    @rogers callback feature is a joke - 3 attempts to use this service now and each time straight to voicemail - great way to avoid actually dealing with the issue. Before you ask, yes the ringer is on and tested!

    @Bell I can’t upgrade my Internet because #BellFibe doesn’t get into my house. Neighbours one street down from mine have Fibe up to 500mbps. The only way I can get that speed is by switching to @Rogers. I don’t want to switch, but may not have a choice with teens + WFH.

    @Rogers @DrVivianS Hmm, typical response from Rogers is to take public complaints private to smother the fire of problems. I sincerely hope that isn't the case here, but decades of experience suggests otherwise.

    @Rogers need 2 register complaint about Hassan + another male sales guy + 1 saleswoman, all 3 of Asian (Indian) background, @ Yorkdale S. C. They refused 2 let into the store, an elderly, disabled Cable customer & her "live-in" "caregiver", claiming, only 1 person / family/home
