To recap my exceptional service with @Rogers: - my pvr was becoming unresponsive as happens with their Nextbox PVRs. This will be the 3rd or 4th I've replaced in the last year or so - after talking to a very nice CS agent I declined to have him ship me a new pvr instead choosing

@jen_beleafer @RogersHelps Our household is having issues with Rogers tv and internet on a daily basis which is just ridiculous for what you pay for. Definitely looking into switching to Bell. Rogers had more than enough time to make things right for our family. Feeling disgusted.

Tried to get a new phone during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday week through @Rogers and got such a runaround from @RogersHelps that I was actually told that I should go to a different service provider when I would not agree to the upsell of my account.

My parents get **** support from Rogers cable. They phone for help & after turning down an aggressive upsell they get a half-assed attempt at tech support then get told they need new hardware which will arrive in 5 business days. I show up & fix the problem in 5 min @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps @Brightstar @Rogers Lost my device on Nov 20. Recived my device after 2 weeks on Dec06. But the device I received is not turning on and Brightstar is keep saying you have to wait . It’s been more than 22 days without a device .Is this kind of service rogers provides.
