@RogersHelps Rogers needs to figure out another way for flex channels to be changed other than on MyRogers as the site has been glitchy since the outage and changing flex channels is impossible (I have also been paying for a service I haven't been able to use for a month now)

Hey @Rogers is $7 really all your customers are worth?? No 911 calls, no internet, putting many families in stress hoping nothing bad happens because of this. People home alone with no connection to any help. $7 😑

Has anyone received this promised 5-day rebate from @RogersHelps for the recent national outage? I received my latest bill. No rebate, no mention of anything. No friendly email from the CEO... nothing, Completely business as usual. @CRTCeng DO NOT approve this Shaw deal.
