@Rogers please tell me where your company gets an imei to blacklist when the phone was supposed to have come brand new? It was sealed in a damn box, 1 month ago, mailed from your company. Now your customer service is saying the phone might be pre owned??? Wth am I paying for?

  • glacialtide Queen in the North (@glacialtide) reported

@RogersHelps I just spoke to two of your reps and frankly your customer service is atrocious. Your company just goes in and messes with accounts without the customer’s consent and all I got was a “sorry”.

  • J_Yoshiii J Man (@J_Yoshiii) reported

@nazaar28 @RogersBiz Did they even give a reason why that happened!? They caused millions of dollars of loss business all over, plain garbage service!

  • finniganandme Dawn Pavich 💙💛 (@finniganandme) reported

Well @Rogers is in fine form today. Internet went down for a bit this morning and just went down again tonight. Hope it won't be too long.

  • HarjjiB Officially HarjjiB (@HarjjiB) reported

I hate when @Shawhelp representatives lie on phone. BILLING department is not CUSTOMER RELATIONS.. @shaw needs to let their employees know that their ego doesn’t run the company.. @Rogers when are you taking over this company.. I need you in west coast

  • HavelockJustin Justin Havelock 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🇺🇦 (@HavelockJustin) reported

@Mikeggibbs But @Rogers made a commercial apologizing for all of their recent service issues instead of spending that money on fixing the problem, how is that not enough?

  • Freakaverage4 Dan Goodwin (@Freakaverage4) reported

@RogersHelps 3 hours no internet, it happens again. Let’s see if it takes you guys days to fix it.

  • nathanpmcc Nathan McCullough 🌊 STREAM COAST NOW (@nathanpmcc) reported

Holy **** @Rogers can your internet work for more than 5 minutes at a time, it's going out multiple times every hour, get your **** together

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@starkinly @RogersHelps People choose different financing options based on which best suits their needs. Some prefer a lease-like option (ie Upfront Edge) while others choose to finance (total device cost or with a down payment). Sure, others might choose to purchase outright.

  • Michael03560135 Michael G. (@Michael03560135) reported

@Rogers your new commercial is so disingenuous you should be disgusted. You advertising that your going to invest in making sure you have a reliable network where you can call 911 is like Chernobyl advertising they're investing in safety, after the incident. Too little too late.
