    @RogersHelps 4 outage in as many months 14 hrs and counting on this one and another projected 4 hrs , I am not receiving what I am paying for, the services I pay extra to watch I am missing out on, when is someone going to fire a brain and put the fibre lines underground?

    @RogersHelps @Bratt_world Sportsnet+ is complete trash. Blackouts even when not in the viewing area. Imagine now. You'll never see a dime from me or my family.

    @RogersHelps That’s fair and I did call but I was on hold. For the cost of service + my needs it’s not performing. I never had any issues with cable until the galaxy boxes were introduced and now this happens. Maybe wifi signal for cable isn’t the way to go

    @RogersHelps @nestapendragon @RogersHelps should be sending someone out immediately at no charge to fix it and give you a rebate for your trouble. Like immediately rogers.

    I've just been told by @Rogers that their customer care people can't assist me after I was transferred to them by their Tech Support people who I reported a problem to. Customer service does not exist for Rogers' customers. This is disgraceful.

    Just had time to digest the HNIC cancellation news. Seriously, **** @Rogers and their corporate greed. They effectively just cancelled a Canadian cultural tradition without even a goodbye.

    @RogersHelps The issue is not the sim, the issue is the network, this is day 7 with TERRIBLE NETWORK wherever I go! Your support team is NO HELP i am at my limit with your company
