    I want to say thank you @Rogers taking responsibility for what happened monday👍 it sucks but life goes on. Made me realized how much we rely on our cell phone + services.

    @RogersHelps What is the wireless service fee for one day? Did you know people depend on your service? People with health issues, that depend on wireless phone to look after kids. I think you need to do more than the bare minimum.

    @GrantBorgens @AboutRogers @Rogers Telecoms aren’t responsible for “potential losses”, ie monetary loss as a result of the service outage. They’re only responsible for the service itself. It’s in the terms you agreed to when signing up with them.
