My @RogersHelps internet keeps “flapping” - have had the modem changed, firmware upgrade, new cables, new connectors, and STILL flapping. 8 weeks. 5 technicians. Not to mention I am paying full rate. Need this problem fixed, but no one seems to know how. 😩

@rogers is there an outage in central Toronto? All@other services working on tv (Netflix etc) so it’s not the tv. But picture is a black screen on Rogers. What’s going on?
