@Rogers phone and internet services are like a bad case of ****** herpes, they're irritating and drive you ******* nuts, until the problem is resolved and goes away, only for you to forget about it, until it comes back worse a few months later. Time to switch to Starlink.

@RogersHelps Thank you! Just spoke with the agent - still an issue but now escalated and apparently a bigger issue affecting multiple users which could take 24-48 hours to resolve. Not great when you work from home and I am taking a virtual course tomorrow that I need wifi for. 🥶
