@RogersHelps hi there I can’t connect a friends phone to my wifi? I’m on my wifi but their phone shows wifi but it has an “!” Beside it? Can you help me out? I know you’re busy with the outage right now but I hope you can help me.

@ericshapiro7 @Rogers I'd rather poke out my own eye with a knitting needle. Bell is awful. They're all awful.

  • LindsayWiebeRD
    Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported

@RogersHelps I sent a DM. No response, so I filed a CCTS complaint and have reached out to news agencies to get answers and potential compensation.

  • john_tucci
    John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported

@RogersHelps I’ve been on hold with technical support for over an hour. How is this acceptable? For the last three days, we would call and the system would tell us that they were too busy and just hang up. Your billing should be based on responsiveness to issues.

Rob the 🇨🇦 Cubs Fan (@CDN_Rob24) reported

@Rogers I see my total bill is going up $14 + tax ($7 internet, $5 each phone) Before I switch to Bell what can you do to help bring my plan costs lower? Especially since I'm in disability. ( I already get the disability tax credit discount)

@JayJanower @Rogers The thing I loved about Shaw was our customer service was always in Canada.

@RogersHelps JUST FIX IT ALREADY IT’S BEEN 5 HOURS.

@RogersHelps @justtrynahide18 Obviously if someone’s calling in the online service is of no use to them idiots 🙄

  • JayDonovanYYC
    Jay Donovan 📻 (@JayDonovanYYC) reported

Hey @RogersHelps I should be able to stream ANYWHERE in Canada since I’m paying for your monopolized service. ‘Sign in to your home wi-fi’ is big time BS. Thanks for (once again) nothing.

  • random2152
    Random2152 (@random2152) reported

@RogersHelps Are you sure, because at the 2 hour 11 min mark your robot just said to call back another time and hung up on me! This is not acceptable. I have a billing issue that beeds to get fixed

  • pozpiggy86
    Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

Well... @Rogers promised me that my shanty temp line running over my front lawn would be buried in 4 - 6 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks, and still no sign that the line is going to be buried. I'm starting to regret being a Rogers customer

  • CurtisGottfred3
    Curtis Gottfredsen (@CurtisGottfred3) reported

@RogersHelps I do, i find it sad that i got quicker response on twitter than i did through customer service. Your AI response is basically a firewall to discourage people from complaining
