@rogers, it seems you need some help: intermittent: occurring at irregular intervals; not continuous or steady.

  • DomanieB Cookie (@DomanieB) reported

@PhilBaileyRLP @Rogers And the problems seem inconsistent. For example: I can send a text to my husband, but noone else. My phone seems to be working again, and my internet/data has been fine. But no text messages. They need to get their **** together right now.

  • paulcgilmore Paul Gilmore (@paulcgilmore) reported

@RogersHelps I think more frequent updates are needed. Poor!

@Leeanne83954556 @AboutRogers @Rogers I’m assuming you’re BOT of some sort in just basically uneducated not worth even a response.. anyone using “Karen” in this situation obviously has no bills to pay.. and just trying to start **** because you’re bored with your life.

  • MorganRalston Morgan Ralston (@MorganRalston) reported

Is it just MY phone or are other people experiencing service issues? No texts, incoming/outgoing calls? Lag issues, etc. Rogers customer @Rogers 👋

  • zacharylucky Zachary Lucky (@zacharylucky) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Just to be clear - we’ve had zero service. None at all! What sort of rebate are you going to offer us all on our next bill???

  • NikkiNineLives_ NikkiNineLives 💖💛💙 (@NikkiNineLives_) reported

@Rogers cell service is down but my mom got her first COVID vaccine today so she is a walking 5G hotspot... just need to make sure she doesn’t stray too far.

  • KORHAL KORHAL (@KORHAL) reported

@kevrevrun @AboutRogers @Rogers Or not... Don't make the poor underpaid employees feel worse

  • sarinanatale Sarina Natale (@sarinanatale) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Apologies don’t always help .. you get $195 a month just from MY family .. can’t imagine all the other families hard earned dollars you get and you don’t have a BACK UP plan for these impacts?????

  • Realtalk229 Realtalk22 (@Realtalk229) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers What is the root cause? When will this continuous, as opposed to intermittent, issue be resolved? Will you credit our monthly bills for this compete service disruption or will you only do so if the customers phone in to complain? Show some initiative and get ahead of this
