@RogersHelps L6C 2K7 my ignite TV, which has been freezing stuttering since the outage recovery, has just now (18:30+) gotten worse. No picture, complete freezing if a channel is avail, shutting down by itself.

@RogersHelps @thego2guru You can't possibly need to speak to each and every person. We are all having the exact same issue with our Ignite Television freezing every few seconds. We don't need to "troubleshoot" our houses -- fix YOUR service!!!!!!!!!

@AboutRogers @Rogers Still waiting for ignite tv to return to normal ( freezing and dropping signal periodically), making watching tv impossible…still occurring today July 11, in London Ontario. I expect you will also be crediting for the additional ignite tv disruptions….4 days and counting

@Rogers so extremely frustrating! Finally get Rogers internet and cell service back, after 24 hours and now our cable doesn’t work.! Posted on Facebook to ask if others are having issues and so many people are responding saying they are having the same issue! Wth!!!

@RogersHelps @Rogers Ignite TV is freezing constantly and seeing lots of posts from others. Is everybody getting the same credit or are you taking into consideration those who have problems longer than others. My services out until around 6pm Saturday and now TV is out again.
