@RogersHelps I also live in Strathroy and have no internet access. Any time estimate on when service may be restored?

  • mikechabot416
Mike Chabot (@mikechabot416) reported from Strathroy-Caradoc, Ontario

@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

  • ChrisStinson
Chris Stinson (@ChrisStinson) reported from Strathroy-Caradoc, Ontario

@Rogers @RogersHelps... You have exactly 4 hours to get my service up. If I have to go somewhere to watch the gold medal game you have lost a longtime customer.

  • ChrisStinson
Chris Stinson (@ChrisStinson) reported from Strathroy-Caradoc, Ontario

@RogersHelps why is your service going up and down all day in Strathroy, Ontario.? When will it be fixed?

  • ChrisStinson
Chris Stinson (@ChrisStinson) reported from Strathroy-Caradoc, Ontario

@Rogers @RogersHelps I guess all the apologizing from the last huge outage was just lip service ehh Rogers? Internet out all day here, small business can do no business. Thanks... #timetoswitchtobell

  • SociallyNumb13
    Just a user (@SociallyNumb13) reported

@RogersHelps I tried that, wasn't helpful. Tried contacting customer service over th phone. They said they can't take calls due to unexpected call volumes and chat has a queue over 100 people.

  • CurlingFan22
    🥌 Curling Fan (@CurlingFan22) reported

@d2thethomas @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Ha! Been there, done that. The store staff will tell you they can’t help you and hand you their phone to use to call the call centre

  • Lord_Kartz
    Kartz (@Lord_Kartz) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers When I have called in the past, support would say, “This is <name> from Rogers in <Canadian city>.” In some cases, it was true. Anyway, for Robbers to employ CS staff in Canada, they’d have to pay well which they (and others) don’t like to. Hence the outsourcing. Cheap labour.

  • EhmTEhf
    MTF 🇨🇦 (@EhmTEhf) reported

@BobKinnear13 @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers a lot working from home. Mostly 3rd party rogers call centers though. I used to hear women on the phone and their kids shouting in the background. It was bad.

  • bigones007
    Lone Wolf (@bigones007) reported

    @LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @BlueJays Terrible contract

  • Teecehere
    Reece (@Teecehere) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Bell also - when I changed providers I thought I was being scammed because the customer service rep sounded nervous. I asked her 'what location she was working from' and she said The Philippines.

  • BobRules4038
    Jim B (@BobRules4038) reported

@OShenMetaX @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Hey retard. This is all big canadian companies. If you want to actually support big Canadian companies you have to give money to other nations who actually support the people who buy their products LMAO.

  • rationalposts
    Rational Posts™ (@rationalposts) reported

    @geoffreyfalk @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers The Capture Regulators Problem.

  • BarcaRaptors
    Barca (@BarcaRaptors) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers How is a customer service rep supposed to know the answer that you should be asking from corporate. Unreasonable thing to do to someone who doesn’t even have the authority or accurate information

  • EhmTEhf
    MTF 🇨🇦 (@EhmTEhf) reported

@rovers_jay @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers also customer service isn't technical support. unless they merged you all into care agents now. I heard they were trying that in 2023, maybe they did it
