    Why is the wait time so ridiculously long. I have been on hold for over an hour and a half now. This is absolutely ridiculous. Paying this much money a month for absolutely no service. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps Yeah, I don’t want to get charged for the save and return without having the phone, and not looking forward to have a credit because at the end I will paying. I had this previously and it went really bad.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Instead of finding a different way to install a service they butchered every single garage entryway in the neighborhood including mine which was BRAND NEW. I canceled every service I had with Rogers. At Telus,everyone you speak to is out of 🇨🇦 Next to get canceled

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They did, they used to be 100% Canadian support and marketed it that way. They just started offloading them in the last couple years. Sorry to say you missed the boat. It’s headed the other way now.

    @Rogers has offshored their customer service since last time I needed service. Was on hold for about 2 hrs. Not pleased at all!!! Raising prices across the board for media they provide. Loss of Canadian jobs! @CRTCeng @MarkJCarney
