@RogersHelps No, you should stop making it out like tech support can help. The problem is on your lines 100%, the way you can tell is without me doing anything to fix it the issue went away an hour later. It is too bad your customer service reps are so poorly trained and always deflect.

@BrianLumsden1 @RogersHelps Roger's, please note that I have received multiple messages of those experiencing similar issues. The main account holder is invalid, assigns a "key" to each account on wireless. Home computer does not let you make any changes e.g. signatures. Doesn't show all emails.

@RogersHelps @Rogers I live chat and am put on hold for 1 hour due to horrible internet issues x 1 week. No update on wait times, get disconnected due to.poor internet. Now told I'm.priority and next tech will be right with me. Hour 2 is clocking in. #worstCustomerServiceEver
