Cluster **** day 12 with the fabulous @Rogers customer service and support.... transferred to 3 different departments with no answer in sight. The only real help is the @RogersHelps twitter account but can I trust them at this point?

@Rogers All she wants to do is keep her number she has had for over 20 years. This should have been a simple porting why it became a cluster is beyond me... there are notes they have to contact Bell?? Why the number is on your network.

@RogersHelps I have been a Rogers customer since the 80s and I just had the most frustrating call with so called customer support. It makes me want to change all of my services with you!!!! All of a sudden I’m getting hosed in overage charges and no one can tell me why!

@RogersHelps hi I need help being removed from my daughters account. I removed my mobile account 2 mos ago after 22 yrs yet I'm still attached to my 27 yr old daughters account & she can't do ANYTHING as the 2 factor verification is mine. Please help I don't want to call. Thanks.
