    @RogersHelps 24 hours later, still have not received a call back from Rogers. Was told by several agents they escalated my issue and I'd hear back within 24 hours..

    @RogersHelps we came back from vacation to a full inbox ... and another area outage. July 8th sucked, ya, but we deal with this at least once a week. Typical @Rogers support: "Check if your cables are tight". Canadians deserve better than this.

    @RogersHelps I did! I sent them INFO and am not getting anything back I'm on the chat with support, they think they see why... I just ported my # in yesterday.
