@gmbutts @Rogers Will cut them off, even it it costs me more, the first chance I get. Obviously Rogers never heard that it's cheaper to retain a customer than chase after new ones. Can hardly wait for the day I'm Rogers free.

@gmbutts @Rogers Have a look at @Videotron Ottawa is part of their service area. We switched a few years back and have saved money and are very happy with their service. Multiple lines on the same account save money for all, for each extra line.

@RogersHelps @cathyunfiltered My service has been up and down for months. When I call I get told Rogers is working on it. This after more than tripling my bill. Garbage service. I'd advise anyone to just cancel and ask for your money back.

@RogersHelps @gmbutts You probably have records of everything that happens on his account. How’s about fixing the issues that have already been brought forward rather than making him rehash it all again. This type of response pisses me off every time i see a company do it.
