    Another day, same @RogersHelps. We've been having nothing but problems all day with our service. Started around 11am and only now seems to be 'okay'. Internet, TV & home phone. I'm glad we pay for intermittent services :( #rogersoutage

    Is there an outage in the GTA @RogersHelps @rogers beyond unacceptable . I called customer service ; they assured us it’s not an ‘outage’ sol: turn off your phone 😡Clearly there is misleading information here . We cannot use outcall feature and Limited inc. #rogersoutage

    On the phone for an hour with @RogersHelps just to be told to go to the store. Guy at the store looked pissed off to have to open the door for me (locked for security reasons) then was so rude I ended up walking out. It shouldn’t be this hard to try and purchase an Apple Watch!

    @Rogers hey. I called to get help with my ever increasing bill, I was told I should get a call back in less than 2 hours and now it’s been 6+ hours. How do I get a hold of someone to cancel all my services cause I’m done with Rogers!
