@RogersHelps @Rogers please fix my home Internet Connection within 1 hour or waive my charges till June 2022. I am a Rogers customer since 2017 and your Home Internet service is degrading even with your new Ignite box. I am pretty confident now - "The best is never going to come"

@Rogers just wasted 30 mins on chat with technical support about my wifi dropping to be condescended and offer to pay more $$ with no help for my actual problem. Given a phone number for a manager and all circuits are busy!! #notgoodenough

@RogersHelps 2/ about a senior or someone with accessibility needs dealing with this. It would be nearly impossible. It’s disgusting how little you’ll sell your clients out for. Ps, sorry to the poor intern that has to read these rants but this was INSANITY
