    @RogersHelps Hi, I need some help installing a new SIM card on a new device. I can't do it myself (keeps giving me an error message). I have tried logging in to chat with an assistant but the website has been giving me a login screen for 10 minutes. I'm at a bit of a loss.

    @RogersHelps guys..!!! What the deal, internet service is down again. Do you know what InterNET means, it’s a mesh like connections that prevent anyone point from stoping all traffic. Get redundancy in place, do not update without testing…

    So I pay my last bill of 146.00 after paying bill I noticed I still owe .77cents and so Rogers decided to charge me me a late fee over .77cents then I get this month bill for a 20$ credit over almost 24 hours without out service what a joke phone paid for soon bye Rogers @Rogers

    @Rogers 10 days without data use on my new plan and no one can call me back to sort it out. Over promised and under delivered. Horrible customer service each person just passes the buck.

    Dear @RogersHelps, thank you for the $9 credit for missing a day of service However, please keep it and invest it so I can actually make a call between Listowel and Elmira. Not sure where the service credit is for every other day of the month when I can’t use my phone…

    I used to think @RogersHelps was the worst telecommunications company in Canada, but @BellSuppport has had me on the phone (90% on hold) since around 11 this morning. Congratulations Bell, you're worse than Rogers. For those in other time zones, it's 2:18 p.m. now.
