@RogersHelps intermittent Internet service again. This has been happening on and off since last October. A bunch of tickets and DMs with Rogers helps several times...and the issue still not fixed

@Rogers rep lied to us about apple watches having standalone plan. I bought a new watch only to find out it would be $55/month- not the $10 quoted. I have a screenshot. I also bought a new phone that I can’t return. Horrible customer service.

@RogersHelps Hi. I need help with my modem which is constantly giving me problems for the last 2 weeks. Poor wifi and intermittent loss of connectivity. Badly affecting my work and kids schooling. Upgraded from a Google wifi mesh to a Wifi 6 AX6000 wifi router. Still no benefit

At least before we'd have a radio/ digital broadcasts of spring training Blue Jay games. Getting to know the new players and our faves. But "watching" MLB gameday is the only way to get a fix. Damn you @Rogers @Sportsnet
