    @RogersHelps It has been 36 hrs and still no internet, and I have contacted you though DM, but only tells me you guys are working hard on repair and no ETA could be provided. Are you guys just trying to brush me off without actual help? Very disappointed!!!!!!

    @Rogers Never mind. I reached out and they were supposed to call me back.... no one ever did... so i stayed with bell.. very bad customer service 🤬

    @Rogers & @Fidomobile internet has been down for a week. Both technicians seen at the building and nothing is fixed, no credit has been given to anyone affected in the building and our work disrupted for days for those who work from home. What kind of service am I paying for ?

    @Rogers @AmberChorzepa Why bother sending a dm, you all were giving us the expectation that Hagersville outage would be restored last night by 10pm, 12hrs later and we're still in silence. Atleast be honest with your customers.

    @RogersHelps Absolutely ridiculous that ots taken this long I have not been able to contact my 85 yr old mother to check on her well being. That being said I've driven to check on here but like come on get this **** going

    @RogersHelps Everything is still out in Hagersville since 11 pm on Friday. This is beyond acceptable. Get it fixed and send out refunds. I pay way too much every month for this to keep happening every month. Can't wait to see what next month's problem will be.
