Cluster **** day 12 with the fabulous @Rogers customer service and support.... transferred to 3 different departments with no answer in sight. The only real help is the @RogersHelps twitter account but can I trust them at this point?

@Rogers All she wants to do is keep her number she has had for over 20 years. This should have been a simple porting why it became a cluster is beyond me... there are notes they have to contact Bell?? Why the number is on your network.

@FP_Champagne I have @rogers cell service, Shaw Direct cable, Vianet and Starlink internet and Ooma home phone service. Largely unaffected by the outage but I cannot stress enough that @rogers should unequivocally be denied in it's attempt to acquire Shaw after this, full stop.

Due to our reliance on technology we need to start treating the telecom sector as a public utility and regulating it accordingly. @Rogers learn from this experience and implement immediate changes to prevent a major network outage similar to the one on Friday. 2/3 #Rogers

@RogersHelps Still having issues with Roger's Ignite. Terrible picture quality, constant freezing, black screen and cutting in and out every few seconds. SO ANNOYING PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No surprise, my @Rogers cable is not working tonight. So this is the fourth day in a row that my services have not been working. Thankfully, @rogershelps will most likely credit me $3.80 for just one day. Who needs tv tonight, I've got to plan on how to spend that extra money!

@Rogers I thought everything was supposed to be back up and now my tv is blacked out? Menus and apps work for a bit before also blacking out. You guys should be handing out a free month for every customer because we pay way too much for this nonsense to be happening.

@Rob16921 @RogersHelps Our internet/cable provider was Spectrum. We had such old cables they would not keep signal. I had one tech tell me it was a solar flair outage. One told me it was humidity, one told me the company didn't give a crap. Bottom line they do not invest to ensure service.
