    @RogersHelps I can’t even get through to a technical support person. All they want to do is re-authorize my box. I already restarted my modem. That didn’t do any good. If I can’t speak to anyone, how can I resolve my issue?

    @rogers You offer a price, I accept the price.. you then tell me well too bad, we are going to charge you an extra $1200 a year.. I have to spend 5 hours on the phone between Feb 23 to march 6. I'm told the 20b companies hands are tied?

    @RogersHelps Yeah NO. We have spent hours on both chat and hold and even been to stores. Your service is abysmal. Maybe time to change.

    @WGRZ @RogersHelps there is a tremendous amount of pixelating on channel 2, NBC. There has been a lot of pixelating and the sound cutting out on all of the Rogers Xfinity TV the last few weeks. I can’t get through to technical support. Can anyone help me?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps @RogersHelp_1 very disappointed. Can’t reach customer service and my bill shows $126 in Roam Like Home charges I never intentionally used while abroad. This kind of billing is unacceptable. This is a pathetic service and plain monopoly in the market
