@Rogers fix your ******* services. You're affecting my livelihood with this bullshit.

@RogersHelps please make an official statement on the outage - it has caused me and my coworkers wasted work #transparency #goodcustomerservice

@RogersHelps It was tied to canceling internet and TV services. Charging $745.80 after 20+ years as a customer feels excessive, especially when competitors cap these fees far lower. I’m asking Rogers to review this situation and provide a fair resolution for a long-time customer.

@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for 20+ years and just got charged $745.80 to cancel. That’s far above industry norms. Looking for a fair resolution here—can someone from your team reach out?

@RogersHelps The payment arrangement should take priority over the autopayment. Thats how it worked with Telus and how it should be working with every network provider. However, given that you’re all the same anyways, can’t say I’m surprised. I will be exploring my options. Horrible 1st month

Once again @Rogers @RogersHelps service appears to be down in my area

@RogersHelps Nope. And eventually this is going to cause me a major problem when I have to sign in to a service like Crave on my TV. I’ve tried 3 seperate browsers(safari, chrome, Firefox). Tried a different device & even a different network(reg home internet & 5G cellular)

@RogersHelps On live TV. What you're seeing is CNBC WORLD, and not the regular CNBC closing bell. Others I know have the same issue.

Recently purchased the $90 Rogers Mobile Travel Pass for a trip to Italy. It picked up a network maybe 50% of the time. Most times I tethered to my friend's eSIMS Card. Save money - get an eSIMS card and avoid the frustrations. That was a waste of $90. Thanks @Rogers.
