    @RogersHelps called multiple times to be moved from regular line to pay as you go.I was told it’s done, to find out it’s still not done and I am charged monthly. I requested it to be done on 3 Oct then called on 12 Oct and now again. Very disappointed by the customer service

    @RogersHelps had Rogers ignite installed about a month ago in Marina del rey complex lakeshore Blvd west. Having renovations in my condo this week. Cables unplugged I rehooked cables. I have network setting problems. Boot re boot network setting problems. WHY

    @RogersHelps, you are, without a doubt, the worst ISP, I have EVER used. Service was down on Friday between 3pm - 10pm and it's down again now, a mere 4 days later, rendering me unable to work. Stop monopolizing your services and forcing people to use bad internet.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps internet and tv go off every day multiple times. We’ve had senior technicians come twice and inevitably this still ends up happening. If you won’t provide a service I will not provide payment

    This is 2022 and after few months we will be in 2023 a lot of things has changed , but one thing which hasn’t changed yet is @RogersBiz sometime they have outage or billing issues, but they did change something which is increasing the delay over the phone at billing department.
