@RogersHelps Many colleagues who had calls with patients today could not reach them. Many who require text msg verification could not access electronic health records. Ppl could not contact emergency services during a pandemic!!! U think this is acceptable with ur outrageous fees?

@AboutRogers @Rogers CBC said issue was Ericsson software update. Rogers threw them under the bus and kinda admitted at being bad at technology. Was patching not done on a staging unit? Single point of failure? Redundancy? As an engineer I’m appalled. #rogersoutage #Engineering
