Maybe the @CRTCeng should be asking these same questions why are they allowed to sell us things freely online but force us into retention tactics over phone or chat when we just want to cancel or downgrade services? @RogersHelps

WTF 🤬 Rogers on hold for over 1.5 gets to my turn and your account rep hangs up me this good way to lose a customer @Rogers. I guess that’s how Rogers treats it’s customers.

@RogersHelps I also used the live chat the last folk was really rude & I found them very unprofessional, in hurry & make me feel doesn’t even chat. Invest in better customer service is the secret to be in the competitive market

So, power goes out @Yonge and Eglinton, Toronto Hydro restores service in 20 minutes, an hour later still no internet or tv on @rogers. Strangely my cell service with @bellcanada works fine. Thanks again guys, it’s getting real boring. #rogers

@Jutedd1 @Rogers Rogers is so **** LMAOOO they made me wait 5 months and didn’t deliver my first phone and the second phone just took me off the reservation so gave up n went thru Apple. Rogers is so useless 😭
