Hey @RogersHelps I still don’t have any cell service (thank God for wifi) any eta of when it will be restored and when I will get a credit for 2 days and counting of no service? I can’t call you or anyone else.

@RogersHelps Problems happens especially with IT. Had some issues with purchases as the txt for verifications were not coming through, they came 10 hours later. Must have been a stressful day for rogers, otherwise..solid service.

The 17 hours without service yesterday from @RogersHelps is unacceptable and may be the tipping point for this long time customer to jump ship... @Bell @TELUS how can you entice me to jump to a more reliable network?
