@RogersHelps @Ashok_Kd Regular updates? Where? I'm seeing the same vague message from 6 hours ago reporting "an intermittent service interruption" for "some wireless customers" which isn't helpful (or accurate!) at all.

@RogersHelps It’s not “some,” it’s thousands and I will not be paying for a service I do not currently have. Lost wireless services around 5am today and it is now almost 2pm but I still don’t have any service. I expect to see a partial credit on my next bill.
