    Knowledge. The @rogers app is also very glitchy. Have had many interventions to try and fix it. Smh. We are at our wits end especially after contacting @rogers to find out why our monthly bill has Increased. They tried to offer an annual discount for faster internet, 5g as well..

    @cutecanukgirl Just as a side note it irks me to see these “Rogers” commercials trying to prove to Canadians that that outage wasn’t a big deal. Oh I know @rogers how about you stop spending money on worthless commercials and give the money to your customers? Sorry just triggered lol

    @RogersHelps what the hell is wrong with your service in Ottawa south. Every few seconds there is sound and video drop out. I have rebooted the box 2 times already. It is worse on the lower channels. VERY annoying.

    For $34 or we continue our plan which is slightly slower and 5g for $99/month. We want to keep our internet as is but they can't give us a discount... We are loyal customers for many years, 9 years!... Make it make sense! @Rogers fix this please. Or both wireless and cell ...

    @RogersHelps ET is on Global (3) and NBC (17) right now. The sound in Global is fine. There is no sound on NBC. Rogers is having a problem with anything fed to Global. Previously the Global sound was distorted since end of August. Sound distortion seems fixed. Now a feed problem. Ticket open
