.@RogersHelps is a waste of time. I’ve been trying to get our internet fixed for weeks. We’ve replaced and relocated our modem and the wifi still drops multiple times an hour. They have a ticket open for us but given us no solution. What exactly are we paying for??

@nhllive @rogers what kind of garbage offering is this. I pay TWICE due to problems getting the app to work on my tv, then one day later I have "no paid subscription"? For $200 one would expect your service to be better than a steaming pile of raccoon poop. Garbage.

@Rogers so unbelievably disappointed with your system and service. Apparently WiFi calling in airplane mode still forces roaming charges which makes no sense from a technology standpoint. And of course no one is listening. #TELECOMMcrooks

@RogersHelps was escalated to a different department with no time given when an answer is going to be provided . Just a recommendation to check back in 48 hours . I am sure no one looked at my case .Zero customer service at Rogers . That's what you get .And lots of dropped calls .
