    careful ordering smart home monitoring outside of the city ( collingwood ) no support, no tech, no cust. service and they just dont care. wasted 9 hrs and $500.00 waiting ,total incompetence and they just can't support what they sell @RogersBiz disgusted!unresolved! @Rogers

    @RogersHelps Doesn't work when it takes you to a bot that says no outage and your area has been down for over 12 hours. And my email is up to date, but nothing has been received saying there's a problem.

    @RogersHelps Wireless service is beyond slow in London still. Can’t do anything at work because my data takes forever to load anything
