HUNGREE (@hungree_mon) reported@alancross @Rogers It's ******* insane how bad Rogers is with all the money they charge us should be a real person available to speak with 24/7
-
comm eng (@CommEng) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?
-
comm eng (@CommEng) reported.@Rogers @RogersHelps third failure today on your Shaw transit out of Victoria BC. 20:20 PDT it "recovered" because upstream rerouted to Cogent. 22:04 it fell over again. You didn't fix anything. Something else routed around you, then stopped.

East meets West (@KeeperOfSheep) reported@RogersHelps If you can definitively state it is or isn't a scam, that is the problem.. your processes should give clients a clear way of determimimg why @Rogers is calling. Or a log on our online account that shows When, How, and Why a rep tried to contact the customer.

𝓩𝓪𝓲𝓷𝓪𝓫 (@mindofzaii) reportedLeave it to @Rogers to have the absolute worst internet service and then have the audacity to have even crappier customer service…2 days now with no internet connection and no one can give me a straight answer after being on hold for 2+ hours today
-
Robin Brunet (@robinandamelia) reported@RogersHelps 54 minutes now. Not acceptable. Can’t you report outage

An anoneymouse (@anonimouse99) reported@rogers Your wifi router hardware seriously sucks. Why do I have to call and have it replaced after 4 years? My old Shaw router lasted 17 years. You're at...4 years. You suck

Dave (@Goodwaaan) reportedWhat is the next step to resolve an issue @Rogers ? I literally cant even get on hold in your queue . Is the next step filing a complaint with the CRTC ?
