Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!

How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

Their home phone is Rogers. This was not a good situation and I asked their neighbour who had Bell for help ensuring they had some phone service.

In a court of law if you are wronged and sue, you get damages equal to what the action caused you, not just the cost of service.
