    @Rogers what is your problem with customer service. Been on hold for over one hour. My ignite remote will not pair with my tv. I have tried several times over that last 2 weeks. You don’t seem to care.

    @Rogers Unfortunately it’s a mess. And there are several DMs that your team can show you. As well as an incident number. When installation becomes a 6 hour affair & additional monies spent. I would never recommend anyone to make the move…ever. @cisco net box got it right. You didn’t

    @RogersHelps My internet has been going down at least 4 to 5 times day for the last month or so, all I get from rogers is text message with my open ticket there has been delay experts are working on it.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps what is wrong with your WiFi at Skymark Drive today? It keeps going off. Esp when we have Ignite and your TV phone, PC and tablets are connected using this system. Terrible system and they were working last week fixing it in the condo. Give us a refund
