@Ricard0Rodrig0 @Rogers Any update on this? I’ve been having the same issue with Visual Voicemail on @Rogers not showing up for days at a time, if at all. Except when I let them know of the problem weeks ago, they told me it was my phone and not their problem!

Wtf did @RogersHelps charge me $130+tax for “unreturned equipment” when we’ve been in lockdown and there’s nowhere to return the equipment TO plus charge me from Sept 2nd - Oct 1st $61.91 plus late charges since then for not paying these things WHEN I CANCELLED MY SERVICE SEPT 3?
