You speak to 4 different "customer relations" reps and no one can put proper notes in an account that should be done with no issues. @Rogers you wonder why your customers leave with bitter tastes in their mouth after trying to get an issue resolved. #noownership #notrenewing

Hey @Rogers do you keep people waiting to speak to someone with some authority so they either give up and hang up or forget why they called. Great way to spend a Monday evening on hold for over an hour. #greatcustomerservice #pathetic #runaround

@RogersHelps TV & Home Phone intermittent for the last 4 days in Binbrook, ON. TV will stay on for 10 minutes then goes offline and will not book back up unless I unplug. Had tech out 3 months ago for same issue which is not resolved 🤔
