Frustrated. My elderly mom's phone isn't working again. First @rogers technician changed & battery & said 'fixed'. Second one was a no show today. 2 years ago it took months for someone to properly fix it. My worry is she can't call 911 if she needs to. (Her health isn't great)

@RogersHelps Hi there, I've contacted your support already and its been a long time now, but we've been out of internet after YOUR employee came into our home (and said no one was home) and essentially made it impossible to use our internet service.
