    @Sportsnet NHL blackouts are once again being incorrectly applied to my household by @RogersHelps and I cant watch the Game tonight. Can someone at Rogers fix this issue?

    @RogersHelps I have been put on an est 2.5-3.5 hr hold after a 75 minute wait. Reason is your customer service isn’t empowered to help me with more than a 15% cost inc. and no reason why. Do better. I have been with 5 yrs and never received credit for loyalty

    So my 79 year old father is in LTC, unable to speak or do much of anything. My mother wants to change her internet provider but @Rogers is refusing to cancel her service without POA. She obviously has the POA but this process is designed to dissuade people from switching.

    Is it too much to ask @Rogers to deliver a stable and reliable connection? Every few weeks my connection gets unstable, they fix it, and a few weeks later, I have the same problem again and again. This is really getting old #CRTC

    @Rogers thanks for wasting my time on the phone for hours to cancel a contract I cancelled 2 YEARS ago. Rep guaranteed full refund of amount owed and “late fees” (LMAO). Bill shows I owe $1.03. Not about the dollar. Your company is a bunch of bloodsuckers. **** YOU. Never again.

    @Rogers I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for home monitoring, but there’s been a wait of 3 hrs every day… Online chat option always keeps me waiting for days … there is no other way to get in touch with you guys to resolve issue with my bill…
