@RogersHelps I have been on hold for over an hour, my services have not been restored, and honestly I can’t tell if this is from the outage, or the fact I loose internet several times a day before the outage… step it up! Because right now you are the worst internet provider around!!!

@RogersHelps Hey you still haven’t figured it out today!! Cable is down except for golf and wifi is weak at best and hard to connect to sites.

@RogersHelps Our ignite TV is still not working right. Voice disappears, picture freezes or screen goes black. This is their of everything being back up and working. Have unplugged and reset modem and tv boxes. Do not say problem is fixed when it is not

@RogersHelps What is the status for Orleans, Ontario (Voyageur Drive)? Still down after 36 hours. Your call centre and online chat line are nice enough to not respond and hang up. Unacceptable.

@RogersHelps I never post stuff like this but I've been a loyal Rogers customer for over 10 years. All my cell phones are with Rogers, home services and I even have the Roger Bank MasterCard. I am absolutely disappointed right now. I've been without internet for 36 hours!
