@rogers is totally responsible for their outage. however, what is Interac doing using only one provider? how can 911 services also depend on one company? and airlines & etc. the greatest advantage of the internet is redundancy the number of ways a signal can travel A to B.

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers The Weeknd concert was cancelled. No biggie if you live in the 416 but some of our young folks came from out of town, like my daughter. Train fare, hotel stay, etc…. All because a network company didn’t have redundancy in place to scan tickets. Shameful.

And don’t bother thinking I’m just saying all this about the @Rogers #outage because I’m looking for $ - I’m not even one of their customers.. my mobile is with @Bell… my home internet & cable, yes they are with #ROGERS, but PROVIDED for by my landlord!
