    @RogersHelps My home wifi is now fine since the support person added that IP ADDRESS as a valid Alberta IP I guess. But when on cell data, it is blacking me out. Sounds like Rogers uses IP address to determine my location. That method is obviously not working.

    @RogersHelps Would love to someone to contact me please. I mean I'm trying. My internet has been down since 7:35 am and I work from home and used 12.35GB if my phone data just to hotspot so I can support a team of 500 employees. Why can't you notify me that it will down all day?

    @RogersHelps I live in Calgary with Sportnet Now Standard package. Yet am blacked out from Flames and Oilers games. Last night waited 2 hours to get support on the online chat.

    @RogersHelps can you please get my Sportsnet Now Premium that I paid for over a week ago to work?? There’s no clear SN phone number to call for help. Live Chat just makes you wait forever over an hour) until you give up. The people emailing me simply disappeared.

    @RogersHelps are there any reports of internet outages north of Toronto, Thornhill area? We rebooted everything an hour ago and wifi is still down 😔
