    Hey @Rogers why is the preferred program experience so awful? I just spent 25 minutes with a rep who told me they couldn't get me the plan I agreed to. I shouldn't have to go to court to enforce a contract, but I will. I refuse to pay $80/mo when I signed for $45.

    @RogersHelps @rm35583 Stopped having all these outages after switching to Bell. The YEARS I wasted on Rogers dealing with often weekly outages. Will never go back.

    @Rogers tried chat tonight sat 1st time waiting for 45 mins then to be told I'm having technical difficulties I can't help you, then tried again and was waiting for another 40 mins then to be told I'm sorry I can't help you bc I don't have access bc I don't have access to those

    @Rogers it is absolutely disgusting that you have tried to charge me $80/mo when I have a signed contract for $45 - and your reps claim they can't get me that price. Fix it by end of day or I'm filing in small claims.
