@Scottish_Vixen @Rogers My line is a business line so maybe I got more last time than non - business but I didn’t accept the first amount they offered. I lost a lot of business that day. I called and they did offer a month of service at no charge.

@RogersHelps Probably shut down purposely to install some kind of sinister government tracking or surveillance

  • GhostOf_J The Ghost of Juergen (@GhostOf_J) reported

@RealAndyLeeShow @RogersHelps Well, if you were a lowly paid support person in the Philippines, and your take home pay was based on how many calls you could handle in a day, wouldn't you give people the same answer? It's all about volume. Helpful advice is completely optional.

@RogersHelps Hi , the possible problem is-the Rogers uses Chinese made routers. Besides the fact that routers are made with stolen by China Lucent and Nortel technologies . They leave the back door in the router. So Chinese government can control Rogers network. This 2nd massive outage.

  • Phil_SDP Phil Parsons (@Phil_SDP) reported

@RogersHelps Home phone still down (Newmarket)

  • Yewen_ou Yewen Ou (@Yewen_ou) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers No matter what u explained to hide the stupid mistake u have made, the fact is that thousands of your customers, me included, will never ever use your service again. Hope you have a nice weekend rest leaving a ridiculous message like “we can’t bring the network till next Mon.”

  • AnnSavoy Ann Gardner Savoy (@AnnSavoy) reported

@Scottish_Vixen @Rogers So, I would and will call and tell them you are considering switching. Get sent to customer retention and you may get more.

@RogersHelps I am in Hamilton ON and still have no home internet. Will you also be paying for the lost wages? My husband works from home and is unable to work. We are a single income household and we can't afford to have our internet down for a full day let alone multiple days.

  • vikaskhot83 Vikas (@vikaskhot83) reported

@Rogers ignite not working for me . Are you guys still unable to find root cause? Pls give ETA . @RogersHelps

  • RyanOnBoard Ryan A (@RyanOnBoard) reported

This @Rogers @RogersHelps outage (still not back up properly...funny how I can only use Twitter & Reddit via cellular data, but YouTube is fully functional) further emphasizes we cannot have two companies monopolizing our telecommunications (yes, calling you out too @Bell)
