Lisa Brandt (@lisambrandt) reported from Tillsonburg, Ontario@ericshapiro7 @Rogers I'd rather poke out my own eye with a knitting needle. Bell is awful. They're all awful.
-

MTF 🇨🇦 (@EhmTEhf) reported@BobKinnear13 @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers a lot working from home. Mostly 3rd party rogers call centers though. I used to hear women on the phone and their kids shouting in the background. It was bad.
-
Jagang (@JagangUS) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers The problem is not only the lengthy 90 minute “support” calls - but that your issue will not be properly resolved and you will need to repeat the process three or four times. You are lucky that you got an ‘agent’ that could speak english - I got one that could not spell.
-
Master Iceman (@themastericeman) reported@Rogers can you explain the logic of asking business customers that spend 1000's a month on your services to deal with your awful customer service? Transfered multiple times only to end up at a loud call centre where the person tries to sell me stuff vs actually answering questions. All you are doing is making your customers want a better option, like a Starlink phone by @SpaceX . If I am going to have to deal with garbage customer service which is what big telecom has, you and @TELUSsupport I might as well get a more robust service. Starlink is more robust for me than the wifi I get from you. You should have local respresentives that work with businesses.

Sanwin (@sanwins) reportedHey @Grok does @Rogers claim it's tech support is based in Canada ?
-
Daniel Voisin (@nailedvision) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers There are several factors. Cost is a big one. The wages are far less elsewhere. As are the expectations of wages and benefits. And it's the work. How many people here would even be able to handle being yelled at by a customer? Or taking back to back calls for 8 hours solid?

Crash Harris (@crashharrisad) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Due to the poor performance of Canada it's very difficult to be 100% Canadian and be competitive. The over regulation and Government tax system the only way to survive never mind being profitable you need outside help. Our own PM doesn't invest in Canada. How can any one else?

Brian ( The R3ap3R ) (@CrzWildOne) reportedNot very happy with the service I been getting lately. Had to wait close to 2 hours to speak with someone about my account and why they suspended my data. According to them my payments are not enough and they want all or nothing. Been with rogers 25+ years with no issues with payments and now all the sudden every month my account is suspended and then they charge me $80.00 everytime to restore it and not mention the 2 months of a close to $900.00 bill because they never sent me a reminder about the promotions that ended which is why I fell behind in the first place. Need to fix this or I will be looking into other places. @RogersHelps
-
Jacqui (@JacquiKJanes) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Interesting since @Rogers says none of its call centres are outside of Canada - Rogers Communications states that its customer service call centres are 100% based in Canada.
-
Dan Anderson (@BitterDan) reported@JustMeJamie64 @CognizantBeing @Rogers Worked for Rogers for years. Their whole play is to charge as much as possible while making service extremely difficult or useless to reach.. means less costs for them. All 3 carriers are corrupt.

Tracey Brooks (@Traceybaby) reported@Rogers has been messing me around for a month. Hours on hold only to have them drop the calls. Payment arrangement made only for them to disregard it. How can I rectify these issues if I can't get through?!
