So @RogersHelps didn't cancel an old account of mine and charged me for ten months. They owe me over $1300 and have dragged their feet in giving my money back. Today...they took an additional payment out despite me cancelling the account. I don't even know where to begin.

@Rogers Not a good experience, have to wait 5 business to speak with a supervisor for an issue that was not resolved even after getting confirmation from a supervisor last month. Already wasted lot of time on this. Hope someone will reach out to assist me. 😡😡😡

@RogersHelps Horrible experience! Confirmed w rep about upgrade, then email received - wrong device sent. Spoke to 2 more reps (first 1 hung up on me), finally confirmed order. Now told device is on back order for 3 wks. Took an hour and 3 more reps to finally cancel my order.
