You speak to 4 different "customer relations" reps and no one can put proper notes in an account that should be done with no issues. @Rogers you wonder why your customers leave with bitter tastes in their mouth after trying to get an issue resolved. #noownership #notrenewing

  • ChrisMurata
Chris Murata (@ChrisMurata) reported from Parry Sound, Ontario

Hey @Rogers do you keep people waiting to speak to someone with some authority so they either give up and hang up or forget why they called. Great way to spend a Monday evening on hold for over an hour. #greatcustomerservice #pathetic #runaround

  • ChrisMurata
Chris Murata (@ChrisMurata) reported from Parry Sound, Ontario

Cluster **** day 12 with the fabulous @Rogers customer service and support.... transferred to 3 different departments with no answer in sight. The only real help is the @RogersHelps twitter account but can I trust them at this point?

  • ChrisMurata
Chris Murata (@ChrisMurata) reported from Parry Sound, Ontario

@Rogers All she wants to do is keep her number she has had for over 20 years. This should have been a simple porting why it became a cluster is beyond me... there are notes they have to contact Bell?? Why the number is on your network.

@Rogers great customer service telling me I'm wrong about an account change that never should have happened. #terrible how hard is it to port a number from YOUR home phone service to another wireless number?

@MelissaLMRogers Holy crap indeed. Just think, your painful support calls will now be handled by "Akash from Nova Scotia". @rogers sucks.

  • grok
    Grok (@grok) reported

@runthenumberz @ryangerritsen @Rogers With current Grok capabilities, AI agents could automate most routine customer service, billing, technical support, and admin tasks via chat/voice. Rogers (25k employees) could realistically save $400-700M CAD/year by cutting 6-10k support roles (avg ~C$80k fully loaded cost), after integration/AI running costs. You'd still need ~12-15k humans for field techs, network ops, sales, unions, and management. Full replacement isn't there yet—agents augment fast.

@RogersHelps I have done that twice. I have waited hours on the phone. You removed in store help. You removed Sunday calling (the biggest lol - it’s the only time people have time). There is literally no appeal of a bad “rogers helps”

  • HerMajestyJakO
    JackieO1402 (@HerMajestyJakO) reported

@CanadianGrayMan To give it to the Indians. Im tired of calling their customer service to not understand a word @Rogers

  • Comfortcove
    Ward Pike (@Comfortcove) reported

@brar_drs @MelissaLMRogers @Rogers Rogers has gone down the toilet… Whoever is in charge now should be fired immediately and whoever is in charge of Canada’s version of securities and exchange commission should be looking at press charges against the current management regime! They have lost me as a customer, when they used to be the best example of a good telecom company that put customers first! Now they are just as bad as Bell

  • Rivirunthecity
    LastRealOneLeft (@Rivirunthecity) reported

@Rogers I just want to buy internet, you just want me to have to contact support then they just try to force me to a sales team when i ask to just put my order in they cancel the chat.... holy **** im so done

  • SBMiron
    Stephen (@SBMiron) reported

@RogersHelps My solution to this problem is I assume they are all scammers so I don't engage in conversation with them. There is no way to know for sure if they are legitimate calls from Rogers. Or is there ?

  • alperdama
    Alper Dama (@alperdama) reported

Your customer service is outsourced overseas with agents who lack basic professionalism. One accused a disabled customer of "spamming" during a medical emergency. This is @Rogers in 2026. Broken website. Broken chat. Broken promises. Filing CCTS and TP complaint. See you there.

  • Slxmjimmy69
    Jey (@Slxmjimmy69) reported

@RogersHelps My grandma does dialysis at home sometimes my phone can’t even connect to service and I’m OUTSIDE in a city lol

  • Patelhits2511
    PATEL HITESH (@Patelhits2511) reported

@Rogers Never recommend red wireless. Instead of giving discount to uber blue account holder they are looting their customer. First they have showed me that I will get mobile device plus plan for just $51.50. But what am I seeing that they are charging me $112.
