🤔 Social Media making fun of @Rogers issue leaving millions <people & businesses> without cell, internet and 911 access. I guess they don’t see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

@themetalicone @RogersHelps @Rogers I doubt it's just a "mistake". It's going to be a result of corporate corner cutting to maximize profits leading up to the conditions where this could happen, aka, why we're never going to get a straight answer.

@birgitomo @Rogers How horrible for everyone seriously affected, especially in our hospitals, 911. A nightmare that should have only been a nightmare, and NOT reality.

@RogersHelps now over 31 hours with no service. Have my non-Rogers reliable cell phone tethered to my home computer and currently chatting with @Bell to switch. The ongoing and periodic nightmare that is @Rogers will soon be a thing of the past

@RogersHelps Home internet still down in Brantford. Are customers to expect home internet services within a week? Amazing that @Rogers don’t have a process to restore home internet services even in 30 hours of its failure.

@RogersHelps @Rogers It seems to me that the larger the scale of a network outage, the less likely it is to be due to happenstance or casual neglect, and the more likely it is to be due to malicious intentions. Whose intentions are behind this outage?
