@RogersHelps @Rogers Fix my Ignite TV - NOW! I pay a fortune for this service and it has been intermittent (at best) since the outtage on Friday and I am running out of patience with your horrible customer service. Do better.

@RogersHelps hoping you're still working on fixing issues. Ignite PVR is incredibly laggy, drops audio and freezes and ends playback randomly. Some recordings won't play at all. Have rebooted box twice. No change.
