@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@RogersHelps :) Sorry -- I had chatted via "Anna" your bot, and then the 2nd time it went down, #Pascal the 15-year-old called and chatted with a human,... I doubt there is anything that you (@RogersSupport) can do that those first two interactions could not.

@RogersHelps @Rogers @duduasarkar I made it through Bell digging their fiber cable under my front lawn and 10 visits from Bell salespeople - till now. Ottawa Rogers down almost DAILY. It's not 2012 - losing landline, security system, broadcast TV, all streaming on a WEEKEND is not acceptable, Rogers. Adios, 🤡🤡.
