@HomieYak @RogersHelps @Rogers Waited over 1 hr - Ended up using chat support- which was equally as frustrating- Rogers loved collecting our money and working as little as possible for it

@RogersHelps The payment arrangement should take priority over the autopayment. Thats how it worked with Telus and how it should be working with every network provider. However, given that you’re all the same anyways, can’t say I’m surprised. I will be exploring my options. Horrible 1st month

And I will be filing my complaint and taking my business else where imagine paying your bill and not having service and no one helps you. Do better @Rogers maybe go back to hiring REAL CANADIANS !!!!

@RogersHelps It was an upgrade to faster internet that included Disney, Netflix and Apple, but the log in for Xfinity won’t work, can’t add a new email as one is already associated to the account. Your advisors said it’s a software issue.

@RogersHelps For me it's Connections > satellite networks If I follow Connection > Mobile Network >network operators I have to disable select automatically to view available. I don't see Rogers satellite there but maybe if I was back where I was yesterday? Do I need to switch myself?

@RogersHelps We’ve had the account for almost 5 years. We moved 2 weeks ago. And the issue started. Seems to be when they changed our address.
