I would highly advise anyone I know to avoid Bell products if you actually care about support when there are issues...the "support" they provide is embarrassing to put it mildly... At this point I'd endorse @Rogers over them as difficult as that is to believe... @Bell_Support

@Rogers I have had the worst experience with Rogers! Ive been charged $2284 from Rogers for a device I DONT HAVE. I’ve spoken to 4 customer reps and 2 managers within 14 days when this issue was ‘suppose to be solved in 72hrs’ six interaction ID’s later my bill is still WRONG 😑

@RogersHelps credits are coming right? Sorry but not sorry I’m bombarding this account…but I would expect when I am told to DM and do, that means a rep is going to answer right back and at the very least say oh it’s a mass outage etc it’s going to be awhile ..almost 3hrs later
