    @RogersHelps I did. My issue began at 8:45 p.m. but didn't get acknowledged til after 11 on your outage site. There's no change to your update. Any idea when these channels will come back? This morning?

    It's okay @Rogers @RogersHelps - it only took 3 and a half hours to ge through to someone to fix the problem you guys created in the first place. I'm sure glad you have an Oligopoly, otherwise you'd have real competition to your horrible services and customer support.

    It's another beautiful winter day, and its another internet outage in Ontario (not counting the national outage last July) sponsored by Rogers. This is the third in less than one year, lasting several days. This company is a national disgrace @RogersHelps #Canada

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps Hi there, same issue again today.... ESPN feed in all Sportsnet channels - NHL game between st. Louis and Colorado. Please fix it as it's impossible to watch.

    @RogersHelps @sweetkeet The least you can do is let us know the area of the fibre cut and what type of line it was. Unless it is a security issue of course where you cannot speak to it, it is better to provide more details to the public than a "line cut".
