@Rogers Hi, I want to payoff my device bal, but there is no option in Rogers business hub, & I tried to call you people and waited for more than 2 hours but got no response and the same thing happened to me in live chat support. I am feeling like I am trapped. Need solution ASAP

@RogersHelps And yet the connecting families doesn't know about it because you don't report when you are starting to carry that customer with the government's connecting families program. Which is essentially illegal. Not you not Rogers. Neither have registered me and CF number

@RogersHelps I got connected and all the agent said he can’t help it. What should I do now, use consumer form or CCTS?

@RogersHelps why don’t you take some of the people who have time to call me a million times a day for home security (which I’ve declined a million times) and train them to do customer service - because I’ve been on hold for an hour this is ridiculous.

@RogersHelps Ya that is brilliant people are without internet and your solution is for them to go to the internet to see what is happening? Did everyone there stop brain development in kindergarten?
