    @Rogers 3/x and wants to send me a new box. I'm like "dude... I am 101% sure it's NOT the box problem, can you do the video troubleshooting with me?", we did, when he saw the cabling he said nothing is wrong and insisted it's the box, keep saying he'll just send me a new one.

    @RogersHelps It would be awesome if you could actually get the NHL live app working - I've seen maybe 1 minute of the Habs game all night. TERRIBLE!

    @Rogers 4/x I asked him to just schedule an onsite technician instead to troubleshoot, which he did. The technician came, explained him the issue, looked at my cables, already saw the issue. You know what?
