    @Rogers All she wants to do is keep her number she has had for over 20 years. This should have been a simple porting why it became a cluster is beyond me... there are notes they have to contact Bell?? Why the number is on your network.

    @Rogers great customer service telling me I'm wrong about an account change that never should have happened. #terrible how hard is it to port a number from YOUR home phone service to another wireless number?

    You speak to 4 different "customer relations" reps and no one can put proper notes in an account that should be done with no issues. @Rogers you wonder why your customers leave with bitter tastes in their mouth after trying to get an issue resolved. #noownership #notrenewing

    @ellybabesxo @matt0126matt @RogersHelps And they dont take up much of ur overall bandwidth. Just to be clear, the Rogers outages we are all speaking of have only affected cellular, I believe it's called Ignition, their new cell service name. Ignite is home.

    @PaulChato @RogersHelps I agree. Look, problems happen in the real world. I'm sure everyone at Rogers is super stressed and working as hard as they can. People seem to think that if they just complain and shame them more that will somehow help things.

    @RogersHelps Folks, read the terms and conditions you agreed to when u took their services. They do not have to accept liability for disruption in their service or to compensate for losses as a result. Make your calls and t Nexts from home wifi if you can.

    @cailenspeers @RogersHelps @Rogers Not enough competition in Canada to drive the prices down. Bell or Rogers. Anyone else is either owned by them or rents their network.
