@RogersHelps the internet is not working at all and I have work that needs to be done and I can only do that work if I have internet I have tried resetting. What should I do?

  • hello_lover84 Allie 🇨🇦 (@hello_lover84) reported

@RogersHelps my home phone isn’t working. Goes straight to voicemail. How can I fix this?

  • yurkshirelad YurkshireLad (@yurkshirelad) reported

@RogersHelps Your website says you "proactively monitor the network 24/7", so why am I the one always telling you my connection keeps dropping? Oh right, it's marketing BS and you don't care.

  • yurkshirelad YurkshireLad (@yurkshirelad) reported

@RogersHelps I've given up thinking you can fix it without digging up the local infrastructure.

  • The_ChrisBell Chris Bell (@The_ChrisBell) reported

@Rogers Was really looking forward to going back to your services, but your tech is 7 1/2 hours late and I've yet to receive the phone call your customer service promised I would get today... not off to a promising start.

  • StugatzInOtown SweetSENSations (@StugatzInOtown) reported

Why is it that anytime you call @Rogers customer service, the wait time to talk to someone is at least an hour...

  • fluffiezto Richie (@fluffiezto) reported

@RogersHelps getting really slow speeds at home. 3.24mb downloads when I have the ignite gigabyte internet. This is horrible. Can barely stream Netflix at this point. I have sent you guys a DM

  • Ed26612744 diplomatic immunity (@Ed26612744) reported

But the thing is. 1hr on the phone already to cancel my account. What a joke bell. @Rogers can take my 84.99$/month for 1Gbps compared to your 89.99$ for 150Mbps that runs at 40-100Mbps. And even while typing this I'm still on hold trying to cancel my account

  • dishesdish The Dish (@dishesdish) reported

@David_Moscrop @RogersHelps Canadian telecom is truly the worst in the world. But why aren't you using WhatsApp to text the US?

  • em7add11 ℌ𝔢𝔩𝔞 𝔐𝔠𝔗𝔥𝔦𝔠𝔠𝔲𝔪𝔰 (@em7add11) reported

Anytime I make changes to my @rogers account I always forget the last step is spending an hour on the phone explaining to some idiot that some other idiot ****** up my plan details and now my bill is 5x too high.
