@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

I can safely say @Rogers @RogersHelps is hands down the most incompetent group of collective individuals when it comes to cable TV support. 5 calls... 1 DOA box... 3 hangup... and still no service. @TedRogersFund -- Give ur reps a raise or hire people that can do the job.

Anyone in the Alliston area that sees this, curious if you have Bell Fibe internet and what it’s reliability has been.. I’m currently with Rogers and over the past few weeks (since that service black out) service has been spotty & slow. @FibeBell @RogersHelps #internet #Barrie

@Rogers I’m paying for a 1Gbps internet a month 85 CAD plus taxes. I’m not getting this speed; not even half of it! The service keeps disconnecting for hours happened >20 times, recently today and yesterday!. You sent me technicians twice and no one and the couldn’t fix it

@RogersHelps On Mar 27, I was advised I had a credit from Rogers. It is now May 14 and I've yet to receive this credit. May I ask what the issue is?
