@Rogers All she wants to do is keep her number she has had for over 20 years. This should have been a simple porting why it became a cluster is beyond me... there are notes they have to contact Bell?? Why the number is on your network.

Cluster **** day 12 with the fabulous @Rogers customer service and support.... transferred to 3 different departments with no answer in sight. The only real help is the @RogersHelps twitter account but can I trust them at this point?

@RogersHelps My phone is just searching for a network, over and over.. but can't find anything... I'll be searching for the link to pay my bill next month, over and over.. and will have trouble finding that, too. And people wonder why I still have a real Bell phone at home.
