since 12:00am last night.* It’s been 18 hours of a Canada wide outage. This is not acceptable, most definitely not acceptable that there has been no public statement via official channels yet either.
