@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

It never ceases to amaze me how little a company cares about its customers. You should be ashamed and embarrassed. Look inside yourselves and try to care a little.

Oh my @Rogers mobile seems to have returned service to mobile customers, at least in #Toronto I expect to see an increase in fees for this exceptional service.... #deadass
