  @SteveD29 @RogersHelps Keep fighting. They tried charging me for a service I never received and I kept calling and refusing. Eventually they gave up.

  @Rogers have you noticed that the most number of posts directed to Rogers or Rogers helps are about poor Customer Service. Specifically about how long people sit on hold trying to speak to someone on the telephone. Have you not gotten the message?

  @CanadasLeafs @Rogers i tried to cancel my rogers 3 years ago. they played tag with me for days on the phone. I'd wait 60-120 minuntes... spoeak to someone for 2 minutes and they would always say "this isn't my dept. let me transfer you". this went on for 4 days, over 24 hours total of wait time
