    @RogersHelps After 2 hrs on the phone we have FINALLY canceled. 30 years and we have had enough. There is no excuse for the way Rogers treats it's customers. A customer should never have to be on hold 14 hours to order Ignite TV.

    @RogersHelps I also used the live chat the last folk was really rude & I found them very unprofessional, in hurry & make me feel doesn’t even chat. Invest in better customer service is the secret to be in the competitive market

    @RogersHelps has the absolute worst call back process. Didnt even give me 3 seconds to press a key before they hung up after waiting 2 hours

    I've been on hold for almost 2 hours to clear up being over charged on my @Rogers bill by nearly $40 - $50. I wonder if they would have that kind of patience if a customer underpaid them? There must be a way to hold companies accountable for blatant overcharging?
