@RogersHelps maybe, maybe, if you want to abuse customers with your Roam Like Home charges, have CLEAR and EXPLICIT instructions on how to avoid scam charges. @fordnation The icing on the cake, their services went down during the call 🙄

I have received shockingly bad customer support from @Rogers over the last 2 days. After calling to ask a routine billing question about my family plan I was offered a promotion to save $30 per month. I accepted only to find out later that I would actually pay $5 more each month!

@Bell_Support FIVE CALLS HAVE NOT FIXED OUR ISSUE. How many more do I have to make? As bad as @Rogers is, I'm getting tempted to switch. To get help tonight, it's an hour wait. I already spoke to them today and yesterday and day before... @Bell

I called to switch my plan back and was told it was impossible. Only after threatening to cancel my services was I forwarded to someone who said they would reverse it. That was a day ago and I am still waiting for the change to process. Another reason to cancel @Rogers

@Rogers Internet is down. Again! This is a joke. I already cancelled my cell phone because of the previous outage. Terrible service. @Rogers you should be ashamed.
