His life is in LIMBO as he cannot do Banking / Healthcare now. Tried to help him, after 2hrs on hold we could not go further. 4hrs of his day on hold, ZERO RESULTS.

REVIEW clicked on the offer, did not work, called your "customer care team", they said I was not eligible, you too said that, Rogers sends me an email to finish the process, I cannot & U R encouraging me to finish the process.
