@RogersHelps hi there I can’t connect a friends phone to my wifi? I’m on my wifi but their phone shows wifi but it has an “!” Beside it? Can you help me out? I know you’re busy with the outage right now but I hope you can help me.

  • zachanthems Zach (@zachanthems) reported from Woodstock, Ontario

@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

  • Molloy36 Steve Molloy (@Molloy36) reported from Norwich, Ontario

@RogersHelps Your customer service is so bad that just to get an answer that is so simple on bulk cable services I was transferred 5 times the second time and 4 times the first time when I called twice in the last hour. Ridiculous! Please train your agents better!

  • otosalex alexotos (@otosalex) reported

My internet is still really bad and @Rogers still doesn't have a solution. They refuse to acknowledge this widespread issue in the province and has been an issue since November since they enabled OFDMA on the upstream and blame our personal equipment. I do not recommend Rogers.

  • KwertyKeys Kwerty (@KwertyKeys) reported

@otosalex @Rogers Rogers been **** this ain’t news 😩 my Telus internet is pretty stable most of the time you may wanna consider swapping ISPs

  • shr3wd_exe SHR3WD (@shr3wd_exe) reported

.@RogersHelps you should be suggesting your ignite customers allow devices (MAC addresses). Someone who can get into a network likely can / is spoofing their MAC address. I mean who is suggesting they blacklist each unauthorized device is a backwards solution

  • zaphod57 Douglas Paisan (@zaphod57) reported

@Rogers I have your ignite service. It works ok most of the time. It goes out almost once a day though. I was wondering if you could notify me when it will be down so that I won't waste my time with the cable or internet. Just asking.

  • debandchristian Christian and Debra (@debandchristian) reported

@Ptblythe87 @RogersHelps @BuffaloBills Mine too! Picture quality is terrible here in East York. Did a speed test and its running at less than 10MBps.

  • MosiBundu Mosi Bundu (@MosiBundu) reported

They are not calling ****, because two of the most coddled #QB's are playing @TomBrady and @Rogers and @AaronRodgers12

  • Paper_Monkey Paper_Monkey (@Paper_Monkey) reported

.@Sportsnet @RogersHelps why is it whenever I try to watch something on @Sportsnet app I have to sign back in yet it will never accept my cable account credentials? Don’t tell me I have to use a computer I don’t have a personal computer I have a cell phone & access to an iPad.

  • tam_garner Garner Tam (@tam_garner) reported

@RogersHelps it is really appalling how disorganized your client service is. I have been trying to upgrade my services for two weeks, called in 5 separate times, have waited on hold for 40+ mins plus several times. Poor way to treat a client of 25+ yrs. My next call is to Bell.

  • seancanlas Sean LeThrowy 🇨🇦🇵🇭 (@seancanlas) reported

@otosalex @Rogers I'm with Bell in Quebec, I don't have the best speeds at all but I've never had any issues. It really sucks that there are so many issues especially when a lot of people are working from home these days...
