@RogersHelps @Rogers In a time where so many people use their cell phone as their main phone and their main way to communicate this is totally unacceptable. It has been hours and hours. There better be some compensation for the loyal customers who have overpaid for cellular service for years.

You know what’s less than awesome? Attempting to book a COVID vaccination based on revised government criteria but you can’t book it because you can’t receive incoming texts to verify your cell number. It would be great if @Rogers @RogersHelps got the issue figured out.
