@RogersHelps So, @Rogers tech number 4 now scheduled. Number 3 left yesterday wanting to put in a temporary line but needs help and will come back. Left me with me with unstable internet and no cable TV service. Time to look into other service providers.

Does @RogersBiz @rogerstv customer service actually want to help? Two hours of being transferred to “someone who can help me” until you get disconnected. Not impressed. It’s a fun game they play.

@Rogers every week we have techs on my street and I still have to use my cell data to work. We switched from Bell due to horrible service but at least I could get my job done! Get it together man. Your outsourced techs are inconsistent as well.
