    @RogersHelps Ignite services down since this morning, Rogers has not changed and did not learn anything from that embarrassing system outage last summer. I spend $600 a month with Rogers, but that will soon be with Bell. Do better Rogers!

    @RogersHelps The only credit I got was $20 from the mass outage in the fall, and a tiny discount on service. Why shouldn't I go to @Bell? no one in my building has issues with them, and they've given me a massive incentive to sign with them. just wanted to avoid the new account set up, but...

    @RogersHelps You know they are annoying but do nothing to fix that. It's not just the wait time, it's the amount of time that it takes to make any sort of changes.
