    @RogersHelps I still struggle with incompetence of some of your associates as it relates to my concern. Ordered a phone.. did a credit check. Called to change the phone model (haven’t gotten the new phone yet).. told to cancel my order and complete a new credit check 1/2.

    Welp. Just about ready to cancel all of my @Rogers services. Just received a bill for over $600. They’ve somehow decided to double the price of all of my services without notice. Absolutely unacceptable. And of course getting ahold of anyone at @RogersHelps is impossible.

    @RogersHelps I sent a DM over 5 hours ago with no response. My Internet is out, rebooting modem + router multiple times makes no difference. Can I please have some help with this?
