    Is it too much to ask @Rogers to deliver a stable and reliable connection? Every few weeks my connection gets unstable, they fix it, and a few weeks later, I have the same problem again and again. This is really getting old #CRTC

    @RogersHelps Three times a day, for three days, I have called just to be left on hold for an hour and a half, and still no answer - I'm moving out of the country and I need to cancel my service, really not sure what to do since I can only cancel through calling

    @Rogers So at no point ever is a slowdown caused because of upgrades, changes, etc with your services? Rogers never needs to do anything, just me and other customers (accept updates, etc)? That's amazing and strange.

    @RogersBiz thanks for wasting my time on the phone for hours to cancel a contract I cancelled 2 YEARS ago. Rep guaranteed I’ll get a refund for the full amount. My final bill shows I owe $1.03. Not about the dollar. Your company is a bunch of bloodsuckers. **** YOU. Never again.

    Have you ever tried to call #rogers about your phone bill? Be prepared to wait on the phone for hours. @Rogers @RogersBiz Horrible service!

    @Rogers, is it too much to ask that my connection be stable and reliable? Every few weeks I have to chase you guys down because my connection is neither stable nor reliable. I really can't wait for @Bell to roll out their fibre in my area so I can have STABLE internet. #CRTC

    @RogersHelps any ETA on when the latest session timeout/unable to log in issues with the MyRogers app for iOS may get resolved? Maybe time for a new and reliable developer?? @rogers
