@RogersHelps spoke to technical department and they don't know if work is being done in our area. I saw 2 rogers trucks down the street and was told by another technical support person there was maintenance being done in the area. They no notice or door hanger as they said. 🤦

The whole of April/May...I kid you not, every other day, I been on the phone with @rogers because of Internet Outage. If anyone knows any better service apart from Bell, Please let me know because I am soo done. I need to switch ASAP.

@FidoSolutions Spoke to Fido on my phone. Very helpful in finding and providing me a solution. @RogersHelps wasn't helpful at all... I can't believe they as the parent Corporation couldn't or wouldn't help me. Customer retention was useless too. @CRTCeng
