@REWoman @Rogers Rogers is the worst. As much as I complain about the cost of Bell, it's never gone down. Not once.

@RogersHelps Can you please correct the issue with the Golf Channel feed? The description says it's the Open Championship but I am seeing an instructional show. This is crucial to fix as it's the final major of the year.

@RogersHelps @Rogers I have been trying for two days to get through to you. After 2 1/2 hours on hold to be told to hang up, and this morning each time saying to call back, not even put on hold. How do you do business if no one can access your company? This is unacceptable

@RogersHelps I've never experienced such poor service from Rogers until the past few months. I've called several times trying to resolve issues and get nothing but run around. I'm done. What a disrespectful way to treat your customers.

@RogersHelps Ok so now I have to also by a very expensive phone and then my child can finally have an age appropriate communication device? Please help me make sense of this.

@RogersHelps No. I told the CCTS exactly what I'm going through in a detailed email, and not just as a disabled person. And this stupid platform "X" does not allow more than a few characters of text in which to describe this hell Rogers puts me though, of course.

@Rogers @shaw Put the damn Open Championship on in BC. This is completely unacceptable.

@Rogers do you have service reps calling and offering discounts? I got a call from this number 416 532-4106

Being in hold for over 2.5 hours to just get a shipping label to return a cable box not working @Rogers @RogersHelps is ridiculous and unexceptable and I'm still on hold. But to add a service gets you straight through.

Watching Global News tonight, I see that @Rogers is still allowing fraudsters to access customer accounts. In 2023, I called a supposed Rogers number and reached a fraudster who either worked for Rogers or had hacked their system. @Rogers didn’t care. Said it wasn’t fraud.
