Is it just me or is anybody else’s #Rogers #Ignite constantly disconnecting? It’s so annoying. I should journal when and how long and get my money back for the time it’s out. Cause it’s literally EVERYDAY. Fix it @RogersHelps.

@Rogers is the most unreliable network in Canada. My postal code area hasn’t had internet all day. This is the third major outage in less than a year! Do something to keep your customers happy because I’m really looking into making the switch!

Despicable marketing by @RogersHelps using an sleazy offshore call center, incessant calls, rude telemarketers hang up as soon as they think they wont get a sale. Ignoring repeated do-not-call requests. Would never to business with Rogers.

Is this a deliberate strategy by @Rogers to bill multiple service calls to 3rd party providers like @TekSavvyBuzz? No idea, but 3rd party customers are constantly and systematically treated like crap. Extremely frustrating! Maybe something for you to investigate @CRTCeng 2/2
