    @Rogers now I have to use Twitter to get customer support? What have you done to my rogers app? I use to be able to access data usage for both my phone and my roomates. Now I can't. I can no longer change my data alerts or turn data on or off. WTF? Why did my bill go up?

    @311Toronto @RogersHelps Thank you, I will send the email. If the City will be able to assist with this, I’ll be happy, as I see Rogers have taken very little action to fix the wires over the past year.

    @Rogers I hope Rogers has a plan to compensate their customers for the internet disruption this morning. Can't believe that I've been on hold for the last 20+ mins for support, while I have a work meeting scheduled.

    @Rogers thanks for making it really diffcult to return a #UpfrontEdge phone, nothing to do with covid regulations just your very stupid policy with Purolator... should be able to hand it to a rogers wireless location....
