@Rogers All she wants to do is keep her number she has had for over 20 years. This should have been a simple porting why it became a cluster is beyond me... there are notes they have to contact Bell?? Why the number is on your network.

@DeniseUptownGal @Rogers I'm so sorry that happened to you. Something similar happened when I was younger when I didn't get a notification until AFTER I was beyond the limit. It sucks! I changed provider for the first time in years after that!

@RogersHelps it’s 7:45pm. I have been on the phone for hour and half. 45 min with a rep then called dropped after pulling my credit. Now with another rep who can’t confirm the order. She gets errors. I just want tv and internet. Is it to much to ask?! Trying to switch here!
