@tillystra @GlenneyAg @RogersBiz There all getting worse. Switched from Telus to bell. And both are terrible

  • ShawnP_YYC Shawn Patterson (@ShawnP_YYC) reported

@RogersHelps The video resolution of your SN Pre. games are terrible. NJ game is maybe 720P? Can't read player names on my 77" TV. TELUS 1000 internet. XBOX X is hardwired. Please look at DAZN to see what a stream is supposed to look like. One and done. Not worth $200.

  • cYp43 Chris Pani (@cYp43) reported

@DonnaPapacosta @RogersHelps FYI: They are using a loophole trick where they cancel your appointment and say it's an outage and when you call they say it's resolved and schedule for the next day. (Rinse and Repeat)

  • cYp43 Chris Pani (@cYp43) reported

@DonnaPapacosta @RogersHelps Don't Bother, their service is a Joke. I've been without internet for 3 days and have yet to hear any concrete plans to fix this. You're better off Canceling.

  • AshZalanii ash “Zalanii” last name (@AshZalanii) reported

@RogersHelps hey, for the past month I have had about 18 service interruptions based on your infrastructure and seems like I'm not the only one, whats going on

  • DonnaPapacosta Donna Papacosta (@DonnaPapacosta) reported

It’s very frustrating when you decide not to call @RogersHelps to find out why your Internet is down but you go to their webpage that lists service disruptions. Lo and behold there’s nothing there about your area.

  • DinoDRossi Dino Rossi (@DinoDRossi) reported

@RogersHelps We don't need tech support. We are unhappy that a technician cancelled an appointment at the last minute to set my father in law up with Internet and TV service because he didn't want to get rapid tested before entering the retirement home where my father in law lives.
