    Angry with @RogersHelps, I called and spent HOURS on the phone (MULTIPLE CALLS) to get my legacy Netbox swapped and it was a disaster. After multiple calls and a service appointment (where they brought the box and took it back), I'm very angry. @RogersMediaPR #CustomerService

    @RogersHelps keep getting a technical error when trying to change flex channels, reached out to customer care and nobody will respond. this is our 3rd day trying to switch them and this happens every single time. help?!?!

    Anyone else experienced huge problems with @rogers They have refused to accept cancellation on account way back in sept 2022 and driven account owing collections to $738 What a useless company @CRTCeng should do something @bell called them 3 times and they refused to cancel

    6/ Seems morally incorrect, its not like I have the phone & refuse to give it back. I already had an expensive phone stolen from me & paid the monthly fees on it without issue for over a year, to now be charged another $340 ? Come on @Rogers you have to know that's not right.

    @Comd_RCN_34 @Bell_Support @RogersHelps Same scam with Shaw - degrading to upgrading! We have Shaw 300 and has never got close to that spped and there best effort is upsell fibre!!

    @RogersHelps I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to get in contact with a customer service agent to pay my bills with a new card. I would do this on my own on your website but HAVE NO WIFI. ???? I’m scared to hang up because I don’t want to waste the 1hr+ I’ve been on hold😭

    7/ I have been a loyal @Rogers customer since the early 2000's, I have had multiple services with them over the years. Is the thousands of dollars I have paid into the company not enough? I just don't get how they can't even be a little flexible & help me out.
