    @Rogers Getting the run around from the win back team. I talked to the lady for 15 minutes and she told me about an offer and said will give me a call back. Never heard from them again. Called Rogers customer service they said we have no way of checking or getting you to them 😒

But I personally think you should train your Customer Service staff wisely before giving any correct info to your customers!!!
