@atoonk @Rogers On question I would like to see included in the reporting is how the network handles the surge load on recovery. Surge load can slam a recover when you come back online. It happens when all those devices have a path to finally connect - with millions connect at the same time.

So my latest @Rogers bill arrived today and it's a whopping $1.13 less than the previous one. I sure as hell hope that's not the compensation for the recent outage, or I might be looking for a new carrier very soon. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Yes @RogersHelps you told me what I already found out, and mentioned in my first tweet, but you did not answer the question: why do you now limit what Rogers store staff is able to help customers with? Is it because they aren’t actually Rogers staff any more?

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps This outage caused tremendous problems for us Rogers customers who have ALL the services with @rogers, esp. when we couldn't even use the emergency line, that was extremely unacceptable!

@easyOntario @CityNewsTO So.. do most the public still believe that the @Rogers outage of #July8 2022 was just an upgrade? Come on,, soon we’ll be getting emails telling us to change of security info BECAUSE they’ve discovered it was actually a #cyberATTACK & got hacked
