    @erik_c @Rogers @TekSavvyBuzz Them, EBox, Start -- I'm probably switching to one of them in Sept. I bounce from provider to provider to get their "new customer" promo rate each year. I do respect what Tek does regarding advocating for sanity wrt various CRTC policy decisions, but I respect my wallet more. 1/2

    @RogersHelps She's dead. I tried cancelling it but no, now her elderly sister has to do it among many of the other hundred things she has to do so my friend continues to get charged for a service she no longer needs until her 80yr old sister can get around to contacting you. Awesome.

    @Rogers speaking to your live chat agent felt like texting my crush, whom I respond immediately while she takes her sweet time to respond. It took 25 minutes to fix a spelling error in Account Holders name and I am not including wait time in it. #HorribleService #rogers
