    @Rogers @RogersHelps Having issues with your MyRogers App. For the last few months I cannot see my usage information with my cell phones. Tried deleting and reinstalling the MyRogers app. Still happens. Called tech support and they could not help me. Please help :)

    @Rogers should consider more than just carrying Apple and Samsung ****. There are many other great products out there like Xioami. Talk about a monopoly.

    Hey @RogersHelps Why do you have to call me several times a day every day - always around supper time -about an account issue that has been resolved. Can you please stop? I don't want to block your number in case you legitimately have to reach me, but this is ridic.

    Dear @Rogers how is it possible that 2 different agents give me different information? I even used the chat to have a transcript - the promised action was never fulfilled even though I have a reference number?

    @RogersHelps what is the escalation process? I have had many techs come, verified all good at my house equipment etc. Every time it’s below zero outside my whole service drops, tech was apparently checking nodes etc in hood. Didn’t see anyone and no follow up. No change bad serv

    @sportsnet @rogers I pay you both a lot of $$ every month in part to watch the Leafs in at least HD on my 4k TV, 4k Apple TV w/your 4k(?) app & my Rogers internet. And you're sending me resolution I couldn't see the puck on an 100" TV. Do you want Bell to get my hundreds a month?
