    @Rogers I accidentally deleted my eSIM while switching phones. Now, I’m trying to set up a new eSIM on a new phone, but I can’t because I don’t have access to the old phone number. When I visit the store, they says there’s an issue with my identification. Can u help

    @JMCInformation @Rogers That’s for the info @JMCInformation , I will also contact them with my issue. Even though I canceled all Roger’s services after almost 50years because of their horrible customer service after they layed off staff and contracted customer service to 3rd world countries.

    Second month back with @Rogers and I'm already regretting it. Why have I been on hold twice for over 20 mins and can't speak to ANYONE??? So tempted to cancel my contract already.
