Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • jordananimate I'm Jordan Weaver, Not You! ☕ (@jordananimate) reported from Niagara Falls South, Ontario

Dear @Rogers , Thanks for not calling me like you said. So much for that quality service. @RogersHelps 🙄😠

  • SavingQueenie Saver (@SavingQueenie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers @AboutRogers just credited me $1 for an outage that lasted almost 3 hours. I work from home and lost my entire shift because it happen early in the shift so I did not get paid. My work days have already been reduced. I rely on my internet for work so I will be switching

  • yaynewfriend (((Véronique Bellamy))) (@yaynewfriend) reported from Calgary, Alberta

So, @rogershelps told me to go to the shop in Deerfoot Centre to be able to activate my Apple Watch and when I got here, they refused to help me and told me to phone tech support. I’m angry they had me go out for nothing. Y’all need to be on the same page, Rogers.

  • jodyberkes JodyBerkes (@jodyberkes) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps can you confirm whether or not service has been restored to me. I will DM.

  • FitzDrum Michael Fitzgibbon (@FitzDrum) reported from Toronto, Ontario

My @Bell wifi is down, and my @Rogers LTE is barely getting a signal. This is the telecom gov’t-mandated oligopoly in Canada: excessively expensive and terrible quality.

  • live_2_bike Keith Burnage (@live_2_bike) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

1/10 A thread on #canadian #cellphone provider @rogers during the #Covid_19 and how they refuse to help affected #canadians struggling financially

  • NoobDavidGames David (@NoobDavidGames) reported from Owen Sound, Ontario

@RogersHelps At this point I'll wait out the contracts and cancel them 1 by 1 until I have nothing left with you guys. I'm sure @Bell or a company that competes with you will love my money

  • Larrsy Larry Brown (@Larrsy) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@fordnation Talk about price gouging. With the theatres shut down @Rogers is charging $20 to rent (not buy) new movie releases such as The Hunt for 48 hours. That's about two times what you would pay in the theatres #rogers

  • NoobDavidGames David (@NoobDavidGames) reported from Owen Sound, Ontario

When I ask her if she even cares that as a customer I'm dissatisfied she tells me basically in my words "too bad, go elsewhere" and then offers to cancel my services now. But I'll be expected to pay what's left. This is why @Rogers wont be my provider much longer.

  • SylviaBolle Sylvia Bolle (@SylviaBolle) reported from Thorold South, Ontario

@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.
