Andrew Woodburn (@wudbrn) reported@Rogers wasn’t an outage & was something else. Sent a technician this AM who said a cable outside the building was damaged, replaced it… still doesn’t work. Currently waiting on a 2nd technician said 12-2. It’s now 2:36 and no one showed up. Really feel like we’re out of options.

My new modem hasn’t been shipped yet but is activated. Was told no interruption to service and now I’m out for 3 days
