    @RogersHelps the Internet is down since more than 12 hrs. How are we supposed to join for school and jobs? Yesterday we were informed it would be working in a couple of hrs but still it’s down. This ain’t doing!

    @RogersHelps Hi there, I've contacted your support already and its been a long time now, but we've been out of internet after YOUR employee came into our home (and said no one was home) and essentially made it impossible to use our internet service.

    @RogersHelps Just to confirm, I DM'd you. I also don't know if you read the subsequent posts, but it's scary that someone came into our house that later suggested they didn't by marking their visit as a no-show. I can confirm that they said no one was home, because a support staff confirmed.

    @RogersHelps I’ve had intermittent internet service for over a week. I’ve had to tether to do my job... and now, during another outage, both depts say they can’t help OR credit me.

    @RogersHelps my internet has been down all morning…AGAIN!!! My neighbour is down too. Neither of us can get work done! This is ridiculous!!!!!
