  Cluster **** day 12 with the fabulous @Rogers customer service and support.... transferred to 3 different departments with no answer in sight. The only real help is the @RogersHelps twitter account but can I trust them at this point?

  @RogersHelps So I was told my service was fixed. It is not. And the first available time for someone to come is July 31. Fantastic service Rogers. But keep calling me several times per week to upsell for service you dont provide.

  @Rogers customer service is absolutely awful. Been trying to speak to someone to move my internet. 3 days I been calling and haven’t been able to connect to anyone. After holding the line for 2+ hours it disconnects. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going to renew with @Rogers again

  **Fraud Alert** call claiming to be Roger’s threatening to cancel phone within 1 hr unless speak to Ottawa Police. Claim to transfer call to police then fake cop with badge # says to download Secure App to make visual complaint. Yeah so they have photo ID @Rogers @OttawaPolice
